Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
I'm very happy with my saddleman luggage very well made. Ordering from JP cycles was a very good experience
User friendly site. Nice selection of products and manufacturers.

My brake pads were as thin as a strippers thong. I needed new pads.
Selection was simple and easy to use website. Shipping speed was sooner than projected.

Had what I needed at the right price
Needed for repair on my bike
Purchased a defective klock works windshield from JP cycle. The windshield had a rainbow
Effect throughout the entire windshield and spotted up when washed with soap and water.
Had it on the bike for 2 hrs. The windshield was obviously defective. When I sent it back they
Refused the return, indicating it had evidence of damage or wear. The only damage was from
The defective windshield. JP cycle would come up with any excuse not to return a product.
My fender spacers arrived in a timely manner and were just a described. Never disappointed.
Always have had good luck with J&P on my purchases and will continue shopping with them for my motorcycle needs.

When I ordered the exhaust website, said three available and will ship 3 to 5 days. Called six days later still had it shipped. Called over two weeks and still haven't shipped. So I canceled the order. Went to Dennis kirk. Got it $12 cheaper and within three days.
Ordered 12 parts April 22/16. Website showed 11 as shipping in 1-2 days and 12th part shipping in 3-4 days. I contacted J&P May 20/16 by email as I had heard nothing from them since April 22. I received an email from them May 22/16 stating that none of the 12 parts are available. I checked their website May 23/16 and all 12 parts were shown as available. I have asked to cancel order, but they don't reply to emails or answer phone [ on hold for 32 minutes and finally gave up] l have dealt with this company since 1998 and they were the best when John ran the company. New owners and Zach are doing their best to undo all of John's hard work. A lot of customers will get taken for a lot of money when J&P goes down. Their new business practices are not substainable.
Len,
I'd like to apologize for the inconvenience getting your order as well as the issues you've had with customer service. Our new distribution center and order processing system are still not communicating product availability correctly. Zach as well as our company president and parent company MAG have been working to get the issues resolved.
Many issues have been corrected but older orders are still being worked through and our customer service continues to be overwhelmed. While J&P Cycles is not using these issues as excuses, we're explaining it to be as transparent as possible.
Again, I apologize and will do what I can to get a resolution for you.

I changed out my blinkers on my motorcycle to LEDs and bought the LED equalizer and installed it and it works great
Because j&p cycles is a reputable company I bought from in the past and always have good products
When you change your blinkers to LEDs you have to have an equalizer to keep them from hyper flashing

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
Steve, we're sorry to hear we fell short of a great experience. Please know that we take your feedback seriously and will be passing it on to our Leadership Team.
