I was so nervous because after I placed a big order I read all the reviews about not being able to contact them or getting the product. I had a very different experience I was able to contact them and they replied promptly. My order came took a little Longer but probably because of the holidays being in the middle not really the stores fault. Overall I had a great experience and was able to track my package as soon as they shipped it, and we all know the eyeshadows are amazing. The eyeshadow palettes where all pack carefully and with enough bubble wrap. I was able to get them On sale and it is such a good deal! So if you are hesitant do it, they were great to me
Juvia's Place sent my order and my eyeshadow palette was damaged. Reached out to customer service and the representative told me since just a couple of my shades were broken they would give me a future discount. I don't order from them on a regular basis I want my eyeshadow pallet replaced or a refund. I'm disappointed with them because I collect eyeshadow pallets and I want my pallets to look beautiful when I open them to use them. I will never purchase from Juvia's Place again terrible customer service. Very disappointing!
My daughter saved her money to treat herself to some make up.
She is also a big believer in supporting small business's.
This so called company has given her the run around & lied constantly.
Package has NOT shown up, she emailed, waited, someone replied, contact dhl etc etc, she did this, they said that the shipping label that is created at Juvia's place was printed out incorrect, my daughter is a stickler for double & triple checking to make sure the address she gives is written down correctly.
Juvias place is basically saying that, after it was sent to my daughter & she received the package ( untrue as postal service said they could see it wasn't delivered due to shipping label being incomplete) my daughter never received her package, it was sent back to juvias place, they told my daughter, if you want it you'll have to pay shipping again, my daughter reluctantly did this & again had the person verify they had received the correct address, given again by my daughter.
They confirmed they had the address.
Still my daughter is emailing them, is in contact with now Canada Post & still no package.
Juvias place are taking zero responsibility.
You are a $#*!show of a business & you should be ashamed of yourselves
Disgusting service, stop taking people's hard earned money, stop playing yourself off as a reputiable business absolutely disgusting!
I DO NOT recommend anyone buy anything from this place, they're crooks who just want your money, you have an issue after that, the message is loud & clear, they don't give two $#*!'s!

I have ordered from this business SEVERAL times and I'm usually willing to wait the extra or two (compared to other retailers) because it is a smaller business. I had some items in my cart however I was not ready to complete my order. When the page loaded it somehow just "placed" the order! I immediately tried to cancel the order, however I couldn't. I quickly sent a message that said "hey, my bad, I wasn't ready to place my order, just cancel it so I can get what I want."
I didn't hear any reply until more than 24 hours later and their response was basically "tough luck". I responded that I hadn't even received a confirmation and the package wasn't even ready to be shipped.
Miraculously, in the span of an hour after that exchange the order was processed and "on its way".
Another 24 hours later they send another email saying tough luck and then SPOILED THE MYSTERY BOX by indicating everything included on their (hastily put together) invoice.
If this is how they do business, I don't imagine that they will stay afloat much longer. I hope they take the $84 they stole from me and use it to buy some Ramen because they obviously need the money way more than I do.
There is now phone number for customer service, only email. The response is SLOW. Only store credit! I won't be ordering from them again!
I had no issues with shipping to Canada. I bought 4 eyeshadow palettes, 2 lip glosses and 2 lip liners. The colours really pop and build easily.

I would suggest ordering from another store that carries Juvia's products of you really like the product. Ordering directly from Juvia's Place is a nightmare! Customer service and response time is horrible.

Juvia's Place makes great products and does bad business. The company offers inclusivity for makeup users of all color and range. While that is fabulous, they don't actualize their care or concern for their customers; those purchasing their products.
One experience I had with the company was a lack of response and responsibility in regards to a lost order. When contacting their customer support, their responses did not address the lost order. Ultimately, I opened a dispute through PayPal, and due to the company's lack of response to PayPal's investigation, I received a refund.
Another experience proves their lack of integrity when offering a free palette with a $30 minimum purchase. Their website at the time of purchase did not notify that the free palette was out of stock (in fact, there is a Facebook post announcing the free palette being extended to the following day) nor did their website actually add the free palette to my cart (or order form). Low and behold, when my order was received, the free palette I selected at time of purchase was not included.
Logically, I figured that with my proof of time & date of purchase along with their public announcements of the free gift via email and social media, Juvia's Place would honor their word and meet a standard of customer service by making this right. They did not, in fact, make it right. Instead their customer service representative lied to me (stating the free palette was out of stock although, as mentioned, the promotion was extended another day beyond my purchase date).
I spoke with multiple agents via email (they do not have a customer service phone line, mind you, and they outsource their customer service to the Philippines). Each of the reps continued the lies and/or excuses and told me there was nothing they could do. So rather than honoring a free palette (a retail cost of approximately $15), they would rather choose to lose my business (approximately $100 annually).
In my opinion, these experiences show the company's lack of integrity and emphasizes a lack of value placed on their customers.

Using this site is a gamble on receiving the correct products, if anything is received and all. If you do receive products, they are beautiful.

Once you order, you are stuck with the products if you are not pleased; they do not offer returns! A no return policy
