Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Every thing shipped as ordered, packaged well, and in good condition.

J&P Cycle has an extremely poor customer service! I'm still waiting for my backrest order even though is been two weeks and four days since my placing my order. I've spoken to atleast four different representatives and I'm still waiting. Now, J&P Cycle stopped to responding to my e-mails. VERY DISATISFIED CUSTOMER! I WILL NEVER PLACE ANOTHER ORDER WITH J&P CYCLE!

Very disappointed in J&Pcycles, i have been told conflicting information on 2 occasions now, i feel as though they just tell me what i wont to her so i dont cancel my order as they already have my money! I ordered items that stated they were in stock on there website and would be dispatched in 1 business day and then straight away i tried to confirm that the items were in stock and got told 3 of the 6 items were not in stock but would be in there wearhouse and shipped in 2 business days, its now been 3 weeks and im only now being told that it may take 7-10 more days for these items to arrive. Not to mention it is 3 different items i was told were not in stock in the first place! Terrible customer service! At least tell me straight up these items are not in stock and DONT TAKE MY MONEY UNTIL YOU HAVE THE ITEMS IN STOCK! Thieves!

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
