Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.
I'M satisfied for all item on the web site, it's easy to find something
My order was only supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days. The whole order took 9 days
The parts they have on most the time
Cause I needed them
Awesome transaction! The item was delivered quick and was exactly as described.
Price and delivery
Want a more comfortable ride
Color match was very good, fit was not. Had to slot the holes to the fender attachments almost to the point where the rubber grommets were loose.
If you order these just go ahead and get a rotary file for your drill and order the slotted exhaust pipe brackets. You'll need them!
When I contacted J&P Cycles about the fit problem and sent them photos of how far off the connections were, their response was "well they don't just clip on!"
Good experiences in the past.
Wanted the look. Should have ordered from Advanblack, they have the pinstripe availability.
Easy to navigate the website, thankyou. More specs on the product would help.
Not great, will look elsewhere. The last 3 orders have been incorrect.
Wind vest is awesome
Dakota Digital gauges very cool easy set up using the app
JP had what I was looking for. With fit ment guides.
Had to replace so I could use the bike
Part fit well but way too high priced for what it was. Promped shipping was great
Used before
Fit my bike
Parts were easily looked up, located and with the garage section filled out, parts fit without a problem
Several riders I know use J&P for parts and were very impressed
Up grade parts for the bike.

Selection of Kuryakyn LED windshield lights
Saw the Kuryakyn LED windshield turning lights at a booth in Sturgis
Got what I ordered in a timely manner. Bout 3 days. With ground fright.
I ordered a specific helmet lens with expedited shipping so I could have for a long ride, but it didn't arrive in a timely manner at all. I was refunded the expedited cost, but no where on the site did it indicate there may be an issue sending the lens out from their warehouse. I've been totally pleased with J & P in the past, so this was random, but a huge disappointment. On a lighter side, the lens is awesome!
I was refunded the cost of expedited shipping.
Theyv’e been reliable and have had stock as presented on the web.
J & P had it in stock where others did not.
I'm not answering the survey questions just giving you the required characters
Great hence the five stars
Showed up in search
Cause I wanted them
I believe there was a system glitch or something when I was trying to order my tire. The one that arrived is not the one that we needed
Easy to find what I was looking for and the chat opinion was very helpful.
The goggles looked great and the discription said that they would fit over my prescription glasses so I bought them. When I received them I immediatetly tried them on as I really wanted to go riding but low and behold they came nowhere close to even going on over my glasses. Alas I am still not riding my bike. Don't ever buy these for OTG Goggles, you'll be very disappointed.
They wanted just under $10 to print out a return label and I would still have to ship it back myself. I chose to send it myself and it was way under the $10 they wanted.
I've bought from them in the past and was happy.
The description sounded like it was just what I needed.
Got good product and it came quickly enough. I like the product lines and specialization.
My experience was great the part I ordered was easy to locate and order
Its my go to vendor for HD parts
Because it fit my needs
Well taken care of and good product. Not long wait for delivery.
Have used before
Close to stock
The order shipped promptly, and none of the contents were damaged upon receipt. Very satisfied.
Never had a bad experience with y’all.
I needed what was in my order. (10K service soon)
Not always the least expensive; but always the most responsive
Good past service
Only ones to fit my 2005 FLHTCUI w/o mods to wiring
I find it is getting harder to find parts to fit my Evo and JP still support owners with parts that fit properly.
Had what I needed
Features and compatibility
Products I purchased worked great on my Road King. I only struggled to track the shipment and I was out of town when arrived.
To buy products and parts at a local store has become impossible. Prices are too high and rarely available.
To replace broken or missing parts on my motorcycle.
My product came within a few days and was I ordered. I was surprised when I received notice of delivery. Overall experience was great.
Easy to shop and fast delivery. Easy to get exact fitting parts as you can enter your make and model of motorcycle/
Had good results with them previously.
Needed them.
Online Superstore for motorcycle parts for Harley, GoldWing, V-Twin, & Metric bikes.
John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
