Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
I ordered 4 spark plugs. I used the reference guide, but they were the wrong ones. So...

Half of the parts I ordered didn't fit my bike… put in the info requested. Picked Exact fit parts and half of them didn't fit. Also it would have been helpful to know what is included in a products box so I wouldn't have ordered extra gaskets.
Never had any issues dealing with these guys. Great choices, price, fast shipping. I'm having some machine work done on my cases so I haven't installed my gasket set yet but I know these will work great like they always have.

The brackets that came with the pipes were not the same as the ones pictured, fortunately I was able to make it work. My friend order the same pipes from J & P and his came with the right brackets

Windshield bracket fit perfect for my Memphis Shades windshield. The cylindrical bracket that attached to the bike was too big and I need to use my old attachments.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
