Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Called and was told part was in stock and would fit my Bike. It shipped quickly and i received it in a timely manner. Installed and fit great.

Am dissapointed in the new JP. They promote the subscription service with free 2 day shipping. Over the last 2 years I have ordered several times and have yet to receive anything in less than 5-6 days. I recently ordered cams and associated parts. Some of which were advertised as "eligible for free 2 day shipping". I had to pay an additional $60.00 in order to guarantee the cams arrival on time. The items that were advertised as 2 day shipping, arrived 7 days later.
I have been buying from JP for about 15+ years, this was never the case when John P. Was in charge. As a result upon the renewaI dates arrival, I question weather it really is worth the cost. I hope this situation will improve as I very much like JP Cycles and look forward to continuing to do business with them

I ordered the wrong Arken Ness part and found I needed tge screaming eagle air filter. JP handled the return and I ordered a Drag Specialties filter. Fits better but still exactly right

Purchased the Bull-it Heron Straight Women's Jeans for my wife and she absolutely loves them. She was not initially interested in wearing any armored jeans after seeing them online but that changed once she actually got them and tried them on. John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
