Once I received my dress, which did not fit, all communication with customer service halted. Their policy is that you have to contact them within 7 days and they have taken that and then some, absolutely no response. I would not recommend this site to my enemy.

Absolutely fell in Love with this Wedding Dress, the ONLY one I wanted. Received it and White instead of Nude Fabric was used. The dress is not offset just white on white and looks a mess. June Bridals remarks were that they use the material on hand! I wanted to return it and they said I would get 70% back less $40-$70 for shipping, even though I paid to have it Expedited. They don't care and will Never lose Money, Especially if it's their fault. Horrible Experience and 8 emails without resolve. I get married in 2 weeks and this company is Full of Bull$#*!.

I was very unhappy with the dresses that I ordered. I contacted and sent pictures and went a week with no reply. I ended up escalating the issue to PayPal. The company finally got back to me and offered 80% back less their shipping cost. Their return policy states a full refund including shipping for items not as represented. Buyer beware. Look elsewhere.

Really high quality lace on this dress. Feels heavy and luxurious. Still needed to get it altered (hemmed the bottom, tightened the sides, sewed in cups) even after I got a custom order, but it was fine. Some of that I expected anyway.

Seriously I don't even know what to say! It's the cutest dress I have ever seen. This is our flower girl for my June Wedding and I honestly could not be happier with how it turned out. Bridge water white color. Katie is great with communication, shipping speeds were faster than predicted, and her work in incredible. THANKS!

I ordered a sample dress for one of my bridesmaids and it fit perfectly! The lining is soft and comfortable, the fabric is more light weight than I had anticipated (which is exactly what I want for my wedding). I read reviews that lots of the sequins fall off but it's certainly not enough to be noticeable at any rate. The shop's worker, June, was great. She answered all of my questions and always responded promptly which made the process much less daunting as I had many reservations about ordering such an important dress online without having my friends try it on. Delivery was within 4 weeks! Can't wait to order the rest of the dresses.

Ordered two dresses to try on at home. Rush order shipped 2 weeks even earlier than it was originally scheduled for! I love one of them and decided to return the other, it turns out return shipping cost is very high and they do not do full refund. I should read company policies before that!

I was sent a dress that was different than what I ordered. Cust service rep said I had to pay to return it or accept a partial refund. Now they've gone dark. Buyer beware! Do not spend a dime with this company. Google their parent company Meledo Company Ltd and you'll get the whole story. Wish I'd did that due diligence up front.

Holy Wow! I can't say enough wonderful things about this dress. First of all, the material is awesome. It's silky smooth, heavy enough to feel luxurious, light enough to be comfortable. It also came out of the bag without a single wrinkle. Secondly, there are so many ways to wear the dress that everyone can find a style that flatters their body type. I've had a horrible time finding dresses that fit lately, but I've found several ways to tie this dress that look fantastic. My photo doesn't come close to doing this beautiful dress justice. Worth every penny!

The site says 15-20 days for a custom dress, then 5-7 days to ship so we ordered a dress 45 days out and thought we were good saying it would arrive a week early enough... SO Dead wrong we were! We contacted customer support two weeks ahead of time to let them know how important it was to beat our wedding date and they replied "we will send as soon as ready". Well its 36 hrs away from our wedding time, not even a notice of shipping! My wife-to -be has no dress and family has already arrived. Thanks for your support June BRIDALS... NOT! Hire more workers and meet your obligations please.

This is the first time I've ordered a maternity gown for one of my photo shoots -- the client typically provides their own clothing. It was definitely worth the investment -- the pictures are breathtaking! Will order again!

I fell in love with dress about a month before prom after many failed attempts at finding a dress that is long enough in stores
(I'm 6'1"). June Bridals was so sweet and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. I asked for the lining under the embroidered skirt to go all the way down, and she executed my requests to perfection. I looked good and felt great on my prom. Thank you so much! Beautiful dresses and beautiful color, seller was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. I recommend these dresses especially for bridesmaids since they are affordable and pretty. Just YouTube a link so that you can learn how to tie the dress in different styles!

Delivered in shorter time than expected! In great condition and excellent stitching. Very good quality! For me that is a bit "busty" it was shorter then I thought, but nothing that compromises the dress. I would order from this shop again!

The cut and fit of this dress is exactly the same as picture! Having had my bridesmaids fitted for them, I'll definitely be switching to these! At a fraction of the price, there will be money in the pot for beautiful bridesmaid gifts! The product arrived in 9 days, which I thought was spectacular considering it came from across the world and Royal Mail can't seem to deliver the same standard of service! I will be ordering again very soon! The team I dealt with were excellent and even sent me swatches of fabric for my maids' dresses! Excellent customer service and quality!

Received dress in good time but the neck and armpits were very small. As everyone else has stated, returning it to China is ridiculous. Only option is to sell or try to get partial refund. Never again will I buy from here and stay away from Kylieshe.com as well!

Definitely time well spent You can place a custom order and have it made to fit your exact specifications, and it's quite comfy and stylish. Do serious business. I plan to add more of this designer's tops to my wardrobe.

I didn't realize the front was pretty much open dress. I will probably sew it higher together. Other than the fact that I should have asked Andy to adjust the neckline for me (which I've done with previous and later purchases), this dress is incredibly beautiful. It looks very classy, sexy, and modern.
