I had to cancel my pass due to the coronavirus outbreak and jrailpass processed the refund quickly and drama-free. Couldn't be more happy with the experience. Can't wait til I can finally take my trip

This is a SCAM company. They are very tricky because their name is identical to the real Japan Rail Pass managed by Japan Railways Group (japanrailpass.net)
JRAILPASS.COM is predatory and is NOT an authorized seller for JR passes. Also, if you look at their business address, they are located in Spain. They have a refund policy of giving you only 85% of the total ticket cost (which they also upcharge by $50). I think the positive reviews they are receiving are people who are associating them with the real Japan Rail Pass.
Please be careful and whatever you do, DO NOT buy from them. There are only 6 authorized agents that sell JR passes outside of Japan and jrailpass.com is not one of them.

If you organize your trip to Japan you must buy JR pass! If you know what direction you will go you can book shinkansen (quick train) before - very convenient! Very fast and save money!

Unfortunately due toCV19 we were unable to travel to Japan but the refund process was easy and we will hopefully obtain another pass when we can travel again.
Travel is so much easier if you have the rail pass. You won't regret buying it! There are so many JR trains to take advantage of, it's a no brainer.

La mejor manera de disfrutar del JR pass, es organizándote y ver si te conviene utilizarlo, si vas a estar en una o dos ciudades, posiblemente sea mejor hacerlo sin el pase pero si vas a viajar a varias prefecturas, definitivamente te conviene.
