I ordered "Spaghetti Strap A-Line Chiffon Wedding Dress With Lace Bodice" (Item Code ET_*******) about a month ago for my wedding in September. Using the website's "Leave a Message" function at the bottom of the page, I asked if the company would be able to make the top of the dress ivory and the bottom of the dress "Pearl Pink." I also requested that they change the neckline a bit and eliminate the train. I spoke with Alex, and I told him that I would be willing to pay extra for these alterations. He told me that not only would June Bridals make these alterations, but they would do so at no extra charge. Based on that promise, I ordered the dress, put in my measurements, and in the comments section, I restated the alterations that I wanted. Over the next month, no one contacted me to say that there were any problems with the alterations that I wanted. The dress was shipped in good time, and for the price, it is a good quality. However, none of the alterations that I requested have been done to the dress. Absolutely nothing. It is all white, it has a train, and the neckline is the same as the picture. I'm not even sure that they altered the dress to my measurements because the bust area is rather large. I gave the site two stars instead of one because, for the price, the material is very good and the dress is pretty. But I would not have ordered the dress if I knew that June Bridals would not make the alterations that I requested. I don't have time to return the dress because my wedding is in a few weeks, so I will just wear it. It's a bit disappointing, but I knew that I was taking a big chance by ordering a wedding dress online.

I purchased my dream dress with this company. When my dress arrived I tried it on and was in total bliss. Fast forward my wedding day 20 mins till I walk down the isle and all that is left is to put on my dress. My dress is on I am looking in the mirror and the zipper starts to pull apart about mid back my maid of honor tries to stop it, tries to fix it to no avail. I am now stuck in the dress I am trying to not lose it completely but I am in a panic. I think quickly -. I had ordered this other dress prior to finding my dream dress. When this first dress arrives it is not like it appeared online and is totally see threw. This dress is not wedding worthy however I decide to keep it and ill get an underlining to wear it on our cruise. Guess what happens I have to wear this dress and I have to wear it with an underling on backwards to fit this dress since I had not really gotten one yet. This is not the dress I wanted to be married in but I am thank full I at least had it just down the street at my house. Just imagine how you would feel now add insult to injury, when we contact this company we are told my 14 day return policy has run out. The rep just couldn't understand why it was over the 14 days or that this zipper malfunction happened on my wedding day. I felt like the rep was just reading off a card and couldn't think for their self or wouldn't. This situation was not a regular return situation. I sent Emails and messages on their site with no response. This company will not back up their product and may just ruin your wedding day with poor craftsmanship and total lack of customer service.

Spaghetti Tired Lace Vintage Wedding Dress With Sweep Train

Beautiful dress... came in right on time. It fit perfect and beautifully. Dress looked as pictured.

I purchased a wedding dress for my daughter here as a custom fit after chatting through email with Estella. She seemed very helpful and said they would do anything they could to help me. She even sent me more photos of the dress than what was offered on the website. It was quick delivery... about a month. So we were excited to open the package. Much to our dismay, the zipper was not down the back, but instead, under the arm, and the bustle was not put on the dress as I had ordered. So, Estella had another one ordered for us and shipped. Again, within a month. We were excited. This time, no change to the zipper, and the size was larger than the first. But at least they got the bustle on it. So, Estella said she would have them make a third dress and this time she, herself would confirm with photos that everything was correct. So this was it, right? We got the dress in 2 weeks this time, and yes, the zipper was in the right place, the bustle was correct, and the dress fitted great... except for one thing! They had sewn another sleeve inside of the lace sleeve. The inside sleeve was smaller than the lace sleeve, so it was too tight to wear. Keep in mind that the dress was not supposed to have a lining on the sleeve. It was supposed to be a single layer of lace on the sleeve... and they had gotten it correct on the first 2 dresses. It was as if they had added the wrong arms, and at the last minute, when they realized this, they just put lace sleeves over the wrong sleeves. I reached back out to Estella, and she only said that the extra fabric was there for us to use for adjustments if they were needed. I explained that this was not just "extra fabric" it was a whole sleeve inside of the lace sleeve. At this point I am done with June Bridals. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I know it is s savings, but the frustration is not worth it. And the quality of the fabric is not as good as those reviews on their website lead you to believe. I think those are staged reviews. The website will not let me in to leave a review, which I find very fishy. I am taking this to my tailor and will get it right for my daughter. I just hope this review stops someone else from making the same mistake we made... we thought we had checked it all out... we were wrong... it is too good to be true!

小心这种垃圾公司，没电话，没地址的公司千万别接触。
