Im writing this review to tell everyone to stay away from Juul. I spent 2.5 years with Juul. Everything was fine with Juul until the government banned mint pods. I have personally noticed that the quality of Juul pods as a whole has declined significantly since I started Juul in 2018 and especially since the flavor ban. You buy a pack of 4 for 20 dollars and half the pods either taste burnt, leak, don't give a hit at all, or give you an "air hit," (real Juul users know what I'm talking about.)
I have no evidence to back this up, I am just stating from personal experience. The Juul that we all love from 2018-2019 no longer exists. Save your money and find a better product.

I've used this product for 2 years now problem. In the last six months I've had issues with the product not charging correctly. I have bought two in less than a month and have the same issue it won't charge completely stays on yellow and never goes green. So as of today your customer will be changing to one of your competitors.

I've been using Juul for the past 3 years. I love the Virginia tobacco, but the pods gotta go. They are awful at times. 2 out of 4 will be good. It's time to make them better. They constantly leak. If left in the car and it's warm, they leak and taste so nasty. Feel like I'm constantly cleaning them to remove excess from inside the pod. I don't understand why a company so big, can't get it right. I spend $20 on a pack of 4 and some usually go back to the store because they're no good. Please make the pods similar to Fuse. They have perfected the pods. Thank you!

Please change the pods and make them better so they don't leak. They're are awful. I've been waiting years for a change. It's about time

The pods for this device aren't sold in stores as yes I went to 10 different places you have to only order them through juul which is bs because you have to spend over $60 for free shipping so now I am out $71 they should of made that clear before buying the new device

My husband and I decided to stop smoking cigs and switched to juul. Everything was great. However, after a few weeks we noticed that our heads were always pounding and we had a lot of stomach issues. After these symptoms stayed for weeks we decided to try to stop hitting our juul and see if it helped. Literally one day later we felt fine. Be careful everyone

I don't know how to explain the taste but it sucks. You can refill the pods but with the taste you won't want to. It's better to throw it away and find another brand. And I don't like how the battery gets activated all the time just getting bumped even when in the box.

I'm sorry to say, but the incompetence within this company is quite shocking! First, I was promised a $40 gift card after 4 consecutive orders thru auto-delivery, of juul pods. That never happened. They claimed that the promotion expired. After they reneged on the gift card, they claimed that I would receive a $40 rebate. After several attempts, I finally received it, and when I tried to redeem it, it didn't accept the rebate, claiming I had to be a "first timer". It's excuse after excuse. When trying to place an order which totaled $107 and change, the only discount I received was the 5% for auto delivery. They didn't even come close to a $40 gift card, nor 40% rebate. Needless to say, I canceled my order and will NOT spend another penny of my money on this product until they make good on their promise. This is pretty pathetic!

My experience is half the time the batteries don't work and more recently some of the pods weren't working. They went through this whole verification process, but I did not receive a refund or a replacement. They told me I still had one installment on auto-ship left before I could cancel or I'd have to pay a fee. I had one more delivery, and still had to pay a fee. Don't recommend the product, and read the fine print!

Pods that leak, charging issues, pulling issue, inconsistent operation. Even with maintenance and switching out devices it's a money dump. Terrible company, lousy product with no consistency or qc.

Lifespan not guaranteed. I've bought a total couple of vapes from JUULs since last year and EVERY most of them always stopped charging after a month. I had one warranty replacement and they would not honor any additional replacements, even though each product came registered. After spending about $500 on you guys then cant change your bad products with short life span, I am therefor done with these shoddy products. I recently found another company ganjaguys.net and their products are durable and of great quality. Its more than 4months i got vapes from them and still in good shape. Will gladly spend my money there.

Never completed the order after multiple phone calls. Gave up trying in the end and went elsewhere. Hopeless customer service so l will recommend (MARIJANEXPRESS.COM because the are legit and helpful a lot.

Where do i start. I started juul to stop smoking HA now 3 yrs later I'm more addicted to vaping than I was cigs!? At first they were good hardly any issues til the government banned menthol which i happened TO SMOKE go figure. After that everytging went down hill pods leak dont hit tast off and new devices are Crap! They don't want to hit. Light doesn't stay on its enough to drive you insane! I have a old one that paint has worn off of that works better than a brand new one! Juul was Great now its nothing but a pain in the a**! I will be quiting this winter and never looking back. PS never mind trying to start a warranty claim. Add your name phone # email then they ask what your problem is click it gives you bs helpful hints (none work once a pod leaks just toss it) then hit contact cs and it takes you to the info again and its EMPTY forget it! I'll just suffer while you all become BILLIONAIRES

They're shipping sucks, ordered 3 weeks ago and still don't have them. Out of everything I ordered off internet Jill is the worst. If you buy be ready for a long wait.

