Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Problems navigating web site, password retrieval. Plus product I received was not what I excepted. However I can still us it.
Ive ordered so many parts from these guys over the years and constantly get the wrong part, being in australia im sure they ignore all my emails to customer service about sorting it out. They do not respond to anything, what does gold member mean ZIP.
Do not use them they have gone down hill big time, they will say anything to get your money and then send you completely wrong parts. I have so many parts i can't use but no its beyond a joke.
Don't ask their so called technitions for advice on parts as they will treat you like a dumbass and say yes it fits! You ask are you sure? They go, is there anything else we can help you with?

I placed an order for tires; one for my husband and one for myself. The tires arrived to our Canadian home within 4 days, which was awesome. My husband's tire is exactly what I ordered. My tire, however, was a substitute for the one I ordered. While it was a Dunlop Elite 3 tire, it was not the 170/80-15 I specified; it was an MV85B15. They substituted one for the other without checking to see if I'd accept a different tire. When I made them aware of the problem, I was told I could certainly return the tire, but that as an international customer, I'd have to cover the shipping myself. J&P was unwilling to acknowledge their responsibility for the situation. Color me unimpressed.
I ordered tires on the 2nd and said would ship in few days. 9 days later and still have not been shipped. Was told tires are in picking and would be shipped in couple days. This was last week... Stay away from them... Shop some where else..
Placed an order February 28th and didn't hear back - payment went through. Called two weeks later after not receiving a shipping notice and they told me it had shipped but they didn't have a tracking number. March 21th I was charged AGAIN for the same part because NOW it's been shipped. When I called to get a refund because they charged me TWICE they said I was lying so I emailed them my Visa statements showing both transactions. Now I'm waiting for their 'customer service' team for a response and refund for ONE of the purchases. This company is a joke. I too run a business. My client is waiting for his part and it's now been a month. I will never order from this company again.

Found the tire easily on the site and it arrived quickly.
My friend and I went to Reno Motorcycle show and Jpcycles stuff told us" get the hell out of the way" to us when we were taking some photos. There was no sign we were not supposed to take photos over there.
Ordered a simple pulley cover. It took 27 days to arrive. I called after the first 8 days and was told there had been a glitch in the system and the part had to be reordered. I was not notified. Then it took 8 more days for the next order when it came it was the wrong part. Then it had to be reordered and of course took 8 more days. What should have happened was after the first screw up a manager should have overnighted the part to me. Every other company I deal with does this. Poor service.

My package came from louisville ky. 8 hours away from my home in Morganton Nc.It has taken 6 days so far to reach a town 30 minutes away by ups. I call ups because it has been there for 2 days I asked if can pick it up. I was told rudely no I can not it has to be delivered by the post office now. I was told Ups was delivering it. I think I will buy my parts else where..
Bought Highway Bars for 2015 Harley Heritage Softail Classic and only received three bolts and no nuts. When I talked with someone there they said the bolts threaded in but they do not. I will have to go to Lowes to complete my order and get nuts for the installation of these bars. Very disappointed in their Tech support. Didn't find them knowledgable at all. Won't be making any further purchases as I don't want to take the chance of getting shorted on the parts needed for installation.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
