Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Got my parts, installed, went riding, mission accomplished
Good experiences, to this point
Bike was broke
Found what I wanted, less than on Amazon, delivery was on time as promised
Repeat customer
I ordered it as a backup Incase I need it at a later date, we will see how it does at the time of use.
Its hard to find parts for my year of bike, but they have them
I received my order under the projected date. My order arrived as described. Overall It was a good experience.
Not thrilled with the riser I ordered, the bottom half is metal, but the top half is plastic.
Fast shipping and excellent experience otherwise
Shipping is High cost for 2 tiny items, but the items cost, and quality were very reasonable.
Parts to fit Harley at a lower cost than dealers.
The part was packed in Spain and was not what it was supposed to be, Customer care took good care of returning and refunding.
Bout a Simpson bandit helmet and it came with a clear visor and picture of the helmet I ordered had a blueish purple visor
Ordered here previously
Love the Simpson helmets
I like the ability to search by make model and year. Makes it quick to find part that fit
I looked at several places online and couldn’t find what I wanted. You all had what I was looking for and cheaper that directly from the manufacturer.
New bike, needed a new exhaust system.
Good time ordering parts thank you for your interest and the best type for your cooperation
Good experiendce in the past

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I ordered a set of tires from J&P Cycles. Tires cost USD405.98 and I paid in full with UPS international shipping. When they arrived, UPS said that J&P Cycles had declared the value of the tires to be USD752.23 instead - that is almost twice the real value. I therefore had to pay needless extra taxes on them. UPS indicated that they would review and refund if J&P Cycles indicated that they had made a mistake on the value.
When I contacted J&P Cycles and patiently explained the situation and requested that they correct the value with UPS, one Jessica M. Replied and did not even take responsibility for the error, and provided some jibberish answer which avoided the issue entirely. No offer of assistance whatsoever was made to correct the value with UPS. On the possibility that she did not understand the issue, I tried explaining the situation again, pointing out again the correct invoice value, and the value which UPS said J&P had declared them to be - the latter figure being clearly arbitrary, wrong and false, and requested for their assistance to correct the figure with UPS. One Paige F. Replied and again did not answer the issue, take responsibility for the error, nor offer any assistance to contact UPS to correct the value. The response from Paige F. Was curt.
The problem could have been easily solved if they just contacted UPS to indicate that they had made a mistake. They simply refused. I was therefore left in the lurch by this seller - J&P Cycles - and their two customer service officers, Jessica M and Paige F who provided no customer service at all. Regret ordering from them.
Easy, product was what I needed at the time, well price and quick delivery.

Online Superstore for motorcycle parts for Harley, GoldWing, V-Twin, & Metric bikes.
John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
