I ordered through this website for the first time before reading the reviews (was looking at the. Com website). If I had read these, I would not have bothered... however ordered products over the weekend, arrived on Thursday and all ok. Happy. Don't normally write reviews but considering all the negativity thought I'd put one out there
I was a regular customer at justmylook until I had an issue with a product. Customer care were appalling, particularly Alice. I reported the issue and they kept ignoring my complaint, changing the subject and not helping at all. It never got resolved but I will never, ever buy from this company again. There are far better companies online to buy from, who value their customers and the money they spend, and take product issues seriously.
They seem to be selling fake products, the product I bought has a strong chemical smell, and they refused to return it and claim the product was opened, can't understand how to confirm the status of the product if I didn't open it.
I have called consumer protection agencies, and I've asked them to investigate this company too. Seems they are not a legitimate company. I see that many people have the same problem. Please report them together.

Absolutely useless! Kallan from the customer services did not want to help me! My order did not turn up! They are refusing to do anything about it so now I have no parcel and no refund. Absolutely disgusting
Ordered in November 22 product was damaged. I returned the product and they received it back. I have the proof it was signed for on 13th Jan and still not got my refund. They emailed me on 17th Feb 4 days after they had received it back saying that haven't got it! I paid £90 for some shampoo and conditioner. It's a joke, I have contacted trading standards. Hopefully they can get it sorted. I'm not surprised they don't have a phone number because people would be complaining all the time.

Never received my order, after weeks of trying to get in contact I finally received a response offering to refund me. Since then I have received no refund and no communication. The blatant lack of customer service with this company is atrocious. I have made a report to the consumer protection commission.

I had to return a £50 hairdryer that was five months old as it suddenly stopped working. I tried to change the fuse but this didn't help. Contacted Just My Look by email as you cannot phone them (alarm bells) and they took a week to reply and tell me to send the item back. I paid £7 to do this. I had to chase them weekly but after three weeks they finally emailed to say as I had changed the fuse they would not refund or replace. The fuse had nothing to do with the broken appliance. Under the consumer rights act 2015 the appliance was under a 12 month guarantee so I am entitled to a full refund or replacement. I won't use this company again and would advise not buying electrical items from them

I have been assured for nearly a month now that Justmylook would even send me a confirmation to confirm my order had been shipped, yet unsurprisingly a month later this still hasn't happened.
When I ordered from Justmylook it was on the basis of promised delivery of 3 - 5 working days.
I have previously left them a good review on sites but now I see their appalling score really does justify their dodgey practice and as such want to warn customers it was just a one off lucky time and that the negative reviews are infact a very true reflection of what will happen if you have the misfortune of ordering through them.
I doubt the promise of my order arriving tomorrow will happen so I assume my next problem will be getting them to issue a refund
Don't deliver on time and when you enquire there staff are really rude will never use this company Agn and I've since found loads of bad reviews which I read before hand coz there so bad. Dreadful company avoid at all cost.

Soo soo disappointed with "just my look" service they delivered my parcel to a wrong adress twice! I gave em a second chance but don't think will ever order from here again they don't have a contact number to call on either I emailed them many times but they responded after the delivery was done saying there is nothing we can do about it. What about a refund as u keep messing up my order? I requested but again they said it isn't there fault which clearly was. Very very disappointed I would say avoid ordering from this website!

Shocking service!
Ordered a hair trimmer in late May from this company after a few days my shipment finally arrived however they sent the wrong trimmer I contacted customer service & eventually got a reply and they provided a returns slip. I sent the wrong trimmer back and I have been waiting ever since for confirmation when the right trimmer will be sent to me. I have contacted them countless times and I have still not heard a clear date as to when the right trimmer will be delivered.
At present over £150.00 down

