Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Was installing new bar and replacement cables for bars, unfortunately when tech found dealership had done a poor job of doing the last bar upgrade years ago. Charged for a wire extension, but they had just soldered in short pieces of wires. Totally useless. Had to get replacement set of wires and switches. But look good. Also, installed a new set of Control Covers I had gotten from JPCycles in past. So bike is back on road. New Twin Power Clutch I had also gotten from JPCyles. Thanks.
Ordered a tire for my Harley, website said 3-5 days. After 5 days I called, they said it would take 11. After 16 days it was not even shipped. I asked for a supervisor, put on hold... no supervisor available. Asked what could they do, they said nothing. So I cancelled order and ordered it thru Amazon. DO NOT ORDER FROM J & P!
Ordered a travel bag on 7/19/17. Still in process. 10 days go by Went to live Chat got the "WE are waiting on the Manufacturer to send". Just got off Chat again8/2/17 as soon as I showed displeasure I got the anything else I can help you with. Not to mention the bag is not even available on their sight anymore. I have dealt with J&P for years and NEVER had this happen. Going to Leather Up to get my Bag :)

I want to eliminate the passenger seat on my Heritage and needed the fender bib to cover up some scratches on the rear fender caused by the previous owner of my bike not attaching the passenger seat to the rider's seat correctly,
I have order many things from these guy's and have always gotten good service and fast shipping. They have now changed to a 3rd rate shipping company that doesn't even offer tracking. I order 2 98 cent items from them and they charged me almost 10 bucks to ship them and never got them. Now i'm having to pull teeth to get my money back. Sad because they were good. Sometimes saving a buck isn't worth the costumers you loose

Great jp cycles has some of the best quality and priced parts as well as shipping options. Although I wish for veterans the shipping was free or the discount stacked would be great

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
