Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.

Break line kept leaking after I replaced the copper crush washers several times. These did the trick.

The parts arrived in good condition. However, I paid extra for next day air shipping, so they would arrive on Friday and I would have it for the weekend. However, Parts didn't arrive until Monday. There was an option for second day air, which said would arrive on Monday. Sometimes deliveries are out of our control. They refunded my expedited delivery charge without asking.

Same product as other retailers, half the cost. Only thing I might say is address the rivets a bit better. Describe what river tool is needed and maybe offer one as a suggested additional purchase at the time of the purchase of the latches. I'm still waiting to figure out what I need to replace the lid portion of the latch, I refuse to pay the $300 for the used motor company rivet tool I found on EBay.
Because the motor company doesn’t make this part anymore, my bike is an 01 and they have no interest in supporting anything older than ten years off new models.
I am was delivered on time. I had a small issue with the item the cause I misunderstood the mounting directions. Contacted customer service and they were very helpful and friendly.

Style I was looking for at an affordable price
Very fast delivery. The rider floorboards I purchased are very nice, made well. I have more room to move my feet around. I installed them on a 2020 road gluide special. The details described original hardware will fit. This was not true with my bike. I had to go buy new bolts and nuts that were smaller in diameter due to the smaller holes on new floorboards. Overall I like the way they look on my bike, very pleased with them. A four star was given because I had to go out and buy new hardware.

Bought a set of touring masters and I have to say they are the best handling riding tires that I've really ever purchased and I have ran Metzler and many other high-dollar tires and they don't have nothing on these. Especially impressed on wet roads. All around excellent tire.

Got this to replace the OEM paper filter element on my Sportster's Screamin Eagle air cleaner. Filter looks sturdy and well built, and fit just as an OEM would.
Filter media gauze looks fine enough to be effective, and came pre-oiled, which was a nice touch.
I called because the tracking number didn’t work and I couldn’t check progress. It said package awaiting pickup, which sometimes happens.
Your agent said he would earmark the order and check back. But it wasn’t necessary as the package arrived a day later just as he predicted.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
