Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Other than all parts being shipped separately which I believe all should have came in 1 box, & all the same day.

Fantastic customer experience including the chat line. The only thing I'm not convinced about is JP charging Australian GST (goods and service tax) from time of order to time of delivery in Australia was 5 days (unbelievable!)
Whilst I did not like the answer provided (still unconvinced about JP collecting Australian Tax) the service was very good

Impressed with both products! The DOT4 brake fluid performed flawlessly, ensuring smooth braking. The Honda spray cleaner effortlessly removed dirt and left a glossy finish. Plus, the price was unbeatable compared to Amazon. Highly recommend!

I was performing a brake cable extension so I needed to replace the brake fluid
I actually have a problem, but the new taillight fits great. My problem is, we couldn't get the brake light to work. Any ideas would be great, remember you had changed over all the lights to LED. The old led bulb the little locking nubs were broken off we got another bulb from Napa here but it lights up all the LEDs and the brake light doesn't work when you apply it. Thanks

The chat box constantly popping up every time I let the page idle is seriously annoying.the tire arrived way before expected. There was absolutely no notification that my tire was delivered. I have a 150 yard long driveway. I just happened to find my new $230 tire laying on the side of my driveway near the road.not happy about the delivery at all
J&P Cycles processed the order quickly. However, I don't really see any difference in the lean angle of the bike after installing the replacement extended Jiffy Stand. That was the only reason I purchased it.

Need to read closely there is a return charge for parts even if they say it fits and it doesn't. So if the part is $20 and they charging you $9 for a return pretty much half of it it's gone.first buyer won't use again.
Was not impressed, was willing to start a return but there's the problem half the money when it went to the return polic

Was very dissatisfied with the length of time it took to get my harness through the Postal service! I made the order on 3-31-24 received it on. 4- 10-24 Not happy!

Shipping was slow. Took 1week to receive the parts needed. USPS is not a good choice for dependable quick delivery.
I use to get fast delivery at a great price.
The size ran correct. The pull down shield will not fit over prescription glasses. The fit curve protective glasses.
I looked for a product to cover the battery and the rest of the wiring under the seat, that I could build a super low profile seat off of, and this seat pan did the job.
The only thing is there were no instructions with the parts luckily I was replacing the old parts with the same parts.
They are very helpful and knowledgeable.

When I shop by my specific bike, model etc, the screen reverts back to the main page and not to the page I was on. Example. Shopped for saddlebags and above it, it says I can enter my model etc. I do this and it leaves the saddlebag screen and I have to reenter all my data again.

There was an issue with the delivery date, cause I just got the tires and it's 9 days past expected delivery date. But there was no changing on the tracker and nobody knew where these things were. Luckily jp cycles has an excellent customer service.
They are ok but they are reach out much less from the frame than I thought they would according to the photo

Oil filters are wrong parts, website said they fit 1979 FLH but they are not the right size filter for oil tank...

All I needed was a starter relay, I found what I needed at J&P and placed my order. A few days later, the part came, it was easy!
I still own the same '96 Softail Custom when I first started ordering from J&P many years ago. I since got me a newer (to me) '02 Road King and I kind of fell away from ordering parts. I also have a 2019 Ultra Limited. I wanted to fire up my Softail as it sat all winter, but it wouldn't start. My pal and fellow rider told me its the starter relay, as we went over the whole bike and I agreed. I ordered the part and now the old bike starts right up!
Was a very simple choice and nothing else was needed. I installed the part in less than 5 minutes and the bike fired right up!

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
