Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.

Drag Specialties windshield bushings are manufactured specifically for my 2007 Harley removeable windshield. But the shipping to Honolulu by some business makes me shake my head for the cost of such a small package.
Because they work with and sell Drag Specialties parts.

I mis-ordered a tire with white wall. When I called customer service, an English speaking lady assisted me. We agreed to place an order for the replacement tire and return the unwanted tire. I had the replacement in 2 business days for no additional charges. Also received a prepaid ups return for my unwanted tire. All shipping was paid for by J&P. Excellent service. I will continue to do business with them.

My wife and I needed to replace our Bell Sena Mag 9 helmets, as they were simply too old. We decided to replace them with new Mag 9 helmets as we were satisfied with our previous helmets. J&P Cycles website is easy to navigate and competitive on price. Plus, as native Iowans, we like to support a home grown business. J&P Cycles is as American as it gets.
J&P had what we wanted, the price was competitive, and we like to support local businesses.
Our previous helmets were also Bell Sena Mag 9s. While we looked at higher end models, such as the Shoei J Cruise II, we went with the Bell helmets again mostly for expediency and cost. Webbikeworld rates the Bell as a best choice for open face helmets in a budget price range. The Shoei is rated as a best choice for high end open face helmets. We were familiar with the Bell and satisfied with it's performance. Under different circumstances, we may well have gone with the Shoei. But the Bell met our needs with proven performance. Maybe we'll upgrade the next time.

Received order in timely fashion. After installing, found out the amp didn't work (no power). Called J&P customer svc back and got a rep named Rey. He was excellent and is attempting to fix the issue. If I receive my replacement part and it works, I would change my rating for satisfaction.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
