Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
I received the order on time and was complete and what I needed.

All well except finding detailed information on this item was impossible to find on your site. Almost stopped me from ordering from you as I couldn't locate manufacturer's website to get the details. I finally found enough info on YouTube to order the light and onc eit arrive it included a very nice installing reference sheet that had all the info I wanted on 1 page. Please do more to allow us to see details of product, manual or installation sheet or other...Larry

I ordered a Dimmer switch because the one on my bike had gone out, I ordered here first. It took a little longer to get here than anticipated, but customer services contacted me and asked if I wanted a refund for the poor experience, after I decided to just wait, I got the switch, before the week was out, overall very satisfied
I was a little daunted at first. Once I figured out how the part worked it was a dimple install. I would how ever recommend building a brace of some kind for the back side of the floor board for extra support. But as a short rider these floor boards are great for fitment.

I chose the product because im wicked short and didnt want to spend tons of money making my harley rideable for me.
Got a 07 kawasaki en500 vulcan and the parts were compatible, was able to fix and noe is street ready.

When checking out I was unable to get my military discount code but the price I paid for my helmet was still very reasonable I would buy from J&P cycle again
Even if it says "fits" your model bike, double check before you order. For example: tire size for the ever popular streetglide tire sizes are wrong. I should've checked the actual tire myself BEFORE I ordered. I lost 2 weeks time and allot of running around to sort this out.

Delivery of my Arlen Ness mirrors were processed and delivered in a very timely manner. I think there needs to be better information on products, but this is not J&P issue in hole as many ate from the manufactures to the sales rep.

Purchased a replacement for a Memphis shade windshield. The staff at the store provided me with all of the information. It was sent to my house and was easily installed on my bike
I went to exchange the windshield for a taller one. They were not able to exchange it because in putting it against the original to check height, I inadvertently put a small scratch on it so they could exchange it for me.
I have used them for years. Always satisfied with their selection of products.

I bought a rear tire and the size was correct but it did not have options to choose load rating. Mine had a load rating of 71H but the tire I received was 77H.

This is the first time I had any problem with an order. I only received the rear tire for my bike when I had ordered both front and rear. Kim was very helpful getting the issue resolved. I received the front tire three days after the initial phone call.
I called letting them know I only received the rear tire even though I had ordered both. I sent in photos of the shipping labels and both sides of the tire. Three days after the initial phone call my front tire arrived.
They have great parts at reasonable prices and fast shipping.
Well hopefully they will preform as good as they look and they look like a very durable aggressive tire.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
