Juul failed to fulfill promotion offer after requirements has been met. Juul supervisor was arrogant and she refuse to resolve the complaint. Furthermore she retaliated by abruptly suspending my Juul account.
The juul has not only make nicotine addictions worse, but has created vast addictions among the youth. The FDA is abdicating their responsibility by letting this company stay in business.

This is the worst e-cig I have ever had. The device has no draw and the Virginia tobacco flavor is horrible. I cannot believe how much this product costs; it isn't worth the cost by a long shot. I wish I can find a way to make them pay my money back.

Purchased about a month ago. Worked really good for about three weeks. Then I started to have issues with having to charge it constantly. Then I started getting at least one bad pod about every other package. Wish I had read the reviews before I purchase this. I usually do but didn't this time.

Received first Juul as gift from my son. Out of the box so no warranty info.... It broke. After 5 days they responded to my requests with their blah blah. Have you tried waiting 5 days for a smoke, fellow smokers?! No replacement from the company of course. I gave them the benefit and tried again. Trying to register the 3rd one just now. Website won't accept the device ID. What next? I will not be finding out. Terrible. Just terrible.

I am done with JUUL. Been using it for over a year now and currently have 3 broken devices at home. One was replaced not questions asked but when my silver JUUL wasn't performing as it should I got the b. S run around. Send the device to them, wait 3-5 days to get a "code" and order new device and wait god knows how long to get replacement IF they decide to warranty it. What a joke. I have no problem sending back all the pos devices I have at home. No wonder people I know switched to different devices

I am not a heavy smoker. I have vaped before, and then corona hit and my local vape shop shut so I couldn't get my usual coils without exorbitant shipping fees and I turned back to tobacco. A 30gram pouch of tobacco, costing roughly £15, would last me two whole damn weeks, but tobacco stinks and is full of carcinogens, so I was like "ok I'll try something new". The Juul starter kit was about the same price as my usual pouch of tobacco, maybe a little cheaper, so I decided to give it a shot. Big mistake. Three days later and the pods are completely empty; all four of them.
It will cost £8 to buy another four pods, that will last another three days. To buy enough Juul pods to last me two weeks, the same length of time £15 of tobacco does, it would cost my a truly mind-boggling £48. For £20 I could buy 100ml of juice and for an extra £8, a three-pack of coils, that'd keep me going for three weeks.
The Juul is a ripoff. Buy LITERALLY any other vaping device.

Literally just go to your local vape shop's store and buy anything else.

My Juul stopped producing vapor and every pod was leaking when I took a draw on it. I contacted customer support and chatted with a representative Carla F from Juul.com. They said my Juul was replaced already and it never was! There customer service is horrible. I would give no stars to this company. Try another vapor device dont buy any Juuls in the future.

Juul is inferior to BLU. It really ticks me off at the price. If you have lost the crapy little charger device, then you have to buy a replacement for a 50 cent item which will be at least $5.00. Ok fine, my juul is retired to my junk box and I will use only BLU. I would think that a company that rips off the public as large as juul could afford to help users of their product could and offer replacements at a fair price. So that being said, by juul. Your battery life really sucks too.

Leaks, tastes like ashes, and half the time you don't even get a hit. You will get the hiccups from sucking in so much air

I am 39 years old and tried numerous times to verify my age. I don't have time for this. I'll go to a vape shop lol. I understand they don't want minors using their product, but I've been a smoker for 20 years and wanted to try a better option. Trying to stop smoking is already stressful enough so it shouldn't be this difficult to buy their product if you're actually of age.

These people don't care about clients and potential clients AT ALL.
Do not expect to receive help or any response from them.
However, they will collect your person information such as your ID and insurance number because their website fails to verify your age. Their "service" team will reply only to collect this information but not beyond that.
Do not expect them to be apologetic or regretful.
Stay away from them and don't waste your time. If there is no service in the beginning, there won't be any going forward; expect the worst.

Horrible company and customer service they rejected my age after I tried getting verified on there website to get a replacement juul cuz the one I bought was broken when I bought it... Have a JUUL it's starts vaping on its own. Light flashes all different colors. Inconsistent vapor from pull to pull. So try to go on website to get my warranty and they make it completely annoying to just find out how to try to get warranty. Then they have a million tabs on there site but most of them just go to the same places. Why do we have to call to get a warranty started anyway. Don't get it. Have had two devices in less than 6 months and both are not functioning normal, one doesn't function at all. Won't charge and when it did charge it would not produce vapor, like it wasn't sensing suction to start the vapor. That one is the second one I bought also. My idea was to have two to try to make them last longer really worked out well for me.

