See previous review. After being told there is no way I will get a refund and I must spend the £35 taken out of my account, my account has just been credited with £35, so if you were told the same ask for a refund and if no luck write to their MD - it works. Apart from all that they do sell nice products and are efficient in posting items - just please read the small print
I ordered 3 pair of shoes, they took the money from my acc and they send me after more then a month one pair totally different and very very bad quality. Total amount I paid for that it was £56.40. I send an email I didn't received nothing back. I'm also afraid to call them cause I don't know how much money is costing per minute.
If I could give no stars I would. I saw the advert, thought what a bargain and looked for some nice winter boots. I bought them and then set to work on breaking in the most uncomfortable boots ever. I then noticed after 2 days of wearing them that a piece of material holding the buckle in place had broken then having bought the boots on 30th September, on 3rd November, the heel broke. Shocking. I made a formal complaint to a robot on the live chat and called up the customer services to cancel my memership, that took around 15 minutes to tell the girl on the phone no I don't want to recommend people to get more points because I don't want my friends to break their necks on faulty boots! Finally she agreed to cancel it and tell me I'll have to pay £49 per shoe I buy from now on, I said theres no chance of that happening again. They haven't sent me an email with my hermes number on it so I will have to go back and demand it. I am so angry. Even primark shoes and boots are more reliable than these! NEVER BUY FROM THEM
Like all the others im completly disgusted with Just fab. I purchased some jeans in december and they sent the wrong size, then it took 3 weeks for them to sent me the correct size, then i found out that they had automatically enrolled me into this VIP membership, i rang them and told them i would never buy anyhting from them again never mind have them taking £35 out of my account each month and i sent them umpteen emails saying if they took money out of my account i would be taking further action. And by the way it is completley un obvious that you are enrolled into this VIP membership when you make your first purchase, it is very hidden thats why they are getting away with this scam.
Anyway they did take the £35 out of my account! I was livid, i rang my bank and asked them to put a stop to any further transactions coming from justfab, they said to me because they payment comes via paypal if i was to put a stop to just fab it would put a stop to any further paypal transactions... which would be a nightmare!
They advised me to ring paypal, which i did and they were great, they have put a stop to any further transactions coming from just fab and said they will refund me the £35 that has just been taken out. I think this is the only way out. Good luck!
Don't shop here. They rip u off and don't refund money back that's yours. It's NOT clear you get entered into a monthly direct debit. BEWARE
Took 49 pounds from my PayPal account but I haven't bought anything. Scandalous rip off and fraud. I want. A refund NOW
These are very fraudulent people. They do not make their terms and conditions clear. They should be ashamed of themselves. Karma awaits...
As a woman who often shops online, I warn all women out there about this dodgy site. When I first bought my item I was aware of the VIP membership. It's their scams that I am complaining about. I returned an item and had a £35 store credit to use, so I thought to use it and buy a pair of shoes. I went online and saw they had a "buy one get one free" offer so I thought great I can get two pairs instead of one. So I ordered the items and it showed that total to pay was £35. However, moment later I received a message from Paypal saying that £35 has been taken out from my account which means I now paid £70. I phoned and was out in hold several times so that the lady could get advice from her supervisor. First, she said "oh actually it's because one of the shoes you bought were not on this offer" I assured her that they were as I still had the page up on my laptop which clearly shows that they are on the offer. She put me on hold again and came back saying that actually the offer is not "buy one get one free" it was in fact two pairs for £45. So instead of arguing, I just said that it was fine but why was I still charged another £35 on top of the £35 credit I had. She was like oh sorry must have been a technical mistake, and that they will refund the rest. Then few days later I checked my PayPal and all they refunded was £5.50 and also when I received the 2 pairs of shows the receipt that came with it clearly states that I got 2 pairs of shoes for £35 as that's what the total shows. I was so shocked at how they con people, their company should be shut down because what they are doing to people is illegal! I'm cancelling the membership and never want to hear their name!
