Management is narcissistic and avoid feedback

Most people in the current leadership are narcissists have huge egos. Moreover, most of the management blatantly avoid feedback because they believe that they don't make any mistakes. The company has its positives, but a lot of issues can easily be resolved if only the managers knew how to listen. It's best to avoid this company for now.