I have purchased several Juul device all for them to all fail with in the first year. The first one they replaced no problem. The second Juul I purchased on 3/1/2018 broke as well no matter how hard you pull or use a different POD no smoke comes out. I email their customer support and they give me some BS about I need to ship the device back wait 3-5 days which will really be 10 and I can purchase a new device... What the Hell! I am so done with this company I don'; t know what to do at this point I give them no rating in customer and their product though good doses not work very long and you will spend more money on PODS then cigarettes so I say what the $#*! is the point when they won't even replace a device that just quit working in 3 months..

Juul Canada Online was an incredulous and infuriating experience.
Condescending customer service rep Jherome d had an intensely sarcastic and passive-aggressive tone when I signed up and made a first purchase, had to cancel immediately and edit the purchase to apply the first-purchase promotion provided upon sign-up.
Jherome sanctimoniously mansplains that because I cancelled the first purchase, it is technically a first purchase made therefore he will not apply the promotion.
Reached out half a dozen times to data privacy and customer service to request for deletion of my data. They dragged it out several months to respond and follow-through. Absolute horrid experience I've ever had with any customer service in any industry.

This electronic cigarette is very poorly designed and annoying to use. It is rectangular in shape; apparently designed to feel comfortable in an alien's mouth. The electrical contacts for both the charging and vaping are poorly designed and therefore require constant attention for both cleanliness and position. As a result the vapor flow is very eratic ranging from no or little vapor to adequate vapor to a mouthfull of liquid caused by drawing a little too forcefully... YUK. Adding insult to injury their phone customer service is terrible. By using Filipino operators the customer is assisted by someone who has good basic english skills but is totally unable to understand anything but simple concepts and sentences. Take a look at eSTICK.

Garbage product. I've bought a total of 4 JUULs since June and EVERY ONE stopped charging after a month. I had one warranty replacement and they would not honor any additional replacements, even though I registered each product. After $200, I am done with these shoddy products. I'll find another company that produces quality vapes and gladly spend my money there.

The customer service is a nasty experience. I uploaded my ID and they would not except it. My passport was not good enough. Why? Because it was expired. Well, that shouldn't matter. I wanted to buy a Juul and pods. I wasn't trying to go to another Country. I will 66 years old soon. Other sites ask are you over 21? Click yes and can buy a Vale and ejuice. I ended up with Smoke Fit Kit. It was $15.00 and the ejuice was cheap. I tell you, I think Juupvapor is collecting IDs. Not a real business.

I purchased a JUUL directly from their website. After payement was accepted, it then asked me to verify my age. I am of the legal age to purchase this product, but my age couldn't be verified. My order was supposed to be canceled and I was supposed to be refunded within 72 hours. It has been two weeks and not a single penny has been returned. I emailed customer service and they were supposed to get back to me in 48 hours. It's been a week. Why can't you just cancel the order directly from the website?

NO mouthpiece cover -- as a result, the device is unhygienic --- a mouthful of fluff does not make for pleasant vaping.

If the false hysteria hadn't severely affected Juul when it should've been directed elsewhere, they would've been able to keep all their best flavors. I almost went back to smoking cigarettes after being off them for 2 years thanks to Mango Juul Pods. I spoke with a Juul rep who motivated me to try to stick with it and I tried Mint, which was also delicious, but that was quickly attacked by the ongoing legislation also - so I tried Menthol, even though I had stopped Menthol Cigarettes long before I quit smoking. I got used to it eventually and I am happily 4 years off of cigarettes and showing huge improvements in my lung imaging and overall health. My family and doctor are thrilled too, maybe even as much as me. Juul has always handled my order issues quickly and beyond my expectations. They get a bad rap from 1) uninformed non-vapers 2) snobby vapers 3) legislators that don't know what else to do to stop the hysteria. As far as a company, they have ALWAYS treated me well - much better than some brands that I regularly do business with. 5 stars from me for sure.

I'm a bit disappointed in the pull. The first one is awesome, but as I use it the pull is lighter and lighter. For the price I expect consistency. Hopefully this can be addressed and corrected.