Tip for consumers:
If you buy be ready for a long wait for them to ship and then delivery. Took over a week for them to get my order and send it to shipping what a joke. Then you're delivery another big joke.

There was an issue with my delivery, 2 weeks in and haven't gotten my package. Albeit USPS said it was delivered. It's been 20 minutes and the slow response from the customer support still hasn't resolved the issue, keep asking me irrelevant information after I've already given them every bit of info. I'm absolutely frustrated.
Any other company would be prompt in resolving this, they are absolutely unprepared and this will definitely make me swap to one of their competitors and convince others to do the same after advising them to try this product.

Ive been using juul ever since the start, but now the juul pods doesn't even work the color of the juice is all dark when its suppose to be clear, customer care? They don't give a damn and its not the 1st time this happened if there is a 0 star i would gladly give it 0

Do not start using juul. It will get you away from smoking but at what cost. I am so much more addicted to nicotine than ever before. I spend 15-20 bucks a day on pods when I smoked a pack a day for 6 bucks prior to starting. Juul ruined my life. I have to wake up in the middle of the night to Vape the juul in order to sleep more. Stay far away. It's not worth it.

I was one of the kids using Juul way too young and the absurd argument that the flavors attract kids is insane the thing that attracts kids is the drug called nicotine the Juul offered stealth and discrete color and design we used to get away with charging them in class when no one had them as flash drives lol. The pods lasted forever when I was younger and I used it ALOT people may say you just use it more and not the case I use my Juul maybe 5-10 times a day and I used to hit 100s of times a day when I was young and 1 pack would last me 1-1.5 weeks. It's weird that they were targeted and it was just due to how popular they became and then new companies just came out with flavors. They were hammered with 1000s of lawsuits and they clearly cut corners the luqid isn't what it was and the website is terrible and customer service is legit trained to not help you. I kinda want them to die and we all forget this once great quality company as a fever dream.

Tip for consumers:
Don't save your money and get a normal vape $20 will last you months instead of weeks

I purchased a JUUL and loved it at first. Within 3 weeks, it stopped working. I registered the item and contacted customer service, and received a prompt replacement. Less than a month later, the replacement stopped working. This would be a great product if it was designed to last longer than a month. Unfortunately, it's not.

I bought a Juul a while ago and had no problems with it. About 6 months down the road the internals started sliding out of the aluminum housing and I emailed their support team. I told them my issue and that the juul still worked but they should try and fix this issue for newer Juuls. I got a response in 12 minutes. It said that a new Juul was on the way, and in less than 48 hours it arrived. That Juul was the new version (with the bigger charging ports) and it has lasted me to this day and counting. Recently (3 days ago) I had an issue with pods leaking. Not through the mouthpiece, but through the bottom of the pod. I told them that I would hardly use a pod and it would be empty. They emailed me back promptly and sent me a some free pods without hesitation. 10/10 customer service.
The reason I gave it 4 stars is due to the price of pods. $17 is a little high considering how little juice you get in 4 pods.

The only juul pods i smoke and have smoked for the last 12 months ( Virginia tobacco 5%; which helped my mom and I quit smoking cigarettes 100%), was always so amazing and never disappointing! However, recently every other four pack of the Virginia tobacco (5%) pods that we've bought, have tasted off and different. Not in a good way at all... I've wasted a lot of money in the last month, ( and wasted the pods too because I have thrown them out when they've tasted off/bad) I've been going to different places to buy packs of juul brand pods. It's always a hit or miss now and it's starting to burn a hole in my pocket. I love juul and I do not want to stop using their products! However, THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING so much lately to both my mom and I. Like I said though this is only for the Virginia tobacco juul Pods at 5%

I never want to go back to smoking cigarettes. But in all honesty? I would rather smoke a cigarette then that off taste that I get half of the time when I buy the Virginia tobacco pods... ( it's only been these last few months so I don't know what's going on smh...)

I smoked full menthol cigarettes, the menthol Juul pods are way too menthol, and the mint pods are too minty, both made me nauseous. I actually started to LOVE the Virginia Tobacco flavor pods. For the past few weeks, they have no flavor whatsoever! That was when I was vaping 5%. It's worse when going down to 3%, it tasted like ethanol. Terrible. What happened to this company? I was doing so well, and I was so certain I found a way to quit smoking. Bummer!
