I was so nervous because after I placed a big order I read all the reviews about not being able to contact them or getting the product. I had a very different experience I was able to contact them and they replied promptly. My order came took a little Longer but probably because of the holidays being in the middle not really the stores fault. Overall I had a great experience and was able to track my package as soon as they shipped it, and we all know the eyeshadows are amazing. The eyeshadow palettes where all pack carefully and with enough bubble wrap. I was able to get them On sale and it is such a good deal! So if you are hesitant do it, they were great to me

Customer service representative offered me a discount on future purchase since a couple of shades were broken. I don’t won’t to purchase anything else this is unacceptable to me because my eyeshadows are apart of my collection and I like for them beautiful and not broken. This was definitely my first and last order from them and tomorrow I am filing a complaint with the credit company and I will demand my money back without even seeing a single coin from it.
Terrible company, no customer service and no one to talk to. They didn't change the address after they made the mistake because they say they can't change how much Patti cheats people.
Tomorrow my Ashari company will recover from them the money I paid them and I have every right to it because they cheated me personally!
I don't recommend ordering any medicine from them and don't mess with them at all, you don't want headaches. Thanks to those who read.

I purchased three items and I got an email sent of the items stating they had shipped. When I received my box there were only two items with no packing slip receipt in there. I contacted their company it took 4 emails to get a response about my lipstick that was missing. They responded with it was out of stock as I watched it came in stock twice in the amount of time I waited for someone to rectify the situation. And they offer me a store credit! If they're offering store credits to people after saying they're sending products when they don't send the products do you know how much money they make off of stealing! Other peoples money to keep it within the company i'm offered a store credit on a product that you lied about sending! Fraudulent! They are garbage I will never order from them again!
So I went to try their product because I saw someone use their highlighter on Instagram. I barely used the product and the fuzz on the stick is already pulling off. I had purchased three different colors and they're all doing it. I asked to return it because I didn't think it was worth keeping for the price. Yes it's inexpensive, but don't fall for it. Who knows what kind of ingredients they use especially if it's this cheap. The brow powder palette product and colors are deceiving. The darkest color isn't even close to black, but it's more brown when applying. I'm glad I didn't buy anything more. They said they won't accept returns or give me a refund, but would give me a store credit. I asked how I would see the store credit since it's been two weeks now. I haven't gotten a reply. I honestly don't know what else I'd want from them. The packaging is cheap also. Don't waste your money!
The products are good. Warning, do not buy anything from the website directly! Use ULTA instead. It will not be shipped out as advertised on your confirmation page. Juvia's Place can not be contacted via phone only email. They use a 3rd party app with FedEX to "track" your order. Terrible customer service all around, poor communication and slow delivery that is NOT FREE as advertised. Check out my pics below, hope this helps.

My payment went through on their website before I could finish choosing the products. My account on Juvia is showing no order was passed! Chasing customer care since 3 weeks now. They repeatedly ask you the same question. It's so frustrating and unprofessional on their side. I so want to file a lawsuit against them for fraud.
The 1 star review isn't even in regards to the product itself, it's simply due to the awful customer service. I ordered my product 2 months ago and still have not received it. I've requested multiple times for a refund and all I've received is "it's been shipped out so we can't cancel it" (and simply ignoring the refund element). Looking at the tracking information, it says that the shipment tracking number isn't even valid and I've checked multiple carriers just to see if it was sent with a different one other than what was listed. Not impressed.
I bought the Taupes palette and one use and less than a month later, it started oozing what looks like oil. I am so confused. Something is seriously wrong with this makeup. When I try to log in to my account at Juvia's, I get a message saying that my account is unknown. I have heard of this happening to other people trying to contact them. Major disappointed.

Made a purchase with Juvia's place during the black Friday weekend sale. Took nearly a month to receive my order and when I finally did 3 items were missing - 2 blush palettes and a setting powder. When I reached out to the company about either shipping out the missing items or receiving a refund, they sent me notice that I would only receive store credit. For what?! If they knew they were out of stock, they shouldn't be taking our money! And if they can't produce the items, then refund our money! What kind of a scam is this?!

