Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
I ordered a set of Kuryakyn Peg extenders.
The price was good and delivery on time.
However, the product package had been opened and the packet of never-seize missing. That was no problem as I have never-seize so I installed one side.
When I went to install the other side I found that the peg pivot bolt was stripped.
I didn't want to have to uninstall the first side so I just cleaned up the threads and finished the installation
Appreciate how I can call & speak to a live person for help. Keep up good work.
Same as always. I bought a lot of parts from j &p cycle And have been pretty satisfied.
Great website and very quick delivery. Would recommend to anyone.
Internet seatch
Needed it for an oil change
Bought some grips. They were equipped with some palm throttle lever, which on other brand is removable. These are not and will never work with my setup, even if I liked this feature, which I do not.
Thank you for the great feedback. We are always happy to hear that we have achieved our goal of a great customer experience. Ride Safe!

Order VandH 2 into 1 exhaust for 2023 lowrider s. Ad said free military air cleaner with purchase. I wanted the Navy one. Never got it. Customer service said I had to buy a specific exhaust. Happened to be the exact one I bought but whatever. The big problem was I clicked on the exhaust and didn't read all the description. It was an open box. I was not worried cause J and P would make sure it was usuable. Incorrect. The invoice said missing instructions and some packaging. Well what it was missing was an entire box containing the mounting hardware. I literally got 3 pieces of pipe. I called and said ok. I accept I should not have bought an open box. But I need to actually use this. Can you send or sale me a kit. Answer was No. They don't have it. They did say they would take the exhaust back after I do a bunch of paperwork and send it back. OR refund me a partial payment for the exhaust. I said no Navy air cleaner and no hardware to mount the exhaust. Not a good day. I send I'll do the partial refund, and immediately called Vance and Hines. They were awesome and we both laughed at how ludicrous it all sounded. So, another $250.00 plus shipping and I should have the hardware by next weekend. Still no cool Navy air cleaner. Funniest part is the J and P guy didn't believe me about the air cleaner and said "If you send me an ad that said that I'll do it." I had the ad and sent it to him. He gave me a $50.00 refund and pretty sure took my Navy air cleaner to his house to hang on his wall. J and P you broke my heart. Things happen and I get it and I won't talk about it any more except in my group therapy session.
I wrote about it above. Not super great but whatever

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
