See previous review. After being told there is no way I will get a refund and I must spend the £35 taken out of my account, my account has just been credited with £35, so if you were told the same ask for a refund and if no luck write to their MD - it works. Apart from all that they do sell nice products and are efficient in posting items - just please read the small print
I ordered 3 pair of shoes, they took the money from my acc and they send me after more then a month one pair totally different and very very bad quality. Total amount I paid for that it was £56.40. I send an email I didn't received nothing back. I'm also afraid to call them cause I don't know how much money is costing per minute.
The boots I bought were nice and cheap, what I ordered and received xxxx for the boots! HOWEVER the next month thet took another thirty five pounds from my bank account? I had not ordered anything? And trying to get hold of somebody to speak to was horroundous and the woman i spoke to thought it was funny! So not impressed is an understatement.
I ordered a pair of boots and paid via debit card then they have taken £35 a month out of my account which i only found out about after it happening numerous times it says i have 2 VIP member credits but won't let me use them does anyone know how i can possibly get my money back from them i suffer severe anxiety issues and this has made me so poorly does anyone know what i can do please thanks In advance
I have been receiving many mails from this website and tried to give it a try, I was very excited and happy I got an oversized dress that was just hideous and I can't exchange for money of for another product and now I'm getting money deducted from my account each month for things I didnt't buy.
This is just a fraud and a website to steal money.
Tip for consumers:
Do absolutly not use it
Good evening, I don't know what's going on, Justfab still wants to withdraw money from the bank when I already paid out as much as I had a long time ago, but you still want to withdraw 39 pounds, why is it doing this?
Had any of you girls returned your money they steal every month? Maybe someone know if it's possible? Becouse I'm shocked about JustFab froud. Without any ordering I got the same ''VIP membership'' and without any warning they just steal money from bank acout like that... I just noticed that when I got email from paypal that JustFab charged £35 from me. So, what to do?
Will never ever order anything from them. Awful experience. The package never reached me. No one from the company either informed that they cancelled my order. I called to ask about my order just to hear that they have cancelled my order. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!
I got charged £35 for VIP membership I didn't sign for, i can't get a refund. I'm being forced to buy more shoes with money they took from my account, money meant to buy food for my kids, I wish I knew sooner what they were like.
Steer well clear of this company who offers you a pair of mediocre shoes for half price and you miraculously become a VIP member which entitles you to be ripped off every month to the tune of £35. It's all in the small print agreement that was never made clear to you. The only way you can close your account is by ringing a given no which, you will not be surprised to hear is impossible to get an answer from. AVOID THIS COMPANY. The only thing that has given me peace of mind is that my paypal accout will now be blocking any more payments to this company.
I bought two pairs of sandals last month and this month I realized they took £35 from my bank account on 5th of August claiming I had a VIP membership I ever never signed for. I asked to get a refund and I was told I cannot get it and I have to use the credits for some shopping with them. I am not going to buy anything from this site anynmore. I went straight to bank to block any further wuthdrawn from my account.
NEVER EVER order from this website! JustFab are the worst online company I have ever seen. I called to cancel my VIP membership (which I hadn't realised I had accepted) and they didn't so they kept taking money out of my account. My orders have always been wrong - even had orders sent back to me wrong 3 times! Terrible costumer service!
Ordered 2 pairs of boots, checked the process every day and today it said order cancelled. I had no email to tell me about this and my money wasnt put back. If i didnt check the status of the process i wouldnt have even knew it had been cancelled. I spoke on live chat and they said it had been cancelled because they was out of stock yet i checked the website and they was in stock. Iv asked for a refund and now its a waiting game to see if they give it me. I deactivated my account immediately
Cancelled and still got charged 35 pound think they need investigating chat lines talk the talk they should send me the recording apparently they kept charging because I agreed to keep my account running I case I changed my mind I kept saying as long as you don't take anymore money 35 pound again made me overdrawn again so its more so angry
Shoes are poor quality. And then once you purchased the offer, will be charged every month for £35. Trying to get in contact with them but doesn't seems like they want to refund the money back
SCAM. Bought a pair of shoes and payed for 7 months the 39.95 euros monthly that they charge for VIP. (written in very small print, almost hidden) I am trying to get my money back.
Just fab have an incredibly convoluted, ambiguous and confusing check out system.
