Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.

Order from J&P was easy and efficient. I ordered the new intakes on a Monday and they were on my bike on Thursday.
Previously had ordered from a different company and had multiple issues with products being damaged, not fitting, missing hardware, extended and unexpected delays.

I initially cancelled my order, was told I could not because they go through a warehouse and they work quickly to ship out the order.
I ordered a muffler, headers, and link pipe for my motorcycle, today I just got them and they were literally received two business days later and exactly what I ordered.
1 star off for no ability to cancel, but overall I would be a repeat customer.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure you want what you order, canceling is impossible and if you do not want it, you have to return it to them.
Shipping is way to much! 1 part is broken. Do I spend time with customer service or just try and make it work

The product is good and shipping fast. One less star because I signed up for the 20% discount, got the discount code in my e-mail, applied it to my order during checkout but it didn't take it. Beware of items that are excluded from discounts. I find this reduces the shopping experience if there is small print to deal with. Customer service was good in explaining and partially making up for this misunderstanding.

First time customer, as I am new to motorcycles. Placed an order on Saturday, order came ups on Wed. Opened the box, one of the items box was all smashed, but the shipping box was ok so they purposely packed a smashed up box. Luckily the items inside were not damaged. The items I got were correct. After seeing other reviews guess I was lucky to get what I ordered so quickly. Pretty leary of this company now, based on how my items box came smashed and other terrible reviews. Think I'll shop elsewhere.

Takes 18 days for a part to arrive, come on, it's 2023. All parts from V-twin take forever. Also, your online parts search is the worst I have used. Even if you enter the part # it can't find what you want.
I ordered a LED tail light for my Road Glide. Almost a month to get to Canada. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong light. After trying to return they stated that it was not damaged so they can not take it back. On their web site it says you can return for any reason. Not a very good policy. JP Cycle used to be better than that. If I would have known that I would have bought from Amazon for $4.00 more.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
