I checked the information to verify that the part would fit my bike. When I got it, it did not fit like I needed it to. It had to have mounting brackets which I didn't have and did not come with the new speakers.

They instructed on how to return the product.

Rebuilding a '58 Harley and needed new tanks due to excessive internal rust. Found replacements at J&P, they are a perfect fit. Problem with the thanks are they do not come with the filler neck (only like $10) but description of the tank should say they are needed. Quick fix, but more detail are needed on both item. A little welding and they will be good to go!

My purchase experience was great. Being required to type 50 characters for this review was a bit too much. Drop that requirement and you'll get more reviews.

Found them a little expensive. Membership makes it cheaper, I know, but that costs too.
Shipping is well priced and fast. Customer service is second to none. Always come back.

I thought it was sold as a set because the pics showed two but only received one. Ordering was easy but confusing. Maybe put in bold print how many you'll get in an order. Wouldn't have ordered them had I known because the price was very high for only one.

Very polite and helpful

I ordered a front brake line, the day I received it was the day my motorcycle caught fire with me in it, so I had to return the package unused … it would've looked nice though if I was able to install it.

Most of my experience has been excellent and easy. One minor issue that caused me to send back the product as it was mislabeled for its fitment, however the customer service was beyond exceptional and the issue was easily resolved.

Friendly and quickly solved my issue

Easy to find and order. Description a little unclear whether the rotor itself is stainless. The picture and description does not describe the standard rotor sent. It is a MD4085, but it is not an upgrade as described. I bought into the two part riveted rotor idea dissipating the heat better, but what came was a solid one-piece rotor. Because my cycle was down and the rotor fit, I used it anyway.

Easy thanks, you know how some places make you feel like you have to go to war with them just to get something ordered. J&P was nothing like that at all, easy all the way through!

Received my order and it was advertised as an open box item, missing a screw. My order was a set of front turn signals by custom dynamics. They were shipped to me in no box at all, just placed inside a plastic mailer. So the lights were bouncing around in a plastic mailer. Cant believe they would do that. Thankfully they weren't broken, I just hope they don't go out prematurely.

This fender trim doesn't seem to fit quite right. I installed it anyway. It looks okay, but a critical eye would see that it's a little crooked. The side pieces have a tendency to pull away from the fender. Will see how it holds up in the August heat.

I received my order in about 4 days. Part of it was right and part not right. Ordered rear tire and inner tube. Tire was right but the inner tube that was sent to me was for the front tire. Don't know what happened but I had to buy one from my local dealer. That is not at all like them to do.

Package arrived 1 week later than projected and looked as if it was taken from mixer full of rocks. Mail letters with USPS……leave shipping to the ones that do it right!

Be sure of the parts required for your application as the parts I ordered came with other gaskets that are not used on my particular application making it a little confusing. The parts kit overall was correct.

Service second to none

Well the product arrived in around 12 days. Do NOT buy this bracket the TINY screws that hold the Crome plat are way too small to secure it to the main bracket. I had to drill it out and put larger bolts through it to make it work. Pitiful quality for a 80.00 bracket. Pitiful.

The parts are Exactly as ordered. Good price in comparison to other sellers. First time ordering from here but shipping was much quicker than expected.
I will definitely keep an eye on the adds.

Web site was easy to navigate! Very fast shipping! Unfortunately the FP4 wouldn't work and it is currently back at Vance and Hines. Hopefully they will get it right and it will work on my Harley. J&P experience was excellent.

Was at Sturgis and had to order a part however I had no address to ship to a lady who was helping us offered to have it sent to her place and bring it in for me as they were not accepting shipment while the event was going on needless to say they did all they could to help me
