I was so nervous because after I placed a big order I read all the reviews about not being able to contact them or getting the product. I had a very different experience I was able to contact them and they replied promptly. My order came took a little Longer but probably because of the holidays being in the middle not really the stores fault. Overall I had a great experience and was able to track my package as soon as they shipped it, and we all know the eyeshadows are amazing. The eyeshadow palettes where all pack carefully and with enough bubble wrap. I was able to get them On sale and it is such a good deal! So if you are hesitant do it, they were great to me
Juvia's Place sent my order and my eyeshadow palette was damaged. Reached out to customer service and the representative told me since just a couple of my shades were broken they would give me a future discount. I don't order from them on a regular basis I want my eyeshadow pallet replaced or a refund. I'm disappointed with them because I collect eyeshadow pallets and I want my pallets to look beautiful when I open them to use them. I will never purchase from Juvia's Place again terrible customer service. Very disappointing!
Package more than 2 months stuck in delivery. There was a problem with my package which was declined by customs and they acknowledge something went wrong and that they will make a refund. However they only want to pay me back through store credit. As customs did not let my package through I do not want to order again and asked to just pay me back as the EU law states but still they do not want to give my money back! This is what they call thieves!
I ordered my second set of pallets. This time it was four of them. Juvia is not cheap so now all of a sudden my shipment is being returned for not being able to deliver that's bs n very fishy. You cannot support all blk business it's always some $#*!. I don't want a store credit I want my money back! My first set was delivered...
I placed an order on March 22nd. It was for 3 items the eye prep in all 3 colors. Today I received an envelope with the remove adhesive to adhere sticker still attached and no product. Now after the black Friday issue with them I said I wouldn't order again but I decided to try again big mistake.
Worst customer experience ever. Never got package delivered. Contacted Juvia's Place multiple times never got the answer. Contacted Fedex never got problem solved. They said that sender is responsible. Never again dealing with these people
I ordered a Christmas gift for a friend and the package never showed up even though it says delivered. THE REASON I give it one star is because I sent a email stating I wanted the issue to be fixed and that it never arrived. MS. Jensen from customer care says they aren't liable and that the customer HAS to file a claim with the postal service …. Since when? I've had this happen in the past and they typically are the ones who investigate and they usually resend the order. This was also my 1st time ordering from them … never again

Horrible company. One of my product didn't arrive, they haven't send me a new one. They offered store credit for the thing, but shipping of just this product would be another 22 dollars (!) when the product cost 8.8$. I paid more for the shipping and customs for the first time because anyway and it didn't arrive. They astoppwd answering the emails.Not to mention that they stated wrong amounts on the invoice and because of this I had problems with getting this damn package from the customs office. If you want a nerve wracking experience then go ahead and order from them. (Products are bad btw)
My daughter and I love their products. We usually buy from Ulta but since the pandemic we have been ordering online. My daughter place an order of $125 of items and she never received her items. Contacted customer service and they refused to give her a tracking number to UPS or give her a refund. Great products, very poor, unprofessional customer service. Even though we love the pigments and how it look on our melantin skintones, we will no longer buy their products. If more people stop buying their products then maybe they will work on their customer service and refund policy. The agent responded as I'f she didn't care.I order and when the order went through I realize it was my old address. I immediately email customer service. I added my current address since I'd just ordered and knew it didn't go out. I get an ema hours later saying sorry nothing they can do bc order already shipped. I then replied to cancel order bc I'm no long in that area at that address so I wouldn't get it. No response back. It's already bad they don't have a number to speak with an agent then to just say they can't do anything is awful and unacceptable. You try to support a black brand and this is what happens. Been seeing everyone use this product and i decided to try. Purchased it and tracking number stop working after it was misrouted. When it got to my state it then got sent to another state. That was weird. I emailed customer service and she told me what i already knew. She didnt help at all. When i asked for a refund i didn't hear back from them. A couple of days later it came but item was missing. Their makeup is great but never again online. I will be going to ultas.
I had two terrible experiences. First one; was I brow pen. I order bunches around thirty pieces with different colors, each color had 10 pieces, most of them are dry, no pigments. After lots of tries emailing, no one gave any solution. Second one was a blusher s 4 pallette s, they came only two, and the same thing happened, no one responded. I'm done, I unsubscribecd it. Scamm

I made a purchase in order to receive their free gift advertised. The free gift did not show up on my receipt so immediately emailed customer service to review and they stated the gift wasn't added to the order and they were unable to add the free gift AND I was unable to cancel my order. Had I known they had such poor reviews, I wouldn't have ordered from them. Definitely a lesson learned.
I made 2 purchases to juvias and both orders got to me, i then made 2 more purchases one in february and the other in April to date i have not received anything, when i email their customer care, they had promised to resent, ive sent countless emails, they dont respond any more.
The worst service I have ever experienced.
I ordered on the 26th of Nov 2020, and as of the 10th of Feb 2021 am still waiting to receive the order. They claim that the shipping company lost it so I had to wait for it to be returned to their warehouse and now they want me to repay the shipping even though the address is the same and theres no guarantee I'll get it this time either, they wont refund it or resend. Absolute scam, will never order again and will advise everyone from doing so. Customer service reps do nothing to help and will only go in circles, I have had to continually chase this without them reaching out, they claim once it leaves their warehouse its not their problem even though they are losing customers, they dont seem to care.

