Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Website is easy to use. I'll be in touch regarding the part though. Doesn't appear to be properly formed.

Several of the parts didn't fit even though the website said they fit the stock parts of my 1983 fxwg.
I’m frustrated that I have to pay return shipping when the mistake was the fault of JP cycles.
Because I liked that the website would show me parts for my specific bike.
Because my bike needed replacement parts and there weren’t a lot of options.

Like many internet businesses, parts from 3rd parties are made available. Most of the parts are great, some good, and a few less so. Also, J&P uses package delivery services, and issues outside of their control can arise from delivery.
Package lost in shipment. J&P sent another to me.
The original need from J&P was for metric bike rotors. Their aftermarket units were cost-effective and reliable.

I tried to purchase earlier and for some reason got denied three different times before I gave up. Then I came back to make the purchase and the price has changed substantially within minutes
Because you had my product and you had it for cheaper than others. But that is changed now and you are just as expensive as the others
Had a little hiccup on one part. Super fast reaction to the issue and received correct part NEXT DAY! Crazy fast and didn't impact my overall project at all. Customer reps are always friendly and very knowledgeable. I like how well they will work with you when the answers aren't necessarily easy. J&P is my go to and my first stop. I only shop elsewhere if they just don't stock what I need.

No problem with JNP cycles everything went fast and smooth, but the Memphis shades windshield that was supposed to be OEM for my Harley softail had 10 holes and not one of them lined up with my OEM bracket

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
