I got the item I ordered very fast and their customer service is wonderful! My daughter loves the shoes I ordered for her and it is perfect! I will definitely buy from you again.
BUYER BEWARE! This company does not accept returns! The product was as described and arrived in a timely manner however, the website says, "satisfaction guarantee", "Money Back Guarantee ". The website also said that their sizes run true. The fact is, they run small. Bought a pair of sneakers for my wife, who wears a size 9, and they were too tight in length. This company would not exchange for a size that fits, they will refund my money less shipping and restocking fees (which leaves practically nothing to refund) and expected me to buy another pair at 50% off to get the next size up. IMO, THIS TYPE OF RETURN POLICY MAKES IT A SCAM. BUYER BEWARE!