I recently purchased my most recent sets from here and just WOW! I bought the Culture set and the I live, I love ice and they're BEAUTIFUL! The shipping is fast and everything I order I have no issues. I am very fair skinned and the colors pop and really bring out my eyes! I am in love with the product and the pricing. I saw that Juvia's place was having free international shipping over $60USD, so I made a rather large purchase. Most items came in good conditions except 2 shade sticks I ordered that came completely melted. I saw on their website that if an international order came damaged they would NOT be able to send me new products and would immediately process a refund. When I emailed the customer service line, however, they said they would send me replacements, which I accepted. Fast forward a month, the replacements finally came, but again one of them was damaged. I emailed again, asking them to please refund the one shade stick that came damaged. They said they would send me a store credit as it was against their policy to process refunds. The store credit can only be used if I pay an extra $15USD on shipping, which makes this very poor value. Store credit IS NOT A REFUND
Their courier delivered my items to the wrong address and marked it down as delivered. I reached out to Juvia place to resolve this matter and they told me to reached out to the courier. I reached out to the USPS and they told me Juvia place has no insurance on my items so they cannot refund me the money so I need to reach out to the seller. I explained the situation and send screen shots of other people complaining about the USPS couriers misplacing people's items. Juvia place still refused to refund me the money
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I Ordered 6 eyeshadow pallets from their website on Dec. 15,2019. Received and email on Dec. 18 saying that my order has shipped. After a week of no movement, I contacted DHL and was informed that my items never left the warehouse. A shipping label had been created but the items never shipped. After emailing them back and forth 4 TIMES over the course of approximately 1 month, I was told that they were "escalating" my order each time but my order still never shipped. They informed me that I could not receive a refund as well. After a month of getting lied to and never receiving my products, I initiated a dispute with my bank. After providing proof of their fraudulent practices, the bank refunded my money! I will NEVER order from this company again.
I was introduced to this site on Instagram and I ordered from them my first order they or the website doubled up on the number of 3 items I ordered when I contacted them concerning this they would not reply and had never shipped the items so refused to take off extra items and shipped the box off. I ordered from juvia's place on the 25th of May 2020 and I only recieved it on June 23rd, 2020. So almost an entire month. I thought it wasn't going to come since tracking wasn't being updated but I am pleasently surprised and my order came in perfectly in perfect condition. Would recommend to anyone who has enough patience to wait for it for a while!
I have ordered 4 items 2 weeks ago. I paid full amount including fedex International shipping about 86 usd. They sent my order next day to fedex and asked me to track it. Also they sent me a summery for the payment but not an invoice. Items arrived to customs in Egypt and fedex contact me that there is no invoice included. So I sent juvias place customer service over 10 emails to send me and fedex a pdf invoice for the last 3 days but I have got zero answer. My items will be destroyed or return back to the sender for a mistake that juvias place and fedex have done. No reply from their horrible customer service till now. I will send to everyone not to deal with this brand. I think they don't put an invoice to try to fraud with USA taxes. They have given me a nightmare in ordering over seas. To everyone reading my review DONT buy Juvia's Place they are a fraud company. My mistake is I dint believe the negative reviews about them.

I ordered thinking I was getting the posted discount in my cart. Go to check out and noticed my receipt and they charged my $20 for a pallet that they advertised for $7. I bought THREE. I emailed them and they basically said too bad! So I posting this on all their sales advertisements!

An order was not authorized by me. It went thru on my account. Not seconds later I emailed JP to cancel the order and explained to them what had happened. They emailed me at 3:00 am saying they could not cancel the order because it was already being packaged. Let me repeat. An unauthorized purchase. I answered them back saying I would report them here not knowing this horror already existed! They didn't care! They shipped the products the very next day! And sent 2 emails confirming the shipment with tracking from DHL. I emailed them again telling them it will not be opened and returned to sender and that I am disputing the charges with my bank. This is the most unprofessional, unempathetic, sad company and horrible customer service I have ever seen. I feel that they think they cannot fail. That is why they treat their customers so horribly. I have an order from September 2022 that was partially shipped. $128 order. No packing slip. When I reached out to them, they asked for a picture of the missing packing slip. It was never resolved and I never received the rest of my order, but how interesting how quickly an order I asked them to cancel and NOT ship is shipped WITHOUT HESITATION OR COMMUNICATION the very next day. This company is a joke. You have been warned. Steer clear of this website and buy from Ulta or not at all. Why support a company that treats its customers like trash?
