Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
All is good except for this new age nonsence about experience, don't do00 stuff like that! The part is fine, came quickly, service was good. What else is there?
Part was broken and HD don't make it anymore
JP cycles has always been easy to order from.
I purchased a previously installed Bluetooth headset.
Everything worked except the power cord was missing. Luckily my phone uses the same cord. Also the velcro pad to secure the ear pieces were not with the kit. But fir 1/3 the price of a new one I made it work.
Helpful videos for install and have found everything I wanted
Price was right. Just wanted to g low end until I figured out if I want the extra sound in my helmet

Must be a sticker shortage... From the shop.
Because the boss has been using JP from day 1
Engine & transmission parts.
Always be specific about a ordered part. I got the wrong 1,it costs more 2 send it back than it is worth. Eating this 1...
The headlight I ordered was wrong size but to return it, it cost as much as the product. The next one I ordered is perfect. Please offer free return shipping.
Reputation is great.
I needed a headlight.
I would have paid the higher price from the other company, if I knew it was being shipped by FedEx. They always mess up keep changing delivery date.
Was a lower price but only by maybe $4
Went to put the grips on my handlebars and the throttle sticks. I even lubricated the handlebar before it went in and throttle stick. The grips are comfortable, but they're not manufactured to the proper spec.
I am was delivered on time. I had a small issue with the item the cause I misunderstood the mounting directions. Contacted customer service and they were very helpful and friendly.
I had to return item and customer service was very helpful and courteous
Built a tray consisting of mostly JP cycle parts. I was very satisfied with the look of the build and So were many others
Style and durability
I ordered two clamps; they can in fine time and were as expected. A bit pricey, but they are working well.
On line search for a product that suited my needs.
They appeared to fit what I needed.
I like that "exact fit / does not fit" feature. J&P seems to always have what I need to keep my old bike running smoothly.

Part was shipped in a timely manner and arrived in perfect condition however, it is the wrong part and will not fit on my bike.
Good reputation
No issues with J&P directly. The supplier for the motor mount and the shipping company were less than expedient.
Product availability and price.
Prior experience with both products.
Easy easy ordering seat is great had to drill.out one screw to remove back metal tab as it would not come out

Routine online order. It did not correct my problem but it was a "problem elimination issue" not an order problem. I already am putting in the cart my next order.
I didn't feel very confident in her answers. I'm not sure she knew what I was trying to explain. Not a problem.
Online add. And past experience with them has been good. They are my go to supplier since Harley decided not to support the bikes they sold me after they become a certain age. So I am learning to be a bike mechanic. There must be a market for vintage mechanic shops. J & P helps me out with parts most of the time.
Easy to navigate. Quickly shipped. However, transferring from UPS to USPS expands delivery by 7 days! This is so inconvenient.
Have used before.
Matched my requirements.

Good overall experience. No hassles and prompt delivery. Asking for fifty characters is a bit of a hassle on this review though.
Convenience
I ordered a new rear tire for my 99 road King it was easy to find on their website and the shipping was free and I got it within a couple days I'm very happy with my purchase.

Good price on a good tire that had just over a year old date code. Easy to order, free shipping and it came in less than a week. Nice.
J&P had tires that fit my old R80/7 at a good price and free shipping.
The front of the fairing arrived with a scuff mark. The display screen looks like it's been pushed on and has damage.
Agent was helpful

Online Superstore for motorcycle parts for Harley, GoldWing, V-Twin, & Metric bikes.
John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
