I buy too many clothes from this website! I'm going to go broke! They always have a great selection and lots of sale items. The layout of the site is very easy to navigate and checkout is a breeze. Set up a rep code to receive an extra 1% off of your purchases. It doesn't sound like a lot but any bit helps!

My order was never shipped and it took them weeks to tell me that the they did not have the item at their warehouse. I could not reach any customer service representative and eventually i was offered a refund or store credit with 24 to 48 hours.Its been over a week and still no damn refund. Terrible business that lacks in ethic and is just stealing money. They got a 1 because they could not get a zero. I will never order from there again but i sure as hell want my money back.

My order was never shipped and it took them weeks to tell me that the they did not have the item at their warehouse. I could not reach any customer service representative and eventually i was offered a refund or store credit with 24 to 48 hours.Its been over a week and still no damn refund. Terrible business that lacks in ethic and is just stealing money. They got a 1 because they could not get a zero. I will never order from there again but i sure as hell want my money back.

I have 3 pending order with Karma loop placeD in January. None of them have shipped. Their customer service number is disconnected. The chat feature on their website has been disconnected, and they refuse to return any emails. However, they still manage to tweet sales codes. If you are thinking of ordering from this website, think twice and take your money elsewhere. HUGE SCAM

Karmaloop should really warn their customers about international custom charges!
After waiting 2 weeks for my order, I was asked to pay double the amount I spent just so the Customs "can release my shipment". Really? A warning at checkout would have been sensible.

Zero customer service after the order is paid for. I was instructed to go chase their vendor. In other words, they don't process returns or credits. This guy is suppose to be an E-commerce guru? Take care of your customers.
They do not disclose in any meaningful way that orders are factory shipped direct.
No service for you once they take your money. Excessive shipping and handling rates. Beware. Amazon seems to have fantastic customer service and demands it from their vendors.

Great prices, love my all of my products. Shipping took 2 days longer than expected, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. Very easy site to browse through, decent variety, and awesome prices compared to some of the stores by me

Stay away from karmaloop, I ordered from them 01/01/15 and it's now 01/10/15 & still nothing, didn't receive a tracking #, so I called them no answer. This is the worst clothing company ever. (Stay away from this BS). I'm now fouling a dispute, $100?, they got me f&%$ed up.!

Ordered item and was charged at the time the order was placed. About a week later received email saying item was unavailable, and asked whether I would like to receive credit with them or refund. Requested refund but never received any sort of confirmation, and refund was not received in time-frame they specified. I am now disputing charge with credit card company.
Email also said they are restructuring their customer service and so phones are not operational. Wow, don't know what to say about that one.
They deserve zero stars, stay away.

Had to go through PayPal to get my money back. Never got the pants after months of waiting. Another nightmare is their other PLNDR site which only accepted store credit returns and it expires without any warnings or notifications. And of course, their customer service is a joke. They only have a person there to strictly apologize for the inconvenience instead of actual performing a real service.

Never had any problem with any retailer other than Karmaloop.
Bought three items, two items from the same order cancelled due to out of stock. They only return store credit and not shipping cost.
Next following order I made to use the store credit, I received wrong item! Now, I had to return and pay shipping fee because of their own mistake!
In between order issues, I had numerous email exchange with MANY customer reps which are not helpful at all in resolving my simple issue! They have terrible customer service, bar none!

Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere. Goods coming to me in Australia, ended up in Germany. Customer service are slow to respond and when they do, are no help. Paid for premium postage and now one month later still have no goods. I order from the U.S. approx 2-3 times per month, and this is the first merchant i have ever had issues with. I wish I researched the reviews before throwing away my money.

Im honestly speaking of experience here.
Just got my shirts that i ordered, new and not ripped or smelly (like some other reviews have claimed lol)
The touch seems to be of quality, again not like some china made proclaims.
Although in honesty i was worried about shipping time the most, it felt like it was taking forever, but i checked the site, the shipping method i chose was estimated 3-4 weeks and it came on the third week exactly.
Btw if it helps i ordered from New Zealand.

Do not order from this site! I somehow ordered an item that was "out of stock", received a "ordered shipped confirmation", and a tracking number for something that was never in transit. Waste of time, money, and good vibes! They're terrible!

I've had to reach out to customer service twice already to inquire about my products. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received any of my items. Customer service stated it would take 10 business day to update with a tracking number. It's now day 15 without an update. Will never purchase from again.

