It was a good thing I ordered bearings, cause the package was mangled beyond recognition. The original package was re-boxed, because of how bad it was. When opening the allballsracing plastic package was deformed and damaged as well. The bearings themselves don't show any damage, but it does worry me a little not knowing what kind of hell the package went through.

I recently purchase & whole bunch of accessories from J&P Cycles. A new helmet, visors, cargo bungie nets... everything was delivered very quickly & packaged great when it arrived. One of the visors wasn't available after I processed my order, so they sent me an apology email & gave me a $10 credit with the store for the inconvenience. I was very impressed by the service & for the customer care with actual credit they provided.

I always have great service. I only had one issue with this order. The product I ordered stated it had 1/4-20 threads, it did not, it had 5/16-24 threads, it should be changed on the item description.

We're a few hundred miles into a road trip to TN and my partner complained of a vibration. At first she thought it was the road, but smoother roads at 70 mph proved different. Today we stopped in Normal IL and had the balance check, which was perfect, but the tire was out of round. What can be done?

I've done business with J&P over the years and have always been happy with my results. On this latest order, I ordered up some hand grips for my HD FLH only to find out that they won't work with the handlebar air reservoir style bars. Contacted customer service who confirmed my fears and told me that I can send them back for a full refund.

Found exactly what I was looking for, not a heroic price but doable, the arrival was timely,. The installation was so simple, without a mess of tear down to do first inorder to install.
Basic simple bolt on adjust to desired position and tighten down...then ride on...thx

Looked for a new seat for a 38 year old Honda-J&P hooked me right up with a beautiful RoadSofa seat and backrest replacement. Arrived faster than expected, in perfect shape and fit like a glove. Thank you!

Ordered the same parts online from another supplier and got garbage; after installing the Stator and reassembling the bike the thing was grounding out and not putting out the voltage I needed, Learned a long time ago you get what you pay for but a lapse in common sense cost me time and money. Ordered the parts from J&P and lo and behold everything fit just like it should (OEM specs, imagine that!). Wiring from the Stator was the issue on the original (too large) and the thing didn't work.

Your website needs attention. I should not have to go through so many parts just to find what I want. I typed in clutch plates and it started with Frames, WTF? And I typed in the year 1962 and I was sent to 1984 part's, WTF? Fix this dam thing! Didn't you pay someone to set it up? If I want Vintage it takes me forever to find them!

Quick, easy, simple, sold...looking for helmets, I thought would be easy, but there are a lot out there. I feel you get what you pay for. I can only afford so much. So it means alot to me to get it right the first time. Did my research. Do research...! I found my helmet here. To each his own. I like it. It's beautiful. Fits as it should. Looks great. Price was right for my budget. I'm happy...! Thanks J&P cycles for being there.

Love shopping at J&P cycles. Unfortunately, the helmet I ordered once I put on was heavier than what I want. The helmet itself was nice and exactly as advertised. I just have issue with weight on my head.

I did a return on the helmet that I purchased as the weight was too heavy. Customer service was excellent. I believe Billy was the advisor. I talked to. He was very, very friendly very courteous solved my issue with the return.

I was interested in a Ciro Big $#*! cup holder for the bike. Found it on Amazon, for a few dollars cheaper, but chose to purchase from J&P bc I found a discounted cup holder to hold my cigar ashtray, too. I'm very happy with the service J&P has provided and I'll shop w them again.

Well I have bought products from JP and always had good service. This time and ordered materials from JP and it said that both pieces were shipped. I recieved one in a couple of days and the other one took two weeks to receive. Upon looking back at email UPS was still waiting on package. I will still keep ordering from JP,it was just one of those things that happens.

They took care of issue in a promptly manner.

I had a usual very good experience making a purchase with J&P Cycles. J&P is dependable, they sell a very good product, fast delivery and very easy to order on-line. They are my go to supplier for parts and accessories for my old Harley-Davidson motorcycle.

I received a damage dented up NEW gas tank.
3 women via email told me that is how it is supposed to come.
I called and spoke with a gentleman that said it is not the case. He said he would shipped me out a new fuel take asap with a return label. A week later no tank. I call and someone told me thar I has to ship the tank back first. ( after I was told different and kept me waiting. I recorded the call he definitely told me that he would ship me a return label ( with the new tank.

In desperation. I accepted the damaged tank and PAiD to have it repaired at the body shop.

Every essential part I've needed for my chopper build I've found at JP cycles at reasonable prices, and shipping times are very reasonable. I've ordered from this company for several years now and will continue to do so.

First fender delivered was wrong one. Customer service indicated I ordered wrong fender. Double checked and discovered shipping dept. made error, not me. Second fender delivered was correct but had two small dents. Photographed dents and sent to customer service. Tapped out dents and painted.Sent original fender back to J&P.

Reps were pleasant and helpful.

I would get sore sitting in my 2023 Harley-Davidson Fat Bob stock seat anything longer than 45 minutes. Once I switched over to the mustang seats, I noticed right away that the seat is wider and more comfortable they were. So far, riding for hour and a half and no soreness! I'm planning to go on a road trip up to Seattle and that will be the real test!

Based on my own personal experience Mustang seats are great and it was money well spent!

J&P was fairly fast, but all the parts came in days apart, so it took a little over a week to get everything and install. The install was fairly simple, and I upgraded the retaining bolt to an anti-theft one.

The bags are as advertised, but a lot flimsier than I expected (my fault for not reading description better). There is no reinforcement anywhere so the first time they get wet you have a shapeless sack. Very thin leather held together with plastic zipper yoke. Overpriced for what you get. Don't even consider for serious travel. Okay for bike night at the local bar, I guess.

I ordered a replacement gas tank for my Dyna. When the tank was delivered it was dented on both side. I called J&P and they sent me a return label and placed a order for another tank. I just received it today and it is in good shape.

Jonathan was great to deal with. He asked for pictures and as soon as he received them he placed the order for the replacement.

Ordered a front fender tip light and pivot pin kit for my motorcycle. Both products were aftermarket but exact match to OEM parts. Light bulb on fender tip was mounted a little bit different, but looks just as good.

The correct part, at the stated price, shipped quickly, arriving undamaged. Good communication on order status. Everything you hope for when making an online order. The website works well but I really liked the separate catalog for vintage parts.

I have been ordering from their website for years now. When I owned my 1991 FXR, there where no other options on the web that knew what I was looking for...AND had it in stock!
Now that I own a 2017 Streetglide, it is even easier to get my parts and information in a reasonable amount of time.

Everything was always handled properly. Plus the tech had a lot of knowledge about what I was trying to purchase and accomplish.
