Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Some things are a little of a pain in the $#*! to look for on the web page, but overall you can get what you need. I prefer a book.
Cathy was great helping me today. Provided everything I needed

Hello Abel, we apologize for the delayed delivery. Unfortunately, sometimes carriers do take longer than we anticipate delivering. We do appreciate you taking the time to let us know about the issue. We will get this to leadership to look into further.
This business used to be a great one to interact with, but they've lost their way. I've been a gold club member since 2017 and starting in June of 2020 did a complete rebuild from the crank up of my 00 FXDWG. I've spent thousands of dollars in the past six months or so with them. Most recently I purchased a wiring harness which they sent prebroken, like being in the Corps right? It's an easy fix, send a new harness and I'll cut out the bad relay, wire in the new and return the defective part and unused parts as well...
Anyhow, after four hours of calling, holding, transfering, sent to Kuryakyn, sent back to JPcycles, more holding, more transfering and finally a supervisor they refuse to send a new kit until I spend hours jacking up my bike, removing the rear wheel removing the entire harness (as opposed to the defective part) and sending the entire thing back to wait for it to be received at wich point they would send another, hopefully functioning harness. Meanwhile, I can spend a couple hours to reinstall my rear wheel so I can ride only to have to jack up the bike again remove the rear wheel again to install the new harness and reinstall the wheel for her a third time.
All this inconvenience to me so that a gold club member from 2017 who has spent thousands of dollars this year alone doesn't short shift JPcycles by not returning the part that would probably cost them less than 40 bucks if I was indeed a person of low morals. This is why I will not renew my membership and will only buy from JPcycles as a last resort.
Easy to find what I need to match my bike. The windshield was a perfect fit and a great price.
Easy purchase and site was easy to navigate so bought as needed
All the parts in one place
Easy to find what I needed, not an overwhelming amount of items to look through
Tire prices
Quick and easy. The price was right and the purchase arrived when I was told it would. Two things that are important to me.
I have done business here before.
The chrome oil tank I purchased shipped in a timely manner. Fit & finish was perfect. Chrome looked good perfect. Welds looked perfect.
They had what I wanted.
I needed a chrome oil tank and J&P had it.
I saw the product, I clicked on the add to cart button then the check out now button. Paid.
A few days later it came in the mail.
Thank you. I've ordered from you before, loved everything about it. I didn't realize you are a conglomerate of a bunch of different companies.
I received my order under the projected date. My order arrived as described. Overall It was a good experience.
Very easy to install. Works great with my short legs. I only wish the part had a larger weight limit (only 250lbs limit)
Easy enough. Hopefully the product is as good as the reviews!
Good selection, prices and reputation.
Got the tire in 3 days it's on the bike and it goes round and round. What more can I say. Thank you.
Say it on line

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
Thank you for the great feedback. We are always happy to hear that we have achieved our goal of a great customer experience. Ride Safe!