I ordered a pair of boots from Justfab and was so excited about my purchase, gave them my work address as I knew that there would be no one home during the day, Waited, waited and waited. Eventually I had to contact them to find out where my shoes were, Oh they have been returned because they tried to deliver at 7pm in the evening, when I clearly told them to deliver to my work address. I spoke to them and said well then just send them back because I really want them, Oh no they do not do that, I was told that if I wanted the boots would have to reorder them again. It is now the 10/12/16 and I ordered the boots on the 15/11/16 and i am still waiting for my refund. The best is yet to come, I go to the shop on Friday the -9/12/16 to buy some thing and my card is declined when I know there is money in my account. Justfab after not delivering my boots, giving me the $#*!tiest service and waiting nearly a month for a refund take £35 off my bank account because I am a VIP member. Well you can kiss my lilly white arse with your VIP membership. I must pay £35 a month which they convert to points and when I see a pair of shoes I can use the points to buy them. Where is consumer right to purchase where I want to, all I am going to say is CON CON CON! Not for me, no thanks pass. Oh and they will refund my money for both but it will take 2 - 8 days for them to refund my money... but when they took the money it was instant.
Tip for consumers:
I cant rate on any of the above because I never got my shoes and had money taken off me.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY -
After making a single purchase of £12.70 in March 2016, I discovered the company had automatically subscribed my to their VIP Membership scheme at a cost of £35 per month.
While I sought help from my bank to retrieve the monies taken, I failed because the company claimed I had knowingly subscribed after completing a number of application pages. JustFab even sent blank copies of the application process that I apparently completed in order to 'knowingly' subscribe. I ABSOLUTELY HAD NOT COMPLETED ANY OF THIS PAPERWORK!
When I later looked through links on one of the Newsletters that I had started to receive, I noticed that, on placing an order, you are AUTOMATICALLY, enrolled into the scheme (see attached picture) and they will debit money from the card you made your first payment with. I wasn't made aware of this detail at any point of that one-off order that I made.
I consider this as THEFT and have now started legal action to reclaim the monies STOLEN by JustFab.
Tip for consumers:
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!
They take your money before ordering, really unfair and uncool oh and terrible quality of the clothes
After your first purchase you become a bio meme we and they take £35 from your bank account every month without your notice. FRAUD
EVIL CORPORATION! THEY TAKE 40QUID OUT EACH MONTH WITHOUT TELLING YOU FOR AUTOMATIC MEMBERSHIP IF YOU BUY A SINGLE ITEM FROM THEM. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Hi I'm in the uk. My girlfriend bought two bags for £8.75 from justfab.co.uk and, to her knowledge, selected not to join the VIP Club. A month later they deducted £35 twice in one day from her bank account. She had to go to the bank to stop them taking further payments.
Their dismissive and uninterested call centre staff insisted she had joined the club twice, despite not having sent her a single email declaring this. They tried to hide behind terms and conditions.
Under my guidance, she wrote to their registered address demanding they repay the money, plus compensation for wasted time. They ignored this so she took them to the County Court, using the Money Claim Online government website.
Suddenly they were keen to pay up, being aware that a Judge would take a very dim view of their little "scheme". A Judge can overturn any contract they deem unfair, and I am sure this would have been the case.
They ended up paying £155, including a court cost of £25.
These are the correct contact details if you want to complain to them formally:

+EU40 each month? REALLY?
For what?
Scam. Pure scam.
I asked them to cancel via phone call, because email just don't work!
Brought a jogging set for £35, next thing i know 4 lots of £44 (£176) its a total rip off. I did not knowingly sign up for this.

My 15 year old daughter ordered some shoes using my credit card (which I allowed) and she set up an account to get the offer on the cheap shoes. My 15 year old and myself (a 47 year old woman) did not know that she had entered into a VIP agreement on my behalf in which they take £35 a month. She thought it was free in that you just signed up, like you do with a newsletter (no obligation) just to get a discount code. It was not clearly obvious in any way and although I received monthly emails I did not really understand what they were saying, I thought it was some marketing ploy that they put £35 in your account (and that this would be taken off a minimum spend of £100, for example - that's what I thought so I deleted them as I get enough junk email). I only noticed this on my credit card as a payment was taken when we were all overseas so I knew we had not ordered anything.
