I was so nervous because after I placed a big order I read all the reviews about not being able to contact them or getting the product. I had a very different experience I was able to contact them and they replied promptly. My order came took a little Longer but probably because of the holidays being in the middle not really the stores fault. Overall I had a great experience and was able to track my package as soon as they shipped it, and we all know the eyeshadows are amazing. The eyeshadow palettes where all pack carefully and with enough bubble wrap. I was able to get them On sale and it is such a good deal! So if you are hesitant do it, they were great to me
Juvia's Place sent my order and my eyeshadow palette was damaged. Reached out to customer service and the representative told me since just a couple of my shades were broken they would give me a future discount. I don't order from them on a regular basis I want my eyeshadow pallet replaced or a refund. I'm disappointed with them because I collect eyeshadow pallets and I want my pallets to look beautiful when I open them to use them. I will never purchase from Juvia's Place again terrible customer service. Very disappointing!
An order was not authorized by me. It went thru on my account. Not seconds later I emailed JP to cancel the order and explained to them what had happened. They emailed me at 3:00 am saying they could not cancel the order because it was already being packaged. Let me repeat. An unauthorized purchase. I answered them back saying I would report them here not knowing this horror already existed! They didn't care! They shipped the products the very next day! And sent 2 emails confirming the shipment with tracking from DHL. I emailed them again telling them it will not be opened and returned to sender and that I am disputing the charges with my bank. This is the most unprofessional, unempathetic, sad company and horrible customer service I have ever seen. I feel that they think they cannot fail. That is why they treat their customers so horribly. I have an order from September 2022 that was partially shipped. $128 order. No packing slip. When I reached out to them, they asked for a picture of the missing packing slip. It was never resolved and I never received the rest of my order, but how interesting how quickly an order I asked them to cancel and NOT ship is shipped WITHOUT HESITATION OR COMMUNICATION the very next day. This company is a joke. You have been warned. Steer clear of this website and buy from Ulta or not at all. Why support a company that treats its customers like trash?

I am signed up for their texts and I saw they had a deal going on one day so I went to the website to buy some things and then I realized that I don't actually want it anymore, it's been a few days but i've tried to cancel my order SEVERAL times, I guess i'll take this as a lesson to read reviews next time, their customer service team is literal trash, do not reply to social media comments, their messages are turned off so people can't message them and I assume with good reason, and some people even miss stuff from out of their orders, I can guarantee them that I will be disputing the charge with my bank and getting my money back! Juvias Place won't get a single penny from me. What kind of brainless idiots are running this company?

I order a few items in the middle of April up to now 10th of June i am yet to received the order or a refund. I messaged, emailed and even tried to get in contact with them on Instagram and on responds. Pure silence. For an international brand this is disappointing. When i check the shipping info. Its stating that the package was returned to sender, so their had both money and product. I WILL NEVER ORDER OR PURCHASE FROM WEBSITE OR RETAILER THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISAPPOINTING TERRIBLE.
Until my last order on Feb 26,22. The company dispatched a partial order. I received the $15 olori 2 pallet without the $96 culture bundle. I checked my account weekly for a month giving them time to send out the missing item. Since this product just dropped on the site 2-3 weeks prior to my order and knowing many more than expected my have purchased and in the process it just so happened to be on back order. Although the site it self never showed waiting list. The strangest thing is that the day I sent my email to customer support referencing my partial order they in turn message me saying order fulfilled. You can't talk to anyone at this company only by email. I've never been so saddened by a companies customer service when I'm spending my money. All I wanted was the item to be sent I wasn't looking for a refund just the item because I paid for it and I'm a collector of Juvia's Place pallets. They have yet to send the Culture Bundle or refund me for it. I'm still waiting for them to make it right.

