Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.

I am giving 5 stars to James Dean who works customer service at JP Cycles. I have had a frustrating experience over an order, but James stepped in and tried to correct it. Unfortunately he was unable to do so. However, because he was straight forward with me and did not make any excuses, I have decided to give JP Cycles another chance. I am sure he is not paid enough for the grief he is going through right now. I do hope JP Cycles can get its act together soon.

Prior to proceeding with checkout, the shipment / delivery information states "Ships within 3-5 days".
This is not true. What it means is "Items usually ship between 3-5 days from leaving our warehouse, it could take up to two weeks to get the product to our warehouse".
So basically "it will ship when it ships". False information being given, be careful.
Kevin, We do apologize for the delay. When we quote the time on the website that is what is given to us per the vendor. It was tough to find a matching set of tires for my unique Scrambler, J&P had them in stock but they were two years old via date code, Im confident they will ride the same as newly produced ones.

Fantastic customer service and shipping speed. First time ordering and they lived up to the good reviews. Can't speak for anyone else's experience good or bad, but mine was very very good. I gave the wrong address for my cc and was contacted quickly, but I thought it would delay the delivery & I was disappointed, but to my delight the package arrived far quicker than I had originally expected.

False advertising. Order was made and being shipped when they said it was discontinued and haven't received my money back. Company made incident reports saying I filled out. Worst buying experience ever. Signed up for yelp so I could wrote my first review ever.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
