After being told there is no way I will get a refund and I must spend the £35 taken out of my account, my account has just been credited with £35, so if you were told the same ask for a refund and if no luck write to their MD - it works. Apart from all that they do sell nice products and are efficient in posting items - just please read the small print
I ordered 3 pair of shoes, they took the money from my acc and they send me after more then a month one pair totally different and very very bad quality. Total amount I paid for that it was £56.40. I send an email I didn't received nothing back. I'm also afraid to call them cause I don't know how much money is costing per minute.
In March 2018 bought some items from this site which were ok. What I did not realise is that when you buy something they automatically change you to VIP and not guest and have charged me £35.00 monthly sadly for 7 months and will only refund me 3 months money. They will not give me the other £140.00 pounds back and have insisted the only way forward is for me to spend the £140.00 with them. I have tried everything and even said i would sign the £140.00 over to a charity in the Philipines which is where we have to phone to get through to them. I have read the terms and conditions now but they were far from clear and transparent. They certainly were not clear when I bought and paid for my items. THE OTHER THING IS THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO GIVE MY MONEY TO A CHARITY AS I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED THIS AS THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.THE ONLY WAY I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK IS SPEND IT ON SOME CHEAP TAT WHICH THEY SAID I COULD GIVE AS XMAS PRESENTS. PLEASE BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL IF YOU USE THIS WEBSITE. I AM CERTAINLY NOT THE FIRST PERSON TO BE CAUGHT OUT LIKE THIS AND CERTAILY WONT BE THE LAST?

I've made around 5 orders with just fab and always happy with the product.
Today however on making the order there was an issue with the website, I wanted to tick the quicker delivery option and pay extra however there was no option to do so. There was an error and It was then just confirmed with the free delivery option which I did not want.
I contacted just fab via live chat and spoke to 'Van' I was told the quick delivery option was 2-3 days hue actually this isn't 2-3 days, it's more like 4-5 days. Surprising for such a big company that they cannot offer a better delivery service.
I told Van that as I never got given this information at the check out I wanted to cancel. The product was still processing so shouldn't be an issue. Any other company let you cancel.
I was told no. When I explained that I hadn't not been given an option to agree to a delivery date Van got very defensive. I've saved the chats which I will be taking to trading standards.
I was told I could return them for a refund once they arrive? I queried this. Why would you go to the hassle of sending them to me for me to send them back and refund when you could just save yourselves and me and job and just refund and not send?
But Van came back with a rude robotic 'I have given you the answer thank you for contacting us, bye' and cut the chat session off.
Not even answering my question, asking if I had any other questions which I did! Horrendous service!
I reopened the chat and 'Jake ' was the consultant. I wanted to ask Jake the other 2 questions I had been wanting to answer before Van cut me off.
But as soon as I gave my name, I was cut off which was just horrible.
I've spent a lot of money over the last year and it's just horrible to be treated like this.
So much so that I then opened a live that with Van unfortunately for me! And I cancelled my membership. Again I was greeted with him very sarcastically with 'welcome back'
What a terrible consultant Van is, an embarrassment.
I have now cancelled my membership which I wasn't actually planning on doing. It's a shame as I love the products and have actually introduced about 4 of my family members to Justfab over the last 6 months. But I'll make sure they also cancel.

