Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.

Ordered online, didn't get an emailed Receipt like the confirmation said, called in to explain I'd like receipt, they sent me a new receipt, new order number, AND CHARGED ME FOR THE ORDER TWICE AND ARE REFUSING TO REFUND!
Direct fitment parts were ordered. Direct fitment parts is what i received. I installed the parts. They were the correct parts and everything was smooth as silk.

They said they had pipes on stock. I ordered 2 and then they said they only had one but for me to get the other one they would need more orders. Meaning if no one else orders that same pipe I wouldve never got them! I called they said by the 20th they should have more and I would get it by the 25th when I had ordered on the 3rd! Then they said by the 30th?!?! They should update their website instead of saying in stock... never would I buy again...
It would have helped if the "one in" handle bars had been 1'. They 3/100ths over my stock bars. Now my clutch and brake clamps do not close and my switches don't seal. My risers don't fit either.

Ok this is the response I got i will update my rating when i recive my parts for now I will bump up one star only for the quick response (Randy, I tracked down your item. It was just received in to our warehouse today. Therefore it should ship out later today of first thing tomorrow. The item will be shipping to you out of KY so it should be to you before the end of the week without any further issues. Just as a heads up that item on the site does show an 8-10 day lead time, unfortunately those are counted as business days and today would be the sixth business day so we are actually slightly ahead of schedule. I know that doesn't make it any less frustrating I just wanted you to know that we are on track for were we should be on that specific item. Keep an eye on your email for the shipping confirmation and your part should be out to you in the next couple of days. Once again I apologize for the frustration caused by this and I hope I have provided the information necessary to retain you as a future customer. Had a flag on previous bike I owned. Had just purchased a trunk rack for this bike and wanted 2 flag mounts. Was on Anamosa Iowa and purchased the last mount they had. So I needed to ordered another When I got Home
The triple bag would not work, but the single bag is perfect.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