Purchase from Ulta or another retailer. Purchase from this site at your own risk. Items ordered may not arrive in the shipment and if the item purchase is not received, the company will try to only offer store credit instead of refunding you for the items they were never able to produce.

They don't update you on tracking #s! They tell you to put Fed ex if you want an insured package come to find out it It was sent through usps who refused to give me a refund so now I have to go through all this frustration. Will never order again!

1. Their products (at least the eyeshadow palettes) are great quality. However;
2. Their customer service is atrocious.
My first order and they manage to send me the wrong palette. I email them to let them know, attaching photos of the palette I actually received. First response is apologetic, but a bit unclear whether they're offering me store credit or a refund. So I ask them to clarify. 48 hours later I get told I will get a refund.
Four weeks later and I still haven't received a dime. So glad I paid through Paypal, hoping my claim through them will get me my money back.
I ordered from Juvia's Place on June 6th. It arrived in my country (The Netherlands) safely and all good! I was skeptical due to the bad reviews but I decided to give it a chance. I am so happy with the products!
I'm happy to support this brand because of it being owned by POC. All of the controversy, I actually didn't know abt. I will do my research to make sure I'm supporting good & humane ppl. The concealer is absolutely horrible. It dries so matte, that it looks like your skin is stucco ON drywall. The foundation sticks are so so. The pallets are great. The eye gel is AWESOME! It dries super quick, so work fast. Lip gloss & highlighter are decent. All items that I liked, were worth the SALE amount. I would NOT say that they are worth their average NON-SALE price.

Do not buy several items at once like I did, because you might be disappointed in some products. Please review honestly & from your own experience. We tend to look at other peoples experiences and base ours on their’s. That’s not fair.

I did not receive a correct item with my order. One other item I ordered, I did not receive it at all. This agent requested that I send a photo of the mailing package and items I received. Well, by the time I received the email with instructions (which was the next day), the mailing package (which was a brown envelope) was already in the trash. I explained that in my reply but provided a picture of incorrect order items and the receipt which shows the item I never received. Needless to say, after providing what was requested, I never received an email back! I've emailed twice since then and still no reply. I'm completely disappointed in this reps inability to follow up and even more disappointed in a company that doesn't do right by their customers. I will never spend another penny with these thieves!
I should have read the reviews on these products before making a purchase. I blame myself for that. The shipping dates have been changed 3 times since I placed my order. I received email 04/30/2021 indicating order shipped now I won't receive it until May 10th if then. At this point I am already unhappy with dealing with them. Trust me they got me this first time. It will usually take up to 3 weeks to receive my packages due to customs and COVID delays, but I have never had a mix up or missed item or broken anything. Give them a try! I placed my order on September 19,2020. I never received a confirmation email confirming my order. Luckily, I had screenshot my confirmation page when I made the purchase. However, after checking my order online, it shows that my order has been "fulfilled". I immediately went to email the company to let them know that I have not received anything, not a confirmation and definitely not my order. A week later, I received an email telling me to rate my customer service. What customer service? No one has responded to my email. I still have not received my order. I still have no email. But they have my money. I'm going through my bank to get my money back because this company is a JOKE. It makes it worse that they are supposed to be a company targeting Women Of Color, yet treat us this way. DISGUSTING! Do not shop here!
Sent me the incorrect item! When I requested a refund they ignored the request and said a replacement order would be sent out. The replacement came with another incorrect item! They're still refusing to process my refund!
They advertised a sale price and when I went to select the item it was regular price instead. I went ahead and purchased the product anyway but sent an email requesting the difference. They didn't honor the advertised sale price. Also, I received some product that I would like to return. They don't accept returns. I will never buy online again. If you get the product from Ulta, they will exchange or accept a return.

My package arrived 3 days earlier than expected and in excellent condition.
