Nice discount for my first order. The exhaust was priced better than anywhere else I found. Quick shipping and top notch support when I ran into a question. These people got their act together. Planning to order again soon.
Tried cancelling order prior to shipping notification. Was not granted. Have emails stating I ordered wrong programmer j&p said nah, you got the right one. A week passed, still no fp4. Emailed asking about it, received next day… wrong part. Now being charged 10 bucks to return… unreal. Yes, I have all documentation and although it's only 10 bucks, I won't be quiet about it. They were kind enough to send me a link for the proper FP4, the model I initially said I needed and a fed ex return label for 9.99. Woo
I was actually surprised there weren't more cup holders to choose from but after getting these I understand not needing more choices. I really think I'll enjoy these based on the short amount of time I've had with them
Been a repeat
I've never really had any issues. My only complaint would be the website could use some work. Ordering online can be a hassle with having to keep entering your year make and model looking at different parts.
Feuling fan here
As usual, the things I ordered work just fine. However, 5 items shipped in 3 different ways. One via FedEx (arrived quickly), two via UPS (arrived quickly), and two via USPS that took over a week to arrive. Best part, you don't even get the option to select which shipping service and we all know USPS is absolute dogs**t. Other than that, experience was fine.
Everything I needed under one roof, seemed to be fair prices.
Because I needed them.
Not a J&P issue but Kuryakyn brake pedal description was misleading. Got parts to compliment Kuryakyn floorboard extensions. Brake pedal was actually 3/4" shorter than stock but with a lower angle. Jury's out on any benefit. Ordered the wrong shifter extension apparently; that's on me. Not sure how that happened.
Rep was very helpful and knowledgeable though didn’t know the specifics of the brake pedal vs stock.

Ordered a key and tumble for my Harley 883 after losing the only key I had to it I haven't installed it yet but product is as described in the pictures
It's getting hard to find part for a bike as old as mine (1993) sportster 883
It's pretty much an oem fit
Always great service if I have to call and always great selection of parts and everything for that matter.
Parts were as they should be, well package, shipping was a bit slow to be shipped but once shipped arrived Farley fast to Canada.
They had what I was looking for in stock
Axle kit had all the parts I wanted to replace, and the axle tube and shims where direct replacements
The description and information even after entering all my bike info said part would fit my bike but when I received the parts, the carb kit is correct and the fuel valve is not. Easy to return, great customer service so far.
Very easy to process a return
Because they were supposed to fit my motorcycle
When I need something for my motorcycle I usually check this site first.
Been ordering from J&P for probably over 20 years with hardly any issues.
It was about 80% cheaper than a similar “Harley” branded product.
Great selection and easy to navigate.Quick shipping and good prices.
Research for tires
Never had a bad experience buying from J&P. The products arrive quickly and are well packaged, and anytime I have contacted them the customer service is great.
Past experience
Past experience and price/free shipping
I had a great experience with J&P. I found the tires I wanted for my bike and they arrived right on time.
I ordered, as described on the website, a complete wiring extension kit for installing longer wires for handlebar switches. I ordered this kit for my 2006 Sportster since I was putting on taller bars. When it arrived, it had no wire extensions for the turn signals, which are definitely part of the handlebar switches.
To J & P's credit, after I called about this, they did send the additional wiring extensions and connectors. However, it took almost 2 weeks to get the first shipment and another 6 days to get the remainder. Very slow shipping. Overall, it was not a good experience, but ended up ok.
They got me what was left out of my original order, but shipping is very slow.
Their website indicated they had what I wanted.

Parts came as expected and worked like they should. I have been doing business with J&P since 2000 and have yet to be disappointed. I will continue to use JP cycles for all my aftermarket needs.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