The result - which I and others believe is UTTERLY intentional - is to force you into a £35 a month contract which can only be cancelled over the phone. Even then, there appear to be issues, as many of the reviews below state that despite having cancelled the membership they were still charged.
Clothes are also pretty poor quality...
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE
They make you check out with VIP with little to no heads up that you'll pay £35 monthly for a membership that offers you NOTHING! And when you're joining their Live chat and try to cancel, they won't reply at all! I waited 12 hours in the chat and I haven't been replied to! VERY POOR customer service

Emailed twice to see how i can return an item due to it being too big. Not one email back, credit card will be cancelled. Keep my £35 you obviously need it!
Purchased a pair of shoes 3 years ago - randomly was asked by my dad to check his bank account, saw that there had been £35 taken out of his account from JustFab, I asked him what he got as he doesn't do online shopping, just to find out that for the past 3 years they have taken £35 every month without fail. Had to scream and shout to get refunded £925- still have £315 left which they refuse to give me back... DO NOT SIGN UP WITH JUSTFAB... VERY SNEAKY COMPANY.
ABSOLUTE CON - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My wife purchased a pair of shoes from this site and they signed her up for a VIP style service costing £35 per month unknown to her. 2 months later and £70 down we have stopped the account and have learnt the hard way.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid the VIP con :-(
Absolutely horrendous company, its a major scam!
Having ordered a pair of boots I had to then contact them three days later as order status hadn't' changed from autorizing payment yet payment had been taken from my bank account.
I was then told order was cancelled as the items were out of stock. The rude staff member was abrupt and blatantly didn't care that he wasn't exactly professional. He said I would get a refund however, I then got a mail from them saying payment wasn't taken as items weren't shipped. When I sent them proof it was taken from my account I heard nothing so I opened a claim on Paypal. They are now sending me veiled threats that I won't get my refund until I cancel my paypal claim! Paypal have advised me not to so if anyone gets the same generic email from this business don't cancel claim as they simply won't refund you according to Paypal
STAY AWAY FROM JUSTFAB
I bought myself some boots last week and Just fab automatically signed me up for something and took £35 out of my account this morning, luckily enough Paypal are disputing it for me. I have been told it is a regular scam by justfab.
ROBBED - NEVER USE THIS SITE OR TRY TO GET YOUR DONATED £35 PER MONTH BACK.
I got a lovely pair of boots only to realise two months later they had been robbing me of £35 per month for alleged membership to VIP status! They would not refund this and would not give me the managers second name or the telephone persons second name. They did cancel my so called membership.
Day light robbery. I will be contacting Watch Dog UK and Trading Standards to have them investigated.
Scam!
I was initially drawn to an unbelievable deal of any shoe for first time customers for £10. Not only was the quality of the shoes terrible (one shoe size 5 and one size 6 and obvious marks on them like they had been worn previously) but two months later I noticed that they'd taken £70+ from my bank! After trying to contact them and having them ignore me for days and days, I eventually found out that you automatically get put onto this VIP scheme where they take £35 from you every month! This was not made clear - this didn't come up anywhere when I originally made the payment. I didn't receive any welcome VIP emails or anything that indicated that I was now a member of this group and was expected to pay. Furthermore, they made it extremely hard to cancel this (it went on so long, where they were continuously ignoring or arguing with me not to cancel) that they took yet another £35 from me. They refused to give me any refund at all so I had to escalate matters with the bank/court. TOTAL SCAM! Don't get involved.
This disgrace of a company doesn't even warrant one star! Its a complete utter scam. I regularly shop online boohoo, prettylittlethings, asos, misshap etc and never have I encountered such a company that automatically sign you up after a one off purchase to a vip membership where they fraudly use youre card details that were provided for youre intital order to take £35 a month. Especially during a pandemic and being on furlough. They are taking advantage of people. I rung up and after several attempts to reason they declined to refund me until I royally kicked off. I have had to block my card and getting a new one sent to prevent further payments coming out. Please don't back down inregards to a refund. This company need to be on watch dog. Having looked into this company there's various Facebook groups about this company and its scams. They should be investigated
Absolute joke! They scammed me £35 a month without telling me or me agreeing to any useless rip off subsciption (that is apparently in the small print but I did not see any) when I bought one pair of cheap boots last winter. I can't cancel the subsciption or get a refund because I can't contact the company; the number they have doesn't work and just goes in to loop. I'm trying to resolve this with my bank however as I know the retailer they expect me to contact them. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!
