Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
I like a piticular set of bobster fat boy glasses for riding and work and JP had them on clearance for a great price so I bought 4 pairs,great price quick shipping

Wow! How to begin;; Geneva! That woman really needs a Pay raise! In almost 40 years of Bikes I have NEVER ordered Anything & received it the NEXT DAY. I know UPS gets credit also BUT it started with her. She is an Asset to your company;; professional on the phone, answered ALL my questions: pleasant to speak to! I have 24 employees & 7 women up front. Proud of them all BUT GENEVA;; always room for one more in the Office! Lol Thanks guys;; I WILL be coming back for more!

Ordered 2 tires for my motorcycle both tires ended up lost or returned to sender. Customer service was a huge help and got my tires to me. Was a lil over a week or so but helped and stayed in touch during the whole process.
Solved all issues and got my product to me in a timely manner.
Only white wall tires I seen
Not very happy to open the box and see my $90 gasket set stuffed in a smaller box, all bent. They can do better at shipping parts that need to remain flat and unbent.

I bought from j&p cycles before but it's been awhile. Didn't like the 10% discount the website offered at the beginning was denied at check out. Otherwise I usually know what to expect.
I know part needed would be priced right here in the aftermarket.
I lost a part in the Fall due to rough streets and a loose nut.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
