After being told there is no way I will get a refund and I must spend the £35 taken out of my account, my account has just been credited with £35, so if you were told the same ask for a refund and if no luck write to their MD - it works. Apart from all that they do sell nice products and are efficient in posting items - just please read the small print
I ordered 3 pair of shoes, they took the money from my acc and they send me after more then a month one pair totally different and very very bad quality. Total amount I paid for that it was £56.40. I send an email I didn't received nothing back. I'm also afraid to call them cause I don't know how much money is costing per minute.
I have been shopping with Justfab for a few years. But for some reason this month even though I skipped, I got charged £35 2 weeks later, which is really weird. And there was no explanation from Justfab. Makes me wonder how many they do this to and how many don't notice? Extra money for them isn't it.

I raised a dispute via PayPal, and won my money back.
"We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in your favour. We were able to recover 35.00 GBP, and this amount has been credited to you. Please allow 5 working days for this adjustment to be posted. If you are due any additional funds, we will make our best effort to recover the balance from the seller. If the seller's account has insufficient funds to complete the refund owed to you, please be assured that we will take appropriate action against the seller's account, which may include limitation of the seller's account privileges."
Found out today that just fab have been charging me via an old card (don't know how) since December 2015 when I bought one pair of boots. That's £700 they have taken from me without me having any idea or being notified via email or mail.im a 22 year old university student and I'm absolutely sickened that they have taken this much money from me.
SCAM! I had absolutely no idea that I needed to log in and skip a month, nor did I realise that I was a VIP member. As it stands Just Fab have taken £210 off for me for services haven't received, I didn't want and was tricked into agreeing to. I have no idea how i'm going to cope financially. I've been paying as much as possible off my credit cards each month and wondering why the debt was not going down - it all makes sense now. Refusing to give my money back!
Bought 2 pairs of boots £35 - happy with them. 1 year later, realise they are still taking £35 from my a/c - not on DD but from my card details they have kept.
When asked for my £385 back, was told I can buy shoes! Insisted on refund, they agreed to pay back £245 but keeping £140 'on my account'!
It will be interesting to see if I actually see any money back.
My granddaughter is only 16 and they took £35 out of her account without her permission my daughter rang and they refused to refund saying that she has to spend it on their site. When they tell you how it works its very hard to understand these people should be stopped. Avoid
Daylight sodding robbery. I had a credit as money had been taken from my account which I totally understood, ordered a pair of boots only for them to be cancelled, ordered another pair for the same thing to happen again. Reading the other customers reviews I see that they have been refunded their £35, I have tried to asked them for my refund which they are refusing, in the end I purchase a bag which was faulty, once again they refuse and I had to choose another which I am not happy with. Please advise how you received your refund, would be very grateful.

Bought a pair of boots for £8, sounded great. PayPal notified me Just Fab had taken £35 as well on 6th of this month for my pleasure! Took me ages to find live chat option so I could cancel my account, then took me four "cancel my account" demands to get the operator to comply!
I bought a £9 pair of shoes in February and have just had my statement through that shows that they have been charging me £35 a month without me knowing! I will be calling up immediately to try and get the money refunded and my account cancelled! The quality of the shoes were poor - didn't last long at all. My experience with JustFab was AWFUL.
I brought a pair of shoes which didn't last long. Then a month later £35 comes out of my account. I ring to ask why and asked to cancel any future payments. The person on the phone said this is all done. When I asks to confirm that no more payments will be taken the guy said yes and cut me off. A month later another payment comes out of my account. So I call them again only to wait for 5 mins and get cut off. I call again and the guy that answered was so rude when I asked why payment has been taken out of my account. I told him what I told the last guy that I want to cancel all future payments and want a refund. He put me on hold and few minutes later told me that I cannot get a refund but he has cancelled my account. Now I'm left with credit that i don't need and probably won't use. Such awful customer service. Would not recommend ordering from them.
I have ordered twice from this company and on last occasion still waiting on my refund although my acc is saying that they have received goods, keep in mind that if you don't remember to skip monthly they charge your acc £35.00 not worth it the quality of cloths are not that great and all you get is a great lot of hassle. I didn't purchase any VIP membership, my only fault that i trusted them and left my PayPal details, they charged me 35 pounds without my permission, then I'm trying to contact them since the last week and they don't give any answer?, I want a refund now. I bought two dresses, and without my knowledge I became some sort of a VIP-member.!? So now they just randomly take your money from your account. When I realized this, I blocked my credit card immediately!

