After being told there is no way I will get a refund and I must spend the £35 taken out of my account, my account has just been credited with £35, so if you were told the same ask for a refund and if no luck write to their MD - it works. Apart from all that they do sell nice products and are efficient in posting items - just please read the small print
I ordered 3 pair of shoes, they took the money from my acc and they send me after more then a month one pair totally different and very very bad quality. Total amount I paid for that it was £56.40. I send an email I didn't received nothing back. I'm also afraid to call them cause I don't know how much money is costing per minute.
Disgusting business practices. Lured into a lovely purchase with an amazing discount one night, received the boots, lovely. Few weeks later, £35 out of my paypal account into my VIP member account! For me to spend on what I want apparently! Complained on social media numerous times, told to contact the VIP team direct. Spoke to a foreign woman this morning who waffled on and on, I told her I just wanted to cancel and have my money back. She told me that she could have only refunded had I not cancelled by now that she cancelled as I had asked, then I couldn't have a refund! OMG furious is an understatement! Had I heard, realised or understood that she was saying anything like that to me would I not have said, yes, then do that and I'll stay on... apparently not! Would any rational person think that if a person wanted to genuinely help they'd explain again so that it was understood? Apparently not! Well, not with this company anyway. Avoid them! Awful company, awful business practices!
I placed my order and was happy with the £10 they charged for the boots I had ordered. They used Hermes to deliver who claimed had an issue with my delivery address, but I was never contacted by Justfab to confirm the address, I had to contact them. When the shoes finally arrived, they werent the right size so I requested a collection from Hermes. 3 weeks later, they still havent collected. I also had £35 taken out of my account for the VIP membership, which I did not want to be part of, this was refunded after much persuassion. How can they get away with such bad customer service?!

To get your money back take them to the Small Claims Court. Google the procedures to ensure you follow the correct process of doing this. Issue them with a letter advising them of your intentions should they not refund you in full. Ensure you send the letter by post and give them a date to reply, 14 days is standard. I ordered a received a pair of shoes from this site. When I registered, I ticked a box giving me VIP membership - and like many other subscribers didnt see the small print! Evidently, VIP membership means they deduct £35 a month from your account as credit to spend with them.
Fortunately I received an email from PayPal informing me that this payment had been sent through to them so I rang and after 20 minutes of a very heated discussion managed to get my £35 back and membership cancelled.
I wish I had read the reviews on this before I had visited them.
I ordered a pair of boots to find I'd been signed up to vip without my knowledge.
They took £35 from my account last month so I rang and cancelled. I received an email to confirm the cancellation and waited on promised refund.
A month later still no refund and the cheeky wotsits have just taken another payment from my account.
Just checked my just fab account and no credit on there to spend so where the F has my money gone?
Will be calling my bank to have this company blocked from further payments first thing.
The boots took 3 weeks to arrive and are cheap and tacky.
As far as I'm concerned this amounts to theft by deception and a blatant piss take.

Terrible company, obscene customer service & non existen refunds. 6 months ago I sent a pair of shoes back for a refund, called numerous times was promised my money back and told that I will receive my refund shortly... I still haven't received the money I'm owed. So beware you will not get your money back from this sham of a company. Very dissapointed.
This website is a scam. Buy a pair of shoes last month. I didn't register for VIP membership and they didn't inform me about any other charge. But I find out that they charge me 35£ for VIP this month. Don't buy anything from this website
I wanted to close my account, which they would not do.
They would also not refund unspent credit and when I tried to spend it proceeded to take extra money from my paypal account.
When I tried to resolve this issue they proceeded to tell me that I was wrong!
I would not trust this site and the quality of the products are not worth the price tags as far as I am concerned either.
I have ordered of JustFab and while I was checking out, I realise in the small print that I have somehow entered into a contract with them for VIP, which charges me £35 a month if I do not click 'skip this month' by the 5th of every month! By the way I can't even find that button, so how am I supposed to cancel this unwanted contract?! What kind of stunt is this? I did not want to sign up to a monthly payment plan, all I wanted to do was buy one pair of boots and leave it at that. Its very sneaky of JustFab to not show clearly that you are signing up to a monthly contract with them. I want JustFab to cancel this payment of £35 a month, because I certainly did not click a box or anything to say that I except these payments being taken. I will take my complaint further if it is not sorted within 24hrs.
I joined and received a pair of terrible quality shoes. I sent them back and asked for my account to be cancelled, which I was assured it was. £70 later, I called to ask them why my money was still being taken, and they told me my account had never been cancelled! Told me I had to write in via post to ask for a refund, which I did, and they told me I had to phone! Have just got off the phone in tears after horrendous customer service in which I was refused a refund, and in which it was implied that I was an idiot. I am appalled. I am also a now starving student. Disgusting.
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and they delivered the wrong sizes. I called them to arrange an exchange and promised to collect it due to coronavirus lockdown. And its 2 months now and they have arranged pick up 4 times and still haven't collected.
The worst people you can trade with. Unless you wants high BP, dont ever think of engaging yourself with them.
This is a scam they secretly saved my card details when I bought a pair of shoes for 13.95! When I tried to find where they saved it on my justfab account I could NOT find them to delete it, they charged me £39.00 in November 2021 & I was shocked how I had been enrolled onto this without warning after reading reviews I will be asking bank to dispute the payment & hopefully I get it back. JUSTFAB should be banned! For scamming & their call costs 66p per minute they will keep u on call more than an hour to make that money back whether they decide to give u the "vip membership" scammed cash back or not!