Ordered items to the value of £85.I have not received my order after 2 weeks. I mailed customer services 3 times and they have ignored all my emails. I will inform my bank and get a charge back. Their customer services is terrible. They do not have a contact phone number either. I will be getting a charge back from my bank and will not ever buy from them again. They have taken my money and ignored me.
Ordered a hairdryer which arrived damaged. I've tried calling this company about 20 times but they NEVER answer the phone. They ignore most emails too. They asked me to return it but would not cover the full postage. Then asked me to send a video of the dryer! I did this but no response so far so I've opened a case via PayPal. Worst customer service I've ever encountered!
I ordered from this company for the first time a few weeks ago, the order was abandoned on my front doorstep on a main road as you can imagine the order was not there when I returned home.
I have since contacted the company and they have advised they are not liable and I should contact the police! I find this extremely strange as I don't have any control over the delivery company they use and the local police department have advised me to take it up with the company or trading standards. I am currently waiting on a response from trading standards. Please be careful using this company as they have no contact number etc Everything is online chat or email (which they don't reply to)

I placed a order but as soon I placed it I emailed into say cancel order. They did not respond for two days and once they responded they said order has already been despatched. I will have to pay for return cost should I want to return the item. Customer service takes all the time in the world to respond. I would never shop here again waste of time!

I run the facebook group justmylook unhappy customers having had the jml 'customer experience' myself. To date, we've helped many of their unhappy customers get refunds, sometimes the same day, so there is hope for some justice.

It's a roulette as to whether you'll see exactly what you ordered or indeed anything at all.
If you're experiencing a problem with them, search for justmylook unhappy customers on facebook. We've helped many people get their money back already.
Do not let free delivery attract you to the site. I ordered the Osmo Extreme volume shampoo and conditioner and received iQ silverising Shampoo and hair mask more than one week later. I should have read the reviews on here before purchase! Not looking forward to dealing with their poor customer service...
£49.90 bottle of perfume for a bridal shower gift came with the box battered. Had no time to return as needed to gift 2 days later. Emailed Customer service to ask for a partial refund but wouldn't. Would only give me 10 % of a future order. Why should I spend more money to get 10% off

I phoned on a Friday & explained I was going on holiday on the Sunday and I needed item by Saturday. The girl said yes no problem but was not told that their Saturday delivery was Royal Mail only. I ticked DPD didn't realise it was next working day delivery. That's all the assistance girl would have had to say is "make sure you tick Royal Mail" wished I had read reviews first. I ordered a hair product. Two weeks later and it has not arrived. They have told me its been delivered. Yet I was not in when it was allegedly delivered and no card was left through the door. I asked them to take it up with Royal Mail and they refused. They also have no complaints procedure. They are not a reputable company. I am complaining to consumer direct.
I purchased olaplex oil from just my look.as it was £7 cheaper. I had previous one from olpalex itself. The new one is like water and a bright yellow colour with no scent unlike my original one that is lovely scent and smooth oil.
I contacted them to ask even could it be out of date? But no help from them.avoid this company and just pay the proper price for a legitimate product.

The company made a mistake by sending the product to an incorrect address. Instead of correcting the problem by phoning royalmail and realizing their error, they are keeping me waiting within a 30 day investigation period. During this period they have repeatedly reassured me that they sent it to the correct address. Royalmail on the other hand has contrasted this and informed me of the error Justmylook have made. The worrying thing about this situation is the lack of managerial support and undersight with how the company manages mistakes. If you are unfortunate to be at the consequence of their error, observe how the management handles it. If they are doing nothing about it, while reassuring you that its not their error, don't do nothing: write a review and let others know. Hopefully with enough evidence of bad practice, a further more formal investigation can take place.
Take four days to reply in relation to taking payment twice once from my account and also from Amazon Pay, however Amazon Pay said it was unsuccessful and just took me back to the cart.
Low and behold I've received two lots of orders and telling me I have to pay to return them when the fault lies with their website.
If anyone else has issues dealing with this shoddy company then just email Amazon what's happened as they told me that they would refund me if the company have not done so within 30 days and will result in a chargeback on their account.
