Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Really. Paid for 2 day shipping and item arrived on time. Pull the first mirror out and mounted on bike, grab the 2nd one and the bolt was missing were it was open and removed. Why would they shipped this open item out. Returning and done with them.
Ordered frt tire over 9 days ago (June 15) set on hold for 20 minutes finally got to customer service tried to cancel order but unfortunately they said no couldn't tell me when or if it would ever ship they get your money good luck getting your order will update everyday to see if I ever get it
I ordered some luggage from my motorcycle trip that I was taking in two weeks. I was told the order would ship within 1 or 2 days from the factory. When I didn't receive it after 4 or 5 days I began looking at the Order Status and would live chat with Customer Service Reps. The Order Status always said "In Picking". The Customer Service Reps kept telling me it would ship in the next day or so. I finally had to cancel the order and place the order with a competitor. The competitor assured me the luggage will ship today. Keeping my fingers crossed, but will never do business with J&P again!
Understanding that orders are fulfilled by different warehouses, keeping the parts flowing and their arrival times consistant helps in project management.
In stock merchandise was delivered pretty quickly.
Thanks for using Fedex.
I always love the app and how easy it is to find what you need and always have what I want and need
Cause I buy most my parts from here
Broke my old one
My order was placed on 23 Feb 2024. I received the part on 9 March 2024. Longer than I have experienced in the past.
Outstanding. Patient, courteous, and professional.
I choose J&P cycles always. Best prices, tech support, friendly knowledgeable staff, and prompt delivery times.
Because my bike didn't run.
They are the best!
Ordered floorboards from here. Got them and upon looking at them found out I needed the original stock controls in order for to work. I have jardine foward controls on the bike. So I sent them back. No damage what so ever. Get home today and they're on my porch. Open the box and they said no return because of damage. They hustle throwed everything in the box with nothing to protect the product at all. Called them said once returned back to me I can't get my money back but we can send you a 100.00 gift card. Payed 283.00.
Lee, I apologize for the inconvenience and delay in getting a response to you. If I can help to resolve this please email me at socialmedia@jpcycles.com with ATTN. SiteJabber. Include your order and or customer number so that I can find all your information and I will do my best to make things right for you. Thank you for choosing J&P Cycles and have a great day on 2 wheels.
The new website is horrible. It shows you pages of things that have nothing to do with the item you search for your specific make, model and year bike. I loved the fact that I could look up a part and see if it was in stock at my local store. The store that started it all, Anamosa, Iowa. It is almost enough to drive me to the completion. Bikers are loyal, and Revzila seems to want to change that.
I complained about the new system for the website and how frustrating it is to search for items specific to your bike. And the fact you can no longer see if the item is available at your store. To drive 60 miles, only to find it is not in stock, and have to order it. Am told it will be sent 2 day UPS, only to have it sent through USPS and have it in over a week, because it seems to go to Des Moines, then California, then back to Des Moines. If you day it is 2 day UPS, then send it that way. Reveille is destroying a once great Company.
J&P Anamosa store has always been the go to place for Harley-Davidson after market parts and accessories. I have always had great service and great tech advice in the past.
Good price and quality
Everything went smooth. The first delivery had an issue but 5 minutes on the phone with them it was resolved.
It was great
The website was easy to order from. I got like 5 different boxes and a couple were complicated to obtain.
They were clear and a great help
Keese in customer service is great! I can't rate the bag yet as I just received it. Heading for Daytona Bike Week next Tuesday.
Keese was fantastic. Very helpful solving my issue.
Purchased from J&P previously.
Needed a new travel bag.
I Ordered it quickly and easily for my bike. 2023 FLHXST Streetglide. It arrived on my front door in a few days. Quick.
They carry a wide variety of Harley parts at a good price and you can call them if you need help or to double check something out.
To upgrade to a better part so I don't get stranded.
I placed an order on 03/08/18 for a jacket and after 5 days of the order being "in process" even though it was paid for, I called and was told they were waiting for the vendor and my jacket will be in by 03/15/18 and will ship by 03/16/18. I was told to check the status on 03/16/18 and if it still said "in process" to call back. I checked on 03/17/18 and of course had to call and was told the jacket was in and will ship early the following week. Well here we are more than 1/2 way through the following week and it's still "in process". Riding season is about to start and I have no jacket. I should have read the reviews first
This place was excellent to deal with and made it easy to purchase new parts for my bike. Prices were excellent and shipping time was unbelievable! It took less than 24 hours to receive my items with standard shipping and had it out the door that day.
Very easy to complete awesome choice of parts specifically for my make model and year
I’ve always dealt with them for many years and they’ve never disappointed me yet
Popular name brand that I was looking for!
Parts come on or before delivery date, good customer care
Because you have the parts I need for a older bike
You had the part
Very easy to find the parts that will fit my bike,
The price is right

Well made but had to bend license plate bracket so tire didn't rub the fender while shock travel.
The product is well made
Because hopefully it fits like the old one
Didn't get military discount
It's ok I enjoy the delivery
Had the product I needed
Excellent customer service in the chat room.
Thank you!
Good process..
I bought these bars for a 2017 Ultra Limited. I love the bars; the look, the 3 way adjustable feature, the height, pull back and rise. A couple of things to note before you buy. If you want to push the bars forward and get a higher rise, the "connector or adjuster clamp" sits right in front of the pairing speaker mold. Depending on how far you push them forward, you will not be able to reattach the fairing. It will be blocked by the adjuster clamp. Also, when fishing the wires through the bars, there are two points with 90 degree changes. This causes the electronic connectors to catch and get stuck. If not careful, you can easily pull the wires loose from the connectors. Finally, you will probably see that 12' bars do not require extension cables. With the increased pull back on these bars, and the rise, the extensions were mandatory. I don't say all that in a negative way, just an FYI. The change in arm and hand position were just what I wanted. The hand grips sit just about at the center point of the speakers My shoulders and back are much more comfortable and the look of the bars are really nice.
Quick easy to find things a lot to choose from i plan on coming back in the future.thank you
I have bought things here before and all good needed them

Let Freedom Ring
Online Superstore for motorcycle parts for Harley, GoldWing, V-Twin, & Metric bikes.
John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
Larry, I'd like to apologize for the shipping issues you encountered. J&P Cycles continues to make improvements to our new distribution center. We're still working to match up the correct shipping estimates with products. As with any large move, there are growing pains and we're doing anything we can to limit the impact to our customers. All we can ask is for understanding during this transition and rest assured we will make it right.