I haven't bought anything from this provider since 2014 unfortunately I have only just noticed since banking on line which I only started a few months ago that this company have been taking £35pm every month and I have had no offers or emails since March 2015. I'm absolutely fuming and I will be taking this to the national press.
2 weeks ago I ordered two pairs of shoes from JustFab for the first time (on their 2 for 1 offer) but only one pair arrived without an invoice or anything at all. I tried calling but then found out that they conveniently are only available from 8am-8pm on weekdays on a premium number. So I Emailed instead, I received a template reply telling me that sometimes when ordering more than one pair of shoes they are sent separately, however, if the second pair did not arrive within 48 hours I should contact them again. 48 went by and sent them another email, and another, and another... Still no reply... It has been 2 weeks now, I want my second pair of shoes! They won't get back to me and I'm really disappointed that they've made my first experience with them so very frustrating. I wouldn't recommend them if you would like a hassle free service!
I have just been told my order was cancelled on the same day that I processed my order. They still took the money and I've had to call first to ask where my order is. To which I got told that the order had been cancelled, then I asked where my money was and why I had no notification they had cancelled my order. I got told a refund would be processed today and the 2nd question was ignored.
Obviously this is a regular call at JustFab because the call taker knew exactly what to say. I have cancelled my membership with immediate effect.
Won't be going back, as lack of communication and also holding on to refunds until customer calls.

Well I tricked them right back... I rang them and repeatedly told them the call was being recorded as I'd taken legal advice, they had taken 3 months worth of payments before I noticed! How I missed this I do not know!... but they offered me 1 month refund I repeated this call is being recorded and I request a full refund. They came back with 2 months refund I said a full refund please this call is being recorded please, I wasnt rude, I wsnt angry I was just insistent. Finally after 14 minutes I was given a full refund

I shopped here and this bloody justfabuk kept on deducting £35. I rang them and they hanged up. I have phoned my bank to report it and I hope I get my money back. Justfabuk you are a scammer. Guys never shop here
The business model is confusing and set up to take monthly payments (£35 for the UK) from your account for their 'VIP membership' without you realising unless you read the tiny small print which frankly is a scam. If you are having troubles cancelling your membership I suggest asking your bank to bar the retailer from taking funds from your account.
The boots I bought were fine but this company have gone in to my bank account and have taken £35. For past six months without my consent or knowledge. I have emailed on Frid 19th and am waiting on reply.
This company is a complete waste of time they took a payment of £35 out of my account for 9 months up untill i finally got through to them and they returned 5 payments and gave me 4 free orders not happy please please please do not order from them
They scam you into paying £35 a month for their poor quality products. The costomer service is horrendous. They lie, lie, lie about everything! I was told I couldn't cancel my VIP account because my order had not been dispatched yet. An hour later when I tried to cancel the order, they said I couldn't do so because my order had been dipatched to days ago? It's just endless lies and crap from them. After having read these reviews, you'd be an idiot to purchase from this scummy scam of a company. Any 5 star reviews are definitely not genuine!
Bought a bag and a month later was charged £35 at the start of the month due to unknowingly signing up to the membership scheme, called up and was told couldn't get a refund for the money and even through numerous attempts to close my my account nothing is working. Don't waste time and money on this site!

I ordered a pair of boots on 29th october which came within 3 days. The boots are really nice and glad I ordered them. However I checked my bank account today 11th November and they have taken £35. I checked my justfab account and I have only subscribed to the VIP account without even knowing. I will be phoning them tomorrow and asking for my money back. I think it's very naughty of a company to reel you in with the discount off your first order and then charge you £35 a month. I would rather have payed full price for the boots then pay this stupid charge every month.

This is my second review on just fab,, as I've read hundreds of bad reviews, firstly one customer wrote we should have read the terms but unfortunately thousands of us weren't obviously that clever,,, I shop online all the time and never had any subscriptions, Never known anything like it to be honest, unfortunately if just fab were more understanding and give us our refund back but let us know we have to skip a month from then on it would be more exceptable, I never got an email reminding me of my skip a month as if I had I would have skipped that month,,, I would have bought shoes and boots from just fab in the future, but money was taken out of my bank which left me stressed as my bills were due to go out that month, I had to put extra money in my bank so I wouldn't get charges,,, So unfortunately because of just fab bad set up they have got thousands of bad reviews and obviously lost thousands of customers,, and they've got thousands and thousands of pounds in credits of people's hard earned money,, a bit of understanding just fab, give people there refunds back