If there was a "negative" star, that is what this company would have. They don't even deserve one star. Horrendous customer service. I ordered a wallet on 12/19/14 and still have not received this item. I called and emailed this company. No help whatsoever. They email that I received said that it was sent "UPS." That is total B. S. I spent over $7 on a wallet that was under $10 thinking foolishly that I would receive this by Christmas. I will NEVER order from them again. I don't know how they are still in business. Stay away, trust me. You don't want to have to call their customer service and listen to their horrible song that repeats the same verse over and over. Truly disgraceful.

This website is a fashionable urban teenager's best friend. It has all of the hottest styles from shirts and pants, to hats and shoes. They always have sales and even if they don't there are always discount codes that can be put in to bring down the price. I had an order that would originally have been $215 including shipping. When I put the discount codes in, the prices went down to $188. There is such a wide selection of clothing at reasonable prices that it is hard to find any place better.

Where to start, This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, There is no call centre to call when you have a problem, the live chat is not operative, if you email them as they advise you to you will be waiting over a week for a response and when you get one its a copy and pasted email with no information concerning your personal order. So I have been waiting for orders that date back to november *******, they dragged it out and kept telling me it will be sent within a week, Nothing ever showed so I asked for a refund, it has been weeks and I have not got any refunds, and the amounts they keep telling me are all wrong? This has got to be illegal? How can they get away with taking your money and not refunding you? Is there any legal action that can be taken because they have basically stollen from me, and by the looks of it many others too.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy anything from them!!!! you have been warned!!!

Yes I'm giving Karmaloop 1 star because they own Plndr and hundreds of people is going through the same dilemma as I am.
From missing items, waiting games and stealing yes they cancel my order after a month wait and of course I try to contact them line is down and emails.
Never got a response and they kept my money never been reimburse.

If you can get a great promo code you save tremendously. I saved $106 total on my order. Shipping was a great experience as well. As for quality and sizing a whole different story. They advertise their tights as OS but when you receive them the sizing clearly states M/L. I ordered about 6 pairs so I was a little pissed about sizing. The Nameless, and Rehab brands are a product of China and run very very small I ordered 3 dresses size large and what I received could easily fit an American small standard even the models in the pictures wearing a small could easily fit those large labeled dresses. Overall I had a half satisfied half pissed experience. I would only recommend the site to persons who wear a size XS or M if you are bigger please I urge you to beware

I ordered a present for my boyfriend's birthday on this site. My credit card was charged, but I never received notice that the item was shipped (which has never happened to me with another retailer). A week and a half after I placed the order - I got a form email stating that the item I ordered was out of stock and I would receive a refund. I now have less than 4 days to find another gift for my boyfriend. It is unacceptable in this day and age for them to allow me to check out with a product they do not even have, charge my credit card and wait almost two weeks to even let me know that I will not be receiving the product. I will NEVER order from them again and would highly recommend you avoid doing so as well.

This is just an update from my previous review of this sinking ship of a company. If you ordered something and used paypal, and you haven't received it and it has been within the last 180 days, file a dispute with paypal. Karmaloop will be unable to provide tracking info because they don't intend to ship your order and paypal will refund your money. Do not wait for Karmaloop to fold, because then you will never get your money back!

Stay away from this site if you are ordering from outside the US! The sizes are erroneous (deadly. Example: a 29 fits a 34) and then. The return policy: more than one month to have your return handled, no refund for most of the items, which leaves you with having to purchase items you do not want to use your balance. With every time, more than 30 euros of shipping. Bottom line: you will not be able to actually get stuff in exchange for your money, since you will be paying for the shipping back and forth until you just lose interest.

I've literally spent thousands of dollars on this site, and well over $1000 just in the last year. Every single order has something wrong with it. It's either late, a no-show through one if their sister sites, or the clothes look used and smell worn. They also raise the prices on their items before having their "sales" to make the sale price reflect the original price. Customer service is non-existent. I spend MUCH MONEY on clothing; it's my vice. Karmaloop has cost themselves at least $25,000 from me with their deceitful practices, bunk sales, and crappy customer service. I'm not even going to get into the generic replies you get from them when you make a complaint. "Hey There, we farted and shat on your complaint and wiped our tooshes with your items. You're welcome". No thank you.

Karma loop is a website full of different types of Urban clothes. I live in the United Kingdom and order hats from Karma Loop as they offer a wide range of snapbacks that are rare to find here! Amazine site

Takes a long time to do return or exchange. The client will pay for shipping. All the problems were resolved in the end, but the experience was not great :(