Avoid this company! Brought a pair of boots as they say a discounted price for your first pair. Which is how they get you. Paid and so on, few days later saw it on my bank statement £17 i think. Then a couple of weeks later £35 was taken out my account. I phone to say they had made a mistake as charged the full amount instead. I was on hold for forever which run up my phone bill. I finally got through to someone who told me i was a VIP and had signed up to their monthly membership... i said no thank you and so on. She told me to get the discounted first pair i had ticked a box to be one of their VIP's. I remember reading this saying emails of discounts etc bit im thinking am i blind where did it say £35. I then argued with this women as i told her repeatedly i wanted to cancel. She then told me if i cancel i wont get my refund but if i stayed as a VIP she could refund this time and i wold have to use their "opt out button" each month. I was on the phone nearly an hour so just agreed. Few days later £35 went back into my account and then tried to go through my bank to cancel but was told to phone online. I was very busy that day day with my newborn and did not have time to sit on the phone again so decided to use the opt out which seemed to work. But when i looked at my account the next day where just fab had put the £35 back in they were just as quick to take it back out. So the following day i rang my bank what a drama that was! They said they would stop any payments been taken from them. Then told me have i notified them and there terms and conditions etc. You cant talk to Just Fab i tried twice they are thieves! Even when you try to cancel there is no way out i was so angry with this women on the phone, they do not listen. Im a single mum with a new born as my partner decided to run off with a younger model half way through my pregnancy do they really think i can afford £35 each month... NO :O ! I decided to try and remember which is not easy to still opt out each month on the safe side but where on earth had the button gone? It says i have 4 days to opt out or i will be credited £35. I feel the only way maybe to change my card? My bank have said this and that but i still think this will be taken... I'm panicking. What a horrible, nasty, thieving bunch of people this company is and the shoes are not all that! So upsetting please dont fall for what i did :(
I bought a pair of boots from justfab when they were on promotion so paid £17.50 for them. I can honestly say they weren't worth a penny more and I don't expect them to last. It wasn't clear that I was being joined up as a VIP member so I then have to remember to 'skip a month' so they don't help themselves to £35 out of my bank account each and every month. Their customer service lines are not open at weekends and as I work full time I emailed them to say I wanted to cancel my account and made it clear that they were not to continue charging my card. I had a reply to say they couldn't cancel my account and I'd have to call them. My main issue with is that they were able to gain access to my bank account without me having to call them so I fail to see why I have to call someone especially when their call centre is open at such inconvenient times. Needless to say they helped themselves to my account. I called their 'customer service' to say I wanted to cancel and that I wasn't happy with them charging my card when I'd explicitly told them not to. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with someone I can only call a total robot... she was obviously reading from a script and it didn'tmatter what I said as she was going to try to give me their sales speak no matter what. The call ended when I asked for a supervisor and she managed to hang up on me! I then had to call back and got another one who was exactly the same and spun the call out in excess of another 10 minutes before I finally lost my temper and told him in no uncertain terms that I wasn't interested and wanted the account cancelled. The so called 'customer service' is appalling I'd get more sense out of my dog! Just to add insult to injury 0844 numbers are chargeable so I'm now waiting to see how much this has cost me for the 2 separate calls. I had to order another pair of shoes with them as they wouldn't give me a refund and when they turned up they were the wrong ones! Don't bother with justfab. The quality is mediocre at best and they'll try to tie you in to what is effectively an underhand credit agreement. Lesson learnt...

Because of the membership fee everything is WAY more expensive than you think it is. NOT WORTH IT. Plus you have to call to cancel your membership.
I saw just fab on a Facebook ad offering money off your first purchase (I presumed this was some sort of introduction offer) I was obviously very wrong!
After seeing this ad I thought itd be a great opportunity to order some holiday shoes, these were ordered a few months ago, when the shoes came one pair were disappointing but not terrible, although I still havent worn them, the second pair were like moon boots, they were meant to be my size but came about 3 sizes bigger! After reading the term and conditions about getting a refund I thought it wasnt even worth my time! What a faff! I forgot about this completely till I came off holiday today, to only look in my account to realise that £70 had been taken out my account by this ridiculous website, £35 on the 2 of july another on 19 of July? I was told that I was part of some sort of vip membership that I knew nothing about! At no point did it state this! When I rang up I was told Id only get refunded £35 as good will! Good will? Is that a joke? It wasnt till I got really really mad that I got a refund, I basically had to fight in order to get my own money back? Then when I asked for them to cancel my member ship they tried to convince me that I could skip the month if I didnt want a credit on my account that month! Took a while to get it into there head that I never want to shop with them again and that I dont want my own money going out my account! Not to mention they stated this is a monthly offer? Monthly? They couldnt explain to me why £70 came out within one month, I really really wouldnt recommend this website as the shoes I bought werent even worth the hassle, if you are silly enough to buy off this website, and dont want money going out your account month by month Id check out as a guest.
K here we go. In 2015 i made a one off purchase for some shoes. I never knew i entered into a VIP scheme at all. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM for the people like myself that just wanted a one of transaction. If i wanted to become a VIP memeber than i would have made more than one transaction on my account. They have worded it on their website so you don't see it clearly. Ok, so today 13/11/2018 i go into a really old bank account to see that they have been taken £35.00 per month from my one pair of shoes back in 2015. My email account back then was differant and my bank now is differant to this one. It was only because i was looking for an old transaction that to my horror I could see they have taken at least £1200 from my account, not sure of the exact figure as i cant access this account. OMG seriously, have you ever heard anythig like it. I ring them to say that you can see i never wanted VIP service for one transaction and that all my money should be refunded. Well they have agreed to pay half back. Im absolutely gutted that the customer service is so disgusting. If they had refunded it all, that would have turned the situation completely around but it just goes to show you what kind of Company I am dealing with. So now i will be telling everyone including Watch dog, people i know, more reviews where possible, Facebook, everyone i can just how bad this Company is. I'm hoping my Bank will refund the rest of the money or come to close to the full amount being credited back as it really is upsetting. This Company should be called JUSTGRAB UK as they take peoples money. There are so many other people they have done this too, they obviously have no intentions on changing there webpage as its people like myself who they love. I told them i will be leaving bad reviews and they really didnt seem to care. I have being given a refund worth one year. Please give me my money back, I'm so upset with this especially when I'm now overdrawn in this account and i'm living on my own with three children. Any advise would be so appreciated