There’s no phone number you can only communicate thru email at *******@juviasplace.com. It wasn’t until this purchase they opened a wound (my perception of dealing with Black owned company) then customer service poured salt in that wound by dismissing my claim by miraculously changing my order to fulfilled on the day of inquiry

I got the wrong palette, contacted customer service with a picture and they replied really fast! Then they sent the right palette right away. Very surprised considering all the negative reviews.
I order 3 palettes on December 26,2019 and I payed for 2day priority delivery but after 3 weeks, I didn't received my command. After sending them several messages and emails, they finally told me that they put a wrong address on my parcel and they told me to ask FedEx to compensate me for JUVIA'S PLACE Fault. I became very angry and I asked them can someone should pay for the mistake of someone else.
They didn't bother to resolve my problem. Because I needed those palettes, I went again and place another order on February 26,2020, and now after paying £19 to JUVIA'S PLACE for shipping my palettes to London, I receive a note of Royal Mail asking me to pay again £14 for the custom service. I am shocked, JUVIA'S PLACE has a very bad, dishonest and wicket customer service
Processing time is waaay too long. They say 7-10 days but can be longer than that. 7-10 business is still too long. Also when contacting customer service they take almost a week to reply to you

Never ever am I ordering from them again. Love the products, but dealing with this company is not worth it. Get it from Ulta. I ordered two mystery bags back on October 21st. The ads and the description clearly stated we will receive 10 single eyeshadows, a brush, and a makeup bag. I got two bags and only received 8 shadows each. So I was missing 4. I messaged them immediately after receiving them on 10/28/2020. They responded fairly quick and I sent them pictures of the box, products I received, and the packing slip, as well as screenshots of the descriptions of the mystery bag from the site and ads throughout social media. They agreed to send me the missing 4 and I got a tracking number the next day (10/29/2020). I thought I got lucky considering all the reviews I read. I was wrong. I waited a couple days and the USPS tracking still says label created, usps awaiting package. So I emailed them again on 11/10/2020 to ask for any updates and they told me to wait 3-5 more business days. So I did. Still nothing. On 11/23/2020 I emailed them again and they responded on 11/25/2020 said they will send me another package. I got my tracking on 12/1/2020 via DHL and it still hasn't updated at all. I'm assuming the worst
The only reason I did not review 5 stars is due to the money waisted finding the correct shades. I love this make up line. Vibrant colors and keeps my face beat to the God's!
I have been buying my cosmetics or skin care products from sites like cult beauty, beauty bakerie etc and i have always received the package within 10 days. I really wanted to try juvias place so i placed my order on 3rd of June and today is 5th of august yet i didnt receive my package i was waiting patiently till today. I've been sending emails and they said because of coivd19 the delivery is late i sent them an email again today and now they realized that the package has been sent back to them and they want me to pay for the shipping charge again. What a joke. A brand with 2.4m followers i expected them to be better. So disappointed. Also they want to give me store credit instead of a refund. Aint nobody buying from there again. Ridiculous..
I would advise to never order directly from their website. I ordered a palette that I needed for a photoshoot, so I upgraded the shipping to 2-Day Rush shipping. Several days go by and I don't even have tracking. They finally send me tracking 5 days after my order, but they didn't actually ship my order for a total of 21 days. By this time my photoshoot was already done and over with, and I had to make do with another palette from somewhere else. When messaging the company they are extremely vague, and not helpful. The representative I reached out to refused to escalate my case, refused to provide me with rush shipping, and refused to provide me a refund because they said that the items had already "shipped" when they in fact had not even been dropped off at USPS yet according to the tracking. I finally received my palette 36 DAYS AFTER I ORDERED... AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, I will never EVER buy from this company again. Their palettes are beautiful but their integrity is bottom tier.

This is my first time EVER ordering anything from Juvia's place! So I NEVER received my package! I go online so I can try to get the order reshipped and when I got to strolling in the settings I came across this!

Once orders have left Juvia's Place warehouse the package is in the care of the postal handler. Customer is required to submit a claim directly with courier and follow their guidelines. USPS and Fedex recommend waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. After 14 days, please call the customer service team of the courier.

