Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
I needed a part, so I looked it up and put it in my cart. J&P Cycles makes it so easy to find parts. I proceeded to check out./pay for it. Delivery was 3 days later, I was stoked. Installed it and I'm back on the road thanks to J&P!

Rebuilding a Heritage Softail Classic
I ordered a speedometer cable for my old Harley, the website said the part would fit my bike, and when it arrived it was too short. They issued a refund, but I'm still out on the shipping cost, so I'm a little upset about that still.

I ordered small items. It was packed in a very large box, 95% bubble wrap. It would not git in my mailbox. I had to drive 20 miles to pick it up at the post office.

Speakers were delivered earlier than expected and are exactly as advertised. I would recommend J & P Cycles and will shop with them again in the future!
The handlebar controls i purchased didnt seem to have the best fit. Also i had to grind down the end of my clutch cable end to fit in the clutch perch. The chrome plating made it to where i had to modify it to fit. Also i paid the extra momey to have everything deliver 2nd day... the most important item was the one that took the longest to receive.
I called about the shipping issues i had.. they offered a refund of half the extra shipping fees i paid. It really wasnt much.. $11 refund on a $765 order.. but i guess something is better than nothing.

Fast.easy.good people. The only thing is when I first filled everything out I stated I wanted a slim white wall but some how I ended up with a black wall tire instead but I wanted to ride my bike so I went ahead and mounted it anyway. Figure I'll get a slim white wall next time.

It is very disappointing that your website specifically stated that the ouside diameter of the baffles is 2 inches and when i received them i measured them before install and they 1 13/16 inch, so not the right size.

Thank you for your feedback. We looked into your order and the item. It states a 2 inch outer diameter of the exhaust not the baffle. We apologize for the confusion. You can return your purchase within 90 days. In order to qualify product must be in new, unused/uninstalled condition. All original packaging and tags must be included. Returns with ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents will not be accepted.Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment once the items have been received and inspected. I chose my floorboards because the ones I have are starting to get very worn in the ease of getting them both replaced including the rubber nubs that come with them and the easy installation instructions

Great company for parts.
I was in a bind and needed to replace the gasket for my primary cover. I was able to find a replacement on the website for half the price of Harley, and it arrived on my doorstep a few days later.
Ordered the battery and it said next day delivery and it took almost a whole week to get it. The box came and the battery wasn't packed upright and looked like it had been opened.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