Daughter got me this site and ordered two pair of shoes for £35 tho that was the end of it but now I got email saying £35 being credited to my account. Thought that very friendly (suspicious) now I see that they taking £35 monthly out of my account. Am fuming! A cheek they have for not reading small print (as who does) they got my daughter and me hook line and sinker. Never again and I hope this post helps to make them go bust!
I discovered some time ago that i was being charged £35 a month as a VIP Which i'd supposedly signed up for. This had been going on for over a year, and when I tried to get my money back, they would only refund me 50% and the other 50% they said I could use as a credit. I have tried several times to use this credit, and when at last in desperation I phoned to place the order, I was told it would now all be sorted, however i've just discovered they charged me for the order on my credit card rather than using the credit! I am going to ring them today and threaten them with consumer protection.
Complete bunch of thieves! Will not refund the payments they have taken from my account even though I had no idea I had been "upgraded to VIP" with £35 each month taken from account. Never set up continuous payments! They can continue to take money from your account whenever they want. It's just taken my bank over half an hour to sort it out, so they can't take anymore payments.
My order wasn't delivered for hell knows what reason so the parcel was shipped back. They never refunded me and kept charging me £35 every month for basically nothing.

As others have found I got conned into a continuous payment without realising for a few months and was left with a " credit"I had to spend. They add insult to injury by not allowing you to spend your own money at the headline (reduced) prices, if you use a credit (remember this is YOUR money it's not a refund or goodwill gesture) they go back to their full price. I have had an issue with some boots which are less than 4 months old and have come apart. All complaints ignored and I have given up trying to get my money back or a replacment. Do not buy anything from these over seas based con merchants.
Please, plesae don't go near this lot. Their business model lures teenage girls in to 'VIP membership' scheme which is not at all obvious - without realising it, you are giving them access to your account and authorising them to take £35 out every month. They then rely on people not noticing for a while then make it extremely hard to contact them and when you do they make you jump through hoops, hoping you'll give up and buy some of their dreadful tat with your 'credits' A disgrace to online retailing. Report them to trading standards - I did.
Look out... I didn't discover for 3 months that this company had been helping itself to my money in my bank, via paypal. £35.00 a month. The amount I'd spent on a pair of boots on line In the beginning. You don't see anywhere that you're signing up to a 'VIP' club.
When I discovered my' mistake' I was told I couldn't have my money returned but was to spend the £105.00...! Now, 5 months on I'm struggling to find anything suitable. I sent the boots back from my original purchase because they were very cheap and this sure did reflect in the quality. While writing I've had an idea... I'll purchase cheap boots x3 ( the amount of money I'm owed £105.) return them and perhaps that way I'll get my money back, that's the law isn't it?

Worst experience online shopping I ever had. Ordered same parcel 3 times! And every time it was not delivered for some weird reasons when my house is really easy to find and access and never ever had problems with deliveries. Contacted JustFab and they keep refunding my money on credits and when I write emails asking for help and refund into my account they just ignore them completely. I wrote them about 12 times already and they do nothing. Tried to call and spent half an hour on the phone with no answer. Asked many times to close my account and again being ignored! I can't believe I'm being treaded like that considering I was really nice to them besides all the facts.

After agreeing a refund for a faulty pair of shoes, with great difficulty I might add, I am yet to receive my refund. I sent the shoes back many weeks ago and received an email to say they had them back, but no refund has been issued. I can't be bothered to phone and waste my time anymore. I feel like I have been robbed!
Like most other online shoppers here I too had money deducted from my account without permission from JustFab UK. Please go straight to your bank, most banks will refund the money back to you and will take immediate action themselves to recover your money. Never assume JustFab have cancelled your account because they won't. I was told by JustFab that my PayPal account would be refunded. Got the email confirmation from PayPal and assumed all sorted... Sadly not! Once I got confirmation from PayPal that my money would be refunded JustFab paused the refund then deducted another £44 from my account the following week. Even if you have been refunded from this company please also confirm through your bank that the direct debits are cancelled. Good luck!
