Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Good product, shipping took over a week for a few bolts. I ordered other parts from other vendors during that time and I got all of them before I got the bolts.
Because I needed them, obviously. Dumb question.
I encounter one of your representatives at the recent Daytona bike week. The Representative was knowledgeable and courteous, he provided all the information to help me make a determination on which brand was best for me. I was able to have the products shipped to my residence, which was shipped to my home before I got back from my trip.

I purchased two helmets a 3/4 and a bucket helmet and I absolutely love them. They shipped very fast and I received them without any problems. The quality is better than any Amazon helmet you can buy so it's worth the price.
Had the helmet I wanted due to style and quality. Could not find anything like this through Harley-Davidson nor Amazon that had my size. They don't have very many women's helmet out here

I realize JP can't control transport time, but it took 7 days from the day I placed my order to the day they shipped it. When the product arrived, the chrome was pitted and poor quality.

Delivery of my Arlen Ness mirrors were processed and delivered in a very timely manner. I think there needs to be better information on products, but this is not J&P issue in hole as many ate from the manufactures to the sales rep.

Found out they were not what I wanted. When I returned them I was not happy about being charged a return fee. Used to be free. Then you shipped 2 pipes in 2 boxes. I could have fit in 1 box. Don't know why you wasted a second box when both pipes would have fit in 1 with plenty of room for packing material. NOT HAPPY ABOUT BEING CHARGED FOR RETURN SHIPPING.
I used to work for J&P Cycle when John Parum was alive. Things have really changed since he passed and was sold.Probally the last time I do business with J&P. Very dissatisfied.

Purchased a replacement for a Memphis shade windshield. The staff at the store provided me with all of the information. It was sent to my house and was easily installed on my bike
I went to exchange the windshield for a taller one. They were not able to exchange it because in putting it against the original to check height, I inadvertently put a small scratch on it so they could exchange it for me.
I have used them for years. Always satisfied with their selection of products.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