I spoke to a nice lady in accounts today and she explained that I have paid £140 to date. I was absolutely shocked as it is not at all clear this was a subscription (even the VIP benefit list online in the account section does not say it costs £35) and I was under the impression under consumer law this type of thing should be spelt out in very clear and highly visible wording. Anyway the lady spoke to the finance dept. and they have agreed to refund the money in full (£140.00). The only concern I have is that they cannot send an email confirming this. The phone call is recorded (I pressed the record option) but I would like a response from the company that they will be refunding the money.
I have had an email to state they have stopped the subscription following my phone call (you cannot cancel online or seem to contact the company online in anyway). My daughter orders from PLT, Boohoo and all high street online shops and this is the first time I have ever encountered this scheme which I (and clearly everyone on this site and other review sites) do not think is clearly detailed enough about what you are actually entering into. If Justfab can respond to this with an email address I will write to them asking for written confirmation of my refund.
I have purchased shoes but they are tight. I returned them and drop off the nearest Hermes point but again they send me same size and same parcel.
Hello everyone,
I read many bad reviews from disappointed customers of Just Fab and I wanted to give everyone my objective opinion about the whole experience, which will hopefully help others with their purchases.
I ordered two pairs of shoes on 03. 10. 16 and they arrived on 14. 10. 16. The delivery time is within the timeframe the company suggests (2-8 working days) and not too bad especially if you are prepared to wait. What attracted me to buy the shoes was the huge discount that you get from the VIP membership as well as the seemingly good quality of products. What it turns out is that Just Fab is an intermediary company, so when you place your order with them they place an order with a Chinese manufacturer, which explains the long wait and the not so good quality of products. This means that 1) if you are prepared to wait for your shoes and 2) you are not too bothered about the quality of the products simply order from Ali express.
I also noticed a few complaints about the VIP membership. My advice is read what you sign up to and once you receive your order call them up and cancel it. The lady on the phone seemed to be taking far too long to cancel my membership, so I kept reminding her that I am waiting on the line, which sped up the call. The whole call lasted no more than 5 minutes and I received a confirmation email that I am no longer a VIP member (make sure to ask for one as a proof).
Overall, I am neither satisfied, nor dissatisfied. I paid £28, so I will not return the shoes - I personally think that it is not worth the hassle. The shoes are actually okay, although nowhere near as good quality as shown in the pictures. The size is also not quite right, but they will stretch. I am a size 6, but now I think I should have ordered 6.5, so bear this in mind,
These are the things that I personally wish someone had told me before making the purchase, so I hope that this review will help others in their decision-making.

Ordered shoes yesterday and they still not charged me for the vip fee, so I phoned my bank and reported that i lost my debit card. Hope that helps!
Hi everyone, I do online shopping very often and this had never happened to me before! I had ordered a pair of shoes this summer, probably June-July. It was supposed to be 80kroner as there was a sale and it was my first order. Anyway, in 09.08.2017 I ended up paying DKK 349,00 to JustFab Ltd, London. That's okay. I will take that. Even though it is not what said the cost was, I will take that. BUT! Then another 349kroner was withdrawn on 11.09.2017 again to JustFab Ltd, London, and then another 349kroner was withdrawn on 11.10.2017, again Nota nr. ******* JustFab Ltd, London. WHAT IS GOING ON? Those shoes were supposed cost me tops 350 kroner, say I misunderstood, there was no sale or anything. Yet, I ended up paying 3x349kroner. And I am hoping that this is the last time! Just had an online chat talk with Max from JustFab London, he says that my accound is under JustFab Sweden. Alright. Then I just sent them an email. Let's see whast up. I am really looking forward to hear what the heck is going on.
They tricked me into subscribing into a VIP offer, which wasn't specifically explained and charged my account. Disgusting vulchers!

Don't do it they are a scam none of their shows fit poor quality and they charge £35 no matter what, and they try to keep it.
Terrible company, products cheap and then then take £35.00 a month of you and don't let you cancel it.
The same awful situation with £35 VIP membership card...
I understood what is going on after 6 months.
Have been taking £35 monthly from my bank account. How can you stop this when they don't reply to correspondence?
This website will sign you up to a £35 per month VIP scheme without making it very clear - BE CAREFUL
The quality of their shoes is poor also
I would most definitely avoid
