Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
Ordered my helmet with no issues, received my order within 10 days, really happy with the looks and comfort
Wondered why if the product was in stock when I ordered it, why was it not shipped within 24 hrs. I apparently didn't order it before the cut off time , but still received it in a few days.

I wanted an air filter that was washable and reusable so that I wouldn't have to buy a new one each time. This looks like a good quality air filter.
The purchase was easy, it shipped right away. It also came in a reusable sealed container to reduce oil spilling
Easy to order all the parts I wanted. Shipping was the only real issue I had. Most items stated they would ship out next day and would be two day shipping. About half of my order didn't ship for multiple working days and most took longer than two days.

Due for some upgrades and maintenance on the bike and they were brands I can trust with quality products.
I saw something almost identical but less expensive on another site. After speaking with a J&P rep and later receiving the item from J&P I believe I made the right choice

The cap looks as good as the stock one did. At first the cap venting didn'tmatch the stock cap but I am using the new cap anyway.

The master link I received did not fit! I made it fit by grinding one side down. Can't ride it like that! But had it get the bike back together! Still looking for the correct link!

You guys are pretty quick to sell and ship the product out but when returns come not so much it took me 3 days just to get an answer about a return.

The handlebar controls i purchased didnt seem to have the best fit. Also i had to grind down the end of my clutch cable end to fit in the clutch perch. The chrome plating made it to where i had to modify it to fit. Also i paid the extra momey to have everything deliver 2nd day... the most important item was the one that took the longest to receive.
I called about the shipping issues i had.. they offered a refund of half the extra shipping fees i paid. It really wasnt much.. $11 refund on a $765 order.. but i guess something is better than nothing.

Great company for parts.
I was in a bind and needed to replace the gasket for my primary cover. I was able to find a replacement on the website for half the price of Harley, and it arrived on my doorstep a few days later.
Website is easy to use. I'll be in touch regarding the part though. Doesn't appear to be properly formed.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
