June Bridals

The wedding dress that I bought looked nothing like the photo that June Bridals published. The photo was photoshopped to deceive the consumer into believing that there was no sheer fabric on the back of the dress or on the chest of the dress. In reality, there is sheer fabric up and down the backside of the dress and the entire chest of the dress. The return policy is horrible. I had the dress custom-fit, and because of that, June Bridals refused to refund me. Even though they misrepresented what the dress would look like. When I brought this to their attention, they told me that it was my fault for not seeing the photoshopped faint lines that existed to represent that sheer fabric existed. Be wary of buying from this seller. If they were proud of their dresses, they would not photoshop them to such an extent that it no longer represents the finished product. To illustrate the deceptiveness, I've attached a photo of June Bridals' published dress and the dress that I actually received.

Absolutely Love this dress and I would 100% recommend this seller. Right from the beginning responses were prompt and ALL my questions answered :) I live in British Columbia, Canada and allowed a lot of time for arrival but was very impressed when the dress was custom made for 4 of my bridesmaids, shipped and delivered in 3 weeks! I have 4 very differently shaped bridesmaids and I feel it looks BEAUTIFUL on all of them.

Hi marina! Words can't express how I'm satisfied with the dress! It fits like a glove. I don't know how you mannage to do that! It's on the millimeter! After that. The tailoring is at the best quality if seen. I would never thought it will be more beautiful than the photo! I can't express how happy I am! Never imagine that I could have a dress like that. It was a dream. You made it come true.
The wedding is in April and I would like high quality photos of me and the dress when I'll right the most positive feedback that you are so deserve. Came quick and is absolutely beautiful! It is elegant and even in a dark color, the fabric is cool and perfect for my Labor Day weekend wedding!

I ordered this as a sample for my bridesmaids to try on before we order them for the wedding! I will be ordering 11 by the end of this month! From my biggest bridesmaid (35inches waist), to me, who is the smallest (24inches), the one size dress fit great. Even for the big AND small busted this dress works. The only thing I am doing different next time is making my bridesmaids purchase the bandeau, just in case they can not find backless or low back bras to work, or can not find a way to cover the back well with the straps!

I recommend this site. Dress is beautiful, quick delivery, price is cheaper than in a boutique locally.
Only one thing I'd say that the zipper does not work well. But I can handle it myself...

I'd give this a zero review if I could. The dress is beautiful HOWEVER, the measurements are NOT accurate! I initially ordered a 12 as the bust at 38in. Should have fit, but it didn't. Giving them another shot, I ordered a 16 (41in bust) thinking I'd just have it taken in if needed. Nope! The new dress was only ONE inch bigger in the bust and when measured only measured 38inches (suppose to be 41 inches). You can only get a portion of the dress refunded and that will just go towards shipping. I'm out almost $300 on what is supposed to be the happiest day of my life... I was really hoping I could trust the good reviews buts it's clear they aren't real people but people boosting this businesses rating. DO NOT waste your money!

I cannot tell you the quality of the dresses that come from here because after I ordered my dress I read the reviews and panicked and cancelled my order the next day.
However, I can tell you that I had no problem with them fully refunding my money a few days later, which was a huge relief because I expected much more of a headache and disappointment. So on that note my experience with customer service wasn't bad, I do however wish I could have seen the dress but my budget is so small I couldn't afford the risk..

I ordered two dresses on February 24th totaling almost $400 and I just received them today. Neither of these dresses look like the ones that I thought I was ordering. I ordered the light blue in the light blue and it came in a periwinkle blue. The darker blue lace dress I ordered in black. The sleeves are long in their photo, but mine are 3/4 length. I DID NOT order a custom designed or tailored dress, but shortly after ordering, I received an email that said "Your order will take about 15-25 days to customize." And according to their return policy, custom orders are non-refundable. So basically, I am out $400. I will NEVER order from this company again and I would advise you not to either. With the way their website looks, they lead you to believe they are a company operating in the United States, but they are overseas. I wouldn't give them ANY stars, but that isn't an option.

I love this dress. It was exactly the color length and everything! Did have trouble with shipping but that was on me because I did for get to put my number down. Also if yall are ordering the peice to cover your chest, if your busty tell them. I am and i didnt know that it would be to small. But it works great without it.

Just as anyone would be, I was nervous to order my wedding dress site unseen and never having tried it on but something told me to take a chance on this one. I AM SO HAPPY THAT I DID! The dress fits beautifully (even a little big to be honest) and it is everything I wanted and more! Take the chance! It's totally worth it!

Could not be happier! I couldn't bring myself to pay $500+ for a dress, took a risk and ordered from this shop and it's the BEST THING I EVER DID! Super soft tule, not stiff like other lower priced dresss I saw. Exactly as described and matched my ivory/champagne dress perfectly! Cannot wait to wear it! I ordered my dress being totally skeptical from an online site that I could actually afford. I was so nervous because it was my dream wedding dress! That being said after I placed my order I was told it would arrive end of the month and I had messaged the company seeing if I could pay more to have it shipped sooner in case I needed alterations. They kept in touch with me reassuring everything would be okay and not to worry. I wasn't supposed to receive the dress til March 31st and received it March 24th! Tried the dress on and looked at the quality of it, it fit PERFECTLY! And it wasn't cheaply made, no tears or anything! I have recommended the site to several friends with upcoming weddings, prom, and much more! It was very helpful that the staff was reassuring and they had a size chart so I knew what size to order or even could have had one made to my size!

They are the BEST you won't regret it. They are awesome when it to communication and getting your items on time. The dresses are BEAUTIFUL and STUNNING... Love it! It's perfect for my bridesmaids! Fit perfectly as well!

It's exactly what I envisioned! When I contacted shop I had something specific in mind and she created exactly what I wanted! Can't wait to use it :) It shipped on time and got here REALLY FAST! I am very satisfied with this product.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a bridesmaid dress for a friends wedding. Then the COVID-19 situation happened and my friend canceled her big wedding. I contacted customer support and explain the situation saying that I had not even worn the dress, and still have it in the original packaging. I mentioned that I know their return policy is only 14 days, but the dress took a long time to be shipped to me to begin with and it's still in perfect condition. I explained that these are unusual circumstances due to the pandemic with shipping and uncertainty with weddings, so I hoped they would consider my return. They said that their 14 day return policy is firm regardless of the coronavirus pandemic and that they would not help me at all. Really disappointed and would not recommend them for anything. Shop elsewhere for your dresses!

Wonderful customer service. Quick shipping. The wedding dress is absolutely beautiful and fits perfectly. I plan on using them in the future when my other children get married.

WARNING! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered and paid for my wedding dress in October. I have the confirmation emails for order and payment. I have also received a "tracking" number. When I track the order it say's the order is pending and delivery date will be updated once Fedex receives the package, this is the situation since November 2nd. I have emailed (June Bridals) and received response that it is Fedex delaying the shipment. Fedex says they haven't received the shipment. Needless to say, I am getting the run around and still have no idea if I am getting my wedding dress or not. I am only sharing this, so no one else goes through this.