I have been waiting for my package to Poland for two months. When i recived the order i saw that they sent me wrong palete-colorful and bright which I cant use. Then they didn't want to send me palete that I want, the gave me store credit but i i would have to pay highier price for palete and postage costa AGAIN. So basiclly i would pay 20$ because they made a mistake. Scam.
I did not receive the order I made on 29 November 2022. Today, on 8 March 2023, my order still appears as "Processing" on the website. I have contacted Juvia multiple times and this was not helpful.
I bought from them last month and my shipment arrived in seven business days. I ordered something for my birthday and two days later i got the confirmation and it was shipped. They gave me a tracking number and it showed as fedex, couldn't track it, phoned fedex, they have no clue about the package. Got in touch with the customer service again and after four emails got a reply that it was through a company called DS orange, I have no clue what company is that. When i tried the tracking number, it just says item processed and that's about it. Customer service wont respond back, that shipping company does not seem legit. I have no clue where and when the package will get to me. I put in a dispute with my credit card company because this is starting to smell like a scam. Also, it looks like they have been throwing out way too many sales in the span of like one day to another. This is not normal. I see market trends and often companies will have sales but it feels like they are not at the brink of running away. If you try to see, you will see that the products that are sold out are no longer even in the list of the products. Products that are their regular selling products. This company seems nothing but sketchy. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, DO NOT. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
So I'm actually writing this review because I previously made a horrible review about this company claiming that they were scammers because I didn't recieve my package in a timely nor getting customer service so I'm writing again to clear some things up.
1. I found interest in this company after seeing the eyeshadows on Instagram and felt completely inlove I had to get them
2. After placing my order I got an email within 3 days confirming it was shipped and was provided a tracking number that didn't seem to work
3. Customer service took about a week to answer me but eventually did and was very helpful in getting my package to me, specifically Maureen thanks to her
With that being said some things are beyond the customer service representatives control and for that I should've never said that they were scammers because they're not. I received my package after 1 month and a few days so I am happy.
We are going through a pandemic at the moment which is probably causing a lot of delays with orders being processed and then probably with so many orders coming in the company probably doesn't have a lot of staff working.
Conclusion: I'm inlove with my eyeshadows in real life and I can't wait to try them onn I got the berries and the Saharan and they are beautiful! But as for now if you want these eyeshadows within 3 days to wear or a week I suggest u shop for them in stores at allure
They left out a pallet and then acted like it was my fault. I paid them good money and for what? Nothing. Jeffree star, colourpop and urban Decay and better products and have better customer service.

I've ordered multiple times from them before and on EVERY Occassion they send me half my order and DO NOT DO REFUNDS! I'd speak to Cynthia and Maureen from support & they send you store credit then ignore your emails there after! I've used store credit before, but what's the use if I don't get my order? All my experience with Juvia's Place was good, until now. Sunday, November 15,2020 I order the whala 2 eyeshadow palette. On Monday, November 16,2020 order was shipped out. On Friday, November 20,2020 I received my package. I was excited opening the package, when I finally open the package and pull out the eyeshadow palette, smile up went smile down, I had a frown on my face, cause the palette that I th was the whala eyeshadow palette that I already owned. So, I immediately contacted Juvia's Place customer service the same day, I let them know what was the issue and sent images of the box that have tracking number, my name, address on the box, items I received, and package slip, no response. On Saturday, November 21,2020 sent images of the box that have tracking number, my name, address on the box, items I received, package slip, and a footage of the whala eyeshadow palette that I owned and the whala palette that they sent out to me, that I didn't order, with the package slip that showed what I order, no response. Still waiting for a response that I feel that I'm not going to get. I just want what I order. So, I'm here writing this review. Horrible customer service, give 0 stars. If I decide to support the owner of Juvia's Place, I might order through Ulta Beauty.
