Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.

Been ordering parts from you guys for years. Used to be a very dependable place to shop. Ive spent thousands of dollars with you. Have not ordered for a few years.my last order came somewhat quick. But the parts described are not what they should be. I ordered two parts that are suposed to fit together...never happen in my life. By the way i have been working on Harley Davidson motor cycles for over 60 years. Im not sending parts back. I will just get them some other place.thank you

Good quality at a good price.
Headlight was occasionally dimming while riding was the start for a couple months. Then recently the Battery wasn't holding a charge, diag was throwing codes about O2 and low voltage. Tested the pins that went to the voltage regulator from the stator to find out that the Regulator was probably the issue.
Easy to install, plugs were in the right spot. The clamps that it came with are something left to be desired as they are just some plastic piece.
Best motorcycle parts online shop
The tires were purchased on February 27th and were supposed to be two-day shipping. We just received the tires today and the customer is not happy with us. We order a lot of stuff from you all and this was the first time it created a real issue.

I've called the Taylor location for assistance on ordering a tuner, gages and some other accessories and was amazed by the service I received, along with the corporate support. I was able to add on a past purchase while purchasing 2 set of gages which resulted in substantial savings, plus Emily offered me a free tee shirt because I drive to the store (which is an hour away) yeah it's just a tee shirt but little things like that go a long way. I enjoy that J&P offers a Veteran discount as many other companies I've call DO NOT. I am thrilled and happy to say the least, yeah I find some other items at better prices and do order them, but I always start my search for accessories at J&P.
Emily made the purchase extremely satisfying, she contacted corporate to ask some assistance and with the team work that was displayed was incredibly awesome to see I was just not a number but a Valued Customer!!

Great parts for motorcycle
I ordered from J&P years ago and I am happy to say the process was as good now as it was then! The shipping was super fast (2 days to Canada!)

Ordering was great. Once lost package was lost, new package was sent. Shipping took way too long after package was handed off to USPS. At least 6 days before tracking information updated after being handed off to USPS.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
