Installed the tall sissy bar on wife's XL. Fit & finish is great. Seems like it will remain very solid & durable. Like some other reviews stated the hardware could be upgraded. We didn't have issues w/the heads stripping, I believe, because of reading reviews prior.
JP had extensive inventory for picking out my air cleaner intake. However I evidently over looked the additional mount kit required for the installation, which doubled the price. The intake filter material was foam not my first choice very disappointing all around experience including the JP reps both of whom sounded as though they didn't want to be there disgruntled.

The pre packaged kuryakyn part i ordered had missing parts. After calling J& P the salesman i spoke with sent the missing parts and made sure i was satisfied completley. Great people!
Part and prices are good. Parts are hard to find on the site. One day you find it the next day you cant. I have went several times just to find what i needed. Also used to get J and P stickers in the boxes, what happened there? Overall its the best aftermarket place to shop!

The seat fit my 92 Softail custom perfectly. It is very comfortable. Took a while to get used to the width. Looks good on the bike.

Mustang seats are made in the US. They have a good warranty. Mustang is the only seat maker that had the size and appearance that I wanted in a new seat.

Really love these grips was really a great pick for my bike.
I ordered a crank shaft position sensor and two small relays. The order was very small and light. Shipping cost $25. I don't mind paying shipping costs, but I felt like I was overcharged.

Ordered our helmet at the J&P store in pigeon Forge, Tennessee. The whole store was very helpful in helping my wife pick a helmet that she was happy with and also my helmet.Had to order my wife's helmet,Helped us put in our communication system in my helmet and told us where we could get my wife's system installed, and that was Cycle Gear in Madison Tennessee very helpful there too.
Because of the store in pigeon Forge, I don’t like ordering online because I’m old and J&P cycle doesn’t give out catalogs anymore

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
