Cant Thank Jura Parts.com enough for doing an excellent job servicing our Z 6 coffee machine. It came back quickly and works as if it was new again. The machine was 6 years old and used everyday. Worth every dollar to have it overhauled. Thannks again Juraparts.com.
I bought two items from Jura Parts, but only got one. I opened a ticket with their helpdesk and was advised the part was not in stock and they'd ship the part when they got it. Two months went by with me sending them a new update request every week or so... always with the same response. Finally, I asked for my money back and have heard zero from them since. Pretty terrible communication and business practice. Won't be buying from them in the future.
This is my second experience with Jura-parts. The first one was pretty positive earlier this year when they fixed our company's Jura. At this time it was my personal machine. It was returned back to me very clean, in perfectly working condition and one-week ahead of schedule. Many thanks to the techs and to Jennifer for effective and timely communications.
I sent them my Jura brew group for refurbishment. They received it on Monday afternoon according to my tracking, and I had it back in my possession that same Wednesday. 2 days later in perfect condition. Not sure about those other reviews but I can only speak to my experience. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I recieved.
After I recieved my part back I had a question about re-installation and emailed them. The service rep took the time to call me and walk me through my problem. I would not hesitate to use Jura Parts for any other needs. Thank you
Finally returned coffee maker. Dirty all parts gone! Nothing only received the box. Tried for months to get parts back? Can't be that hard sent them serial number photos. SAVE YOUR MONEY THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST!

I ordered 3 items I received 2 of the items so guess I'm lucky compared to the rest on here, but guess what they don't answer the phone and will not answer the trouble tickets either go figure, as a veteran myself it's embarrassing that someone with this messed up of a company is touting that to get business. I can see now why they are not affiliated with Jura, Jura probably don't want to have anything to do with them.

I sent my Jura Z5 for a repair with $500 check. RThey took the money and after almost 2 month of trying to get in touch with them they informed me they cannot repair and ask to pay $299.99 for a refurbished machine very old Impressa C5 instead. I did not have any choice, sent them the payment. They sent a unit which stopped working within three month. I called, emailed them, no respond what so ever. Do not do business with this company, they are not good people/company, they took my $800, and did not perform. Their owner does not deserve to be called a "Veteran". Do not believe their catchy slogan "It's not our intention to satisfy our customers, or to please our customers: Our intention is to amaze them."

Sent my machine and $520 to this company for repairs. They keep your machine and your money. I called 20+ times got voicemail (when it wasn't full) left messages with the receptionist twice trying to get a call back, status of my machine, sent lots of emails. NEVER got a response. Finally 5 months later get an email telling they don't have a part to fix my machine. They still won't answer the phone, my emails, send my machine or money back. TOTAL RIP-OFF, and THEIF. Take my advice and NEVER do business with these UNETHICAL people. I am told that James is the owner, he is obviously a scared wimp that takes your money and hides behind the phone. Tried to use their repair service
They shipped the wrong part and wouldn't respond to emails or voice messages that I left over the last 2 weeks. No choice but to now dispute the charge with my cc company. So disappointed.
I had series of problems. The first repair didn't repair my Jura F-50. It came back in worse shape than before --- makes extremely loud noise and didn't make coffee. So I had to send it back. Then when it came back the second time, the cover of the coffee bean receptor was broken and it came off. It took over a month to repair a machine, and it came back broke. After paying over $1,000 for the coffee machine and additional $400 for service, I was extremely disappointed.
One more thing --- I'm an original box guy so I can re-pack anything I have into the original box when I move. Naturally, I sent my Jura in the original box, inside outer box (double-boxed). The original box is good because it has all the packing materials and I could firmly secure it inside. But they toss my original box, they don't sell any extra box for a fee. Yes, they say "don't send the original box" in the web site for security reasons (?) but they don't say they won't return them. I am really dismayed that they seem to try hard to lose customers.

If you have the original box, don't send it to them. Never. Also before sending the machine for repair, make sure to take picture of the serial no to make sure you get your own product back.

Jura parts is not recognised but JURA. They wait till the credit card payment goes through to eventually after 1 month deliver very poor replica of your order. DO NOT BUY from this site.
I ordered a new water tank from them for my Jura machine. When the part arrived, I found it was damaged (large crack,) was not in original box or packaging (just wrapped in a think layer of bubble wrap, and not new (a large black decal that was supposed to be on the tank was missing.)
I contacted them immediately, and sent pictures. At first their was no response back. So, I called them, and was told that a new tank would be shipped out, once the pics were reviewed.
A day later, Ron Oz contacted my be email, and said because the tank was still able to function, they could offer me a 25% discount. I emailed them back and said I did not want any discount. I want the brand new tank that I paid a lot of money for. No response from them. So, I emailed them twice more, and called them 3 more times. They are no longer picking up their phone or calling me back in regard to the voicemail or emails I sent them.
These guys are THIEVES! Do not deal with them under any circumstance. They knowingly sent out a damaged, used part, and now are not responding. I will open case with my credit card company to get my money back.
Had a 2 year old x8 machine develop a leak. I reached out to this company multiple times and never had a response either via phone or email. For all I can tell, this company no longer exists.
I ordered a part for my Jura machine, after paying $19.95 shipping for a $19.95 part, received the part about a week later and it's not including the three clips that are needed to secure the part. When i contacted these rude people, i was told those parts are $1.00 each, but i have to pay another $19.95 shipping for the three clips i need, they sent me an invoice for two fastening clips, but they sent my an invoice for TWO clips, so i write back but i need 3, then i get another mail saying we only sell them i pairs, so i say ok then i will take 4 clips, then i get another mail where they apparently changed their mind and will not send me an invoice for the 4 clips, then they send me a mail saying they changed their mind and will send the clips after all, its been two weeks and now nothing, its funny when i used their message service to complain, i got an apology message but months after i originally got my part, i cannot still install it because i do not have the necessary clips. WTF is this kind of company. If anyone has more info about them i would appreciate it if you would share

The Jura Machine I have broke for the first time in Jan of 2020 and I first sent it to Jura-parts on Jan 10 of 2020 paying for the service $450. Since then the machine broke 5 more times until I sent it for the 6th time for repair on Oct 22 of 2020. The machine never worked after repair for more than a 1-2 weeks (except after the last time they sent it to me, it worked for 1.5 months and then broke). Several times the machine was dead on arrival. The 11 months period is longer because I could not send it for repair for a long time, because the office was closed during Coved 19. When I inquired the last time after a machine was in repair at Jura-parts for more than a month I received the following email from Ron Oz: Good afternoon, Thank you for your correspondence. We have sent you an invoice for 175$ to cover the warranty. Once paid machine will be fixed and sent home. Kind regards; Ron Oz Jura Parts Admin Jura-Parts.com It was pure extortion: 1. There is no mentioning on their website any warranty for $175 2. Nobody told me upfront that I have to pay additional $175 3. Jura-parts never fully repaired the machine to fulfill their own warranty: Jura-Parts.com Co. Warrants for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of service (1) that service will be performed in a competent and workmanlike manner and (2) that all parts used to service your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, unless otherwise specified by Jura-Parts.com Co. Jura-parts service is outrageous: they were not been able to fix the machine for 6 times sending it back to me twice in non working condition. I want them finally to repair the machine so it functions according their warranty and send it back to me.
