Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
I made my first order from them almost a month back after some hiccups and miss communications that caused delays in receiving all of the products ordered. Their customer service reached out and made it right. Even with the delays. Their products still arrived well packaged, looked amazing and worked great. I gave them a second shot a few days ago and made my second order as I was looking for an alternative to my heavy leather jacket. They had a very had what I was looking for. I ordered an industry 21 armored hoodie. This time it arrived early and again well packaged. If your looking for a wide selection of well made products that work and look good. I recommend you give them a shot.
Not great. Some questions weren't answered satisfactorily and or not at all during live chat. Email follow up went unanswered. Not following their own policy in terms of communication when an item is delayed for shipping.
The Google searched showed high marks for product quality and selection. This was after I had purchased LEDs and an equalizer from eagle lights which I ended up returning because their system didn't work with my bike and them telling me it was my bike and I had to take it to Harley to get it looked at. Hogworkz product worked within mins of first install.
They had the products I was looking for and it seemed like I would receive them in a timely fashion. Once they arrived packaging was great. I would recommend products I choose again but would also mention that if theirs a problem to be ready for very little customer service.

This kit includes adjustable wrenches, sockets, pliers, 4 screwdrivers, wire, wire ties, vise grips, etc. Just about anything for a quick fix while out on the road. I should also buy a First Aid kit.
I liked this tool kit so much that I ordered a 2nd one. I can be impulsive at times. But they graciously gave me a return authorization that paid for the return shipping because I'm a new customer.

I ordered this petcock for my 2001 Indian Scout. Price was decent and the product was good quality. I have not put it on as of yet because I need to rebuild my carb! So far so good!
It has the products that fit my bike! J&P sells Harly V-twin and my bike is S&S engine.
I am hoping this will fit my bike. It has 22mm fittings for the petcock and my bike takes 22mm fittings.

Service is Perfection-but kickstand spring under tempered as was kickstand bought several years ago-so bought 2 bikers choice springs with that order and replaced defective spring with 1 of them

I needed an affordable pair of yellow-lens cycling glasses. My last pair broke easily, and I am hoping the Global Vision Eyewear will be more durable.
I bought the correct brake that I liked that was supposed to come with a specific bracket and since they ran out, they sent me some other random bracket I didn't want instead of just refunding my money

Product was easy to install, appears to be good quality. JP Cycles was good to deal with as usual.
One of the items ordered was not delivered. It was ordered, paid for, and presumably shipped. I received and email saying it was returned as undeliverable and a refund issued but the truth was that the item was never delivered to FedEx for shipping because it was out of stock.
Customer Service tried to blame FedEx but it wasn't FedEx's fault. They sold an item that was out of stock.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
